We were advsied that we could pick up our complementary breakfast coupons in the morning. We did so about 9.50am. However, when we entered the dining room we were politely informed that breakfast was over in 5 mins. We were never advised when breakfast was over when we checked in nor when we picked up our coupons. Had we known this, we definately would […] have been at breakfast earlier....The waitress was very apologetic and accomodating. So thumbs down to the front desk person and thumbs up for the lovely waitress who tried to make it up to us. Devamı

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. This is our second visit there and we will go back for sure.

Amazing price compared with other hotels in the area; hotel is pretty new and really luxurious from the inside; room was clean, bed was comfortable; flatscreen tv in the room with full cable; room service was right on par; no complaints

My room wasn't clean. Sheets made me itchy all night. Staff members don't know how to answer question also not friendly I would not go here again or refer this place to anyone.

The stay was fine. The staff were well dressed and proficient. The hotel itself was satisfactory; however, the suite was small, the selection of movie rentals was very weak, the television was grainy, the computer systems in the business centre were not up to par (one computer was working well after being tweaked, the other was non functional), the […] continental breakfast was not satisfactory in any way (dried pastries, milk container that was stored in fridge overnight and used the following day (crusty rim), breakfast variety was extremely poor, and the fitness centre was satisfactory; BUT the restaurant atmosphere and hotel decor was very nice. Overall the experience was not as pleasant as it could have been. Suggestions: Continental breakfast: - more cereal selection - oatmeal selection - regular fruit selection - use clean milk containers every day - more toast varieties and maybe leave in the bag to prevent drying out - tea variety selection - larger muffins/pastries, and/or less dried out muffins and pastries Visit a hotel like the Delta or Holiday Inn chain and view their continental breakfast selection/variety for ideas. When checking in the manager was extremely rude due to my age and the fact that I booked through expedia. He continuously told us that he could cancel our reservation because I was not 21 years of age but my partner was 24 so we were able to eventually get the room. lovely in-room jacuzzi--great to relax in and watch TV. Fireplace in room as well, but I did not use. Friendly greeting and quick check-out. Overall, a great night.

This hotel was excellent. It was perfectly located, close to everywhere we wanted to go during a busy weekend. The room was very nice, my only complaint was that the pillows were too soft (I prefer firmer ones). We will definitely stay at this hotel whenever we go to Toronto in the future!!!

Hotel is nice, rooms clean. However we booked a king room and were given a room with 2 queens. We asked for the correct room and were given attitude by the front desk and told they didnt have any left. They didnt even bother to look in their computer. Worst customer service I've experienced at a hotel EVER!

The overall hotel was clean and comfortable. The lighting in the room was poor. The food at the restaurant was less than desirable.

You can here people next door and also when they were using washroom/restroom.

My experience was a great one!! It was a very short distance to everything where we wanted to go!! The staff were very friendly and very helpful, and the rooms were very clean. I would definitely come back again.

The hotel was very nice looking and the rooms were very clean. I am not a picky about breakfast and thought just the basic stuff was good. However this hotel is not made for light sleepers. The walls must be paper thin as for the entire night I could hear the TV in the next room and it didn't sound like it was blaring. Also at 6 in the morning I could […] hear numerous hair dryers from rooms down the hall which doesn't help. The room WAS EXTREMELY HOT and snow was on the ground outside and the window did not open, the air conditioning should not have to be turned on in the winter. Great motel, very new and great service. The breakfast that is included needs work. It's a continental breakfast and nothing else. Have to pay extra for bacon and eggs. Great location close to shopping centers. Will go again!!!

We booked a Jacuzzi suite to celebrate new years. Was welcomed to a bottle of white wine and a bag of chocolates. Bed was very comfortable, had a good night's sleep. Yes the walls are pretty thin but we didn't here much until early in the morning. It was a nice treat.

my husband and spent two amazing nights at the monte carlo inn vaughn suites , i wish i had gotten the front desk clerks name .. he has the best sense of humor i have seen ,,he went above and beyond the call to make sure we were comfortable and happy , housekeeping are the best and the breakfast room is great . as soon as possible we will be back !

Very clean, employees were friendly, the room was very nice. Towels were a bit small and the value for cost of the room service was average.

The room was clean and reasonably priced the staff was friendly and courteous all in all not the most luxurious place in the city but certainly comfortable !! Truly enjoyed my stay!!!

The hotel, their staff, the room, all the facilities were wonderful. I did choose this hotel because of the items that were offered, including breakfast. Apon arrival I found out that I had to pay to have my breakfast up graded from a simple continental to a full breakfast. When we arrived for breakfast we were asked how we wanted our eggs done and […] that was it, we were not given time for anything ells. My guest then over heard the waitress asking another group that had an upgraded breakfast if they wanted to order off the menu. An option that we were not given. I have a mild egg allergy, and the only reason why I choose the room package was because of the breakfast that was included.... By the way, the menu does offer other items like pancakes and French toast..... Not just eggs.. I was very upset by this and because of this I will not stay there again even though everything ells was very nice. It was that important to me. Devamı

I've stayed at this hotel before and its clean and in a good safe part of Toronto. It's just north of Highway 7 and just east of 400 and very accessible from the expressways. I also like the fact that there's a restaurant inside and you can grab a nice dinner and a drink there before heading up to bed. The last time I was there having dinner the owner/chef […] of the restaurant waited on me in additional to the waitress. Devamı

Excellent stay. Very well priced. Close to shops and restaurants. The staff were very obliging. Will definitely stay again next time we are in that area

The Monte Carlo Inn Vaughan Suites is situated close to the convention/reception facilities and to major transportation arteries.

I was really impressed with this hotel. Especially since it was right around the corner from where we needed to be. Nice room.

I had booked a room three weeks in advance requesting a king bed room as a preference with the other preference being a queen bed room. I had checked in and entered my room and was surprised to see two beds (looked like double beds) in my room. I called service to inquire and was told that they had no rooms left with a king or queen bed and that I was […] upgraded. I don't understand why I wasn't told this upon check in or how it was deemed an upgrade when I specifically asked for one bed or the fact that the beds did not resemble anything remotely close to queen beds. The rooms are large with good TV reception. If you don't want to use the Hotel restaurant, their manual give the names of [better] eating places nearby. Snacks and pop in the vending machines are reasonably priced.. The location is good if you are attending Canada's Wonderland. Also staff are good at giving directions to nearby shopping areas.

Large room, nothing special about it but very nice and clean which is the main thing we look for.

it's close to everything, is very clean, comfortable and the staff are friendly...breakfast was great and i don't think i would find a fault even if i was looking..just a great hotel!

The staff is wonderful, rooms very clean, great tub and shower. The fitness center was a plus, a bit small, but wonderful at 5am before a long day. Plenty of parking and the food in the restaurant is good. Everything you need for a great nights stay. Highly reccommend.
