Every thing was perfect and beautiful ,convenient accomodation except two things that were not nice first, all rooms in the hotel have no windows open second, the hotel does not offer coffee maker inside the rooms .

Stayed over the New Years holiday and were pleased with the hotel overall. The location is close to the airport and they do offer a free shuttle van. Outside of the shuttle operation it is a fairly long metro ride to the city center or you have to pay for a taxi.

The hotel looks, and is, fantastic. A few quibbles though. It is quite out of the way, perhaps 20 mins on the metro to the centre of Barcelona. There is NOTHING around it, except for blocks of flats and a motorway. Not a single shop! There is a bus (the 64) which passes to and from El Pratt airport, (just 3 mins from door) on the motorway. The metro […] is 2 mins away. Despite requesting a non-smoking room several times, we were given a room which stank of tobacco. Horible if you are a non-smoker. Also, the airconditioning was a stuck on 23 and the wifi was non-existent. There were lots of conferences on, and this is a great place for such events. And it was quiet, which was great. The staff were polite, attent and spoke excellent English. Devamı

the hotel & staff were excelent.

I arrived at 8 AM after a 7 day long cruise and expected the hotel staff to hold my luggage until check in time but they allowed me to check in right there and then. That was amazing. I was able to leave my stuff in a wonderful room and explore Barcelona. I picked the hotel because they offer free wifi and free shuttle to the airport, both were wonderful. […] The only draw back is the location, the subway is a short walk away but once you get into the train it takes 20-30min before you reach the center of the city. my experience at the Hesperia tower was amazing! simply, its a high class 5 stars hotel that is situated at 12 metro minutes from the center of Barcelona. after a long day of visiting and touring in the beautiful sites of barcelona, we enjoyed having rest in Hesperia, far away from the noise, still so close to the city. i will certainly book a stay […] there for my next visit to barca. If you need to be close to the airport, good place to stay They hv a free/convenient shuttle. Few places to eat around hotel, but within 10 minute walk, La Flama restaurant is pretty good It's a working class neighborhood. Tapas are very good there and reasonably priced. And the beer is nice and cold! Adjoining Metropolitan Sports Center requires addtnl […] charge. Good facility, but you only get one body towel/one hand towel. Mostly locals go to the gym. I stay in hotel for 3 days. Really I enjoy the service in the hotel and room facilities. The price was amazing compare by the hotel facilities. The reception services were more than great and friendly and give you all what you want. Also car parking were available by 24 euro per day. Nea from the airport by 10-15 min.

Excellent location. Very close to the airport. Hotel also provides a free shuttle to and from the airport at certain times. The hotel also has a free shuttle at various times to La Ramblas. The hotel is extremely tourist friendly, nice staff who can all speak in English. The room was fantastic, very elegant. The hotell was really nice, me and my boyfriend liked it allot... The staff was not polite and serviceminded. Some of them need some proffesionale help with the service, and to learn that everything is about the costumer, and how to use a smile. Overall I give the hotell a 10 butt the staff a zero...

The hotel was excellent, comfortable, nice, and convenient to train station. The price that I paid was very worth it to stay. I would recommend to people who visit Barcelona and don't want to stay in downtown. This hotel is only 15 minutes away from Las Rambla(downtown). The service is great and front desk people are very polite and nice.

One of the best and most comfortable hotels I've ever stayed in. Only thing I would have liked was more english tv channels as I was travelling with children.

friendly staff, great rooms but should be as 5 star, breakfast a great treat, 15 euros plus tax all you eat, english cooked breakfast, cereal, rolls, meat there were loads. Bar expensive, but 2 cheap spanish bar round the back of hotel, great for a coffee. Hotel too far from barcelona sites, half an hour on tube, subway. I am surprised! A five star hotel with worst quality of WIFI.I talked to several other gests no one could connect in reception or in the rooms.Wired connection was not possible. If you need WIFI internet,DON`T book here.No underestanding from the staff neither. They were more angry on troublesome gests.

For my last night in Barcelona I decided to stay by the airport. The Hesperia is comfortable and definitely convenient if you want to get to the airport quickly. It is a little far from the center of Barcelona. It took me about 30 minutes with the subway which is conveniently located by the hotel. This is one of the nicest and most modern hotels I have ever been in. It is gorgeously designed and very updated. They provide everything you can think of ever needing and more. I wish I could pick this up with me and take it back closer to home. Would definitely stay in again if I could.

Room and Amenities were excellent. Weak wifi signal to the room so internet was difficult. Restaurant and food was exceptional. Service was very friendly and very helpful.

very comfortable hotel, good quality staff that were very helpful and the hotel was a truly five star place for staying at Barcelona close to the airport.

While the hotel itself was great the cost of eating there was terrible. It cost my wife and I over 35.00 to split a club sandwich and 2 cokes. Another negative was with two of the ladies working at the reception counter. They really seemed to have a problem with the fact that we were Americans. An example is that I went down to ask a question and went […] up to one of the ladies. She wasnt doing anything and yet would not ask me that I wanted until another Lady said something in spanish which I assumed was to wait on me and then she asked could she help me. Another lady spoke veru rudely to my wife. Other than these ladies the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the names od these two ladies written down but unfortunately we misplaced the piece of paper. One other thing I would like to mention, ever though it didnt pertain to us was that the hotel says it has an indoor pool, spa, exercise area but dont tell you up front that there is an additional charge per person per day to use this facility. Great hotel convenient to airport (free shuttle) and city (free shuttle or easy metro access to lines. Good view of city, water, mountains. Close to supermarkat for cheap meals and a local cafe for cafe au lait or expresso, one block away northeast past the phonemercat take right one block and then left. Ultra modern and almost too high tech for some people! Even the elevator was a bit of a challenge The airport shuttle was helpful and the Metro station was very near.

The Hesperia Towers was a pleasant surprise, very clean and modern, friendly and helpful staff

A very luxury type Hotel. Rooms decorated in modern style. Fare from Airport 22 Euros. Lives up to it,s style. All things very expensive from Meals to Swimming pool. Go around corner for breakfast ,small cafe called 365-- coffee and bun 3 euros.

the hotel is a great distance from anything other than a hospital and tube station. Unfortunatly i failed to see that a shuttle service to barcelona was available twice daily However the notice was tucked away on a sign placed behind the main door size of sign A4. no information in my beautiful club room likewise no tissues and nowhere to buy them Beautiful […] hotel but staff do not tell you anything spa was free to club members not until i had paid for two days did i find out tokens were available on request at reception Devamı

Okay, so you read the reviews to help make a decision. Did this hotel ever deliver. We were on a cruise itenerary and wanted airport access. Great location, very professional staff and the rooms are WOW factor. Great proximity to trains, and the neighborhood is quiet and quaint. I can only state that this hotel was excellant, the staff where extremely friendly and efficient. I highly recommend it. It is easily accessible with the Metro just a few hundred yards away. Free shuttle to Airport (I would suggest that the shuttle should stp at both terminals)

This was by far one of the nicest properties that we The rooms were spacious and well attended. Room service was fantastic. Even the concierge went out of his way to help and direct. Free airport shuttle. The train station is just 3 minutes walk. The surrounding neighborhood is quaint and clean. We will definitely stay here if ever in Barcelona.

The hotel is located half-way between the airport and Barcelona center, between the highway and the massive local project housing buildings. As such, it may be conviniently located, but you wouldn't want to take a walk in the neighborhood, only transport yourself by car. The shuttle service is very infrequent considering this being promoted as a five-star […] airport hotel. The hotel has a schedule which seemed to be followed, but on one occasion the shuttle was full, so don't count on using it. We came on a Sunday which showed: Only one front desk clerk to check us in; the hotel restaurant was closed; a defective light bulb in our room couldn't be switched; and there was no IT help for the very small business center when the wireless network didn't perform (neither for the business center computers or for my laptop). None of this sould be expected from a five star hotel. The hotel is trendy (circular driveway, fancy lobby and rooms, elevators which operate in a fashion too advanced for regular people, etc. Very nice breakfast. Unless an airport hotel is what you're looking for, then look elsewhere. And even if you're looking for an airport hotel, as was I, then look closer to the airport. This might work well if you're considering a conference and want to keep people on-site. Devamı

Stylish and techno from the lobby to the elevators. Hotel food is expensive, but cafes and grocery stores available in the surrounding suburb of Bellvitge. Free wifi in the room but the connection for Mac was often poor. Room is not set up for work (lighting intentionally low, for example) but is otherwise an experience. Stayed at the Hesperia Tower..... No early check-in! Flight arrived early at 8am and after traveling 12 hours the last thing we needed to do was sit in a hotel lobby for 7 hours. Apparently every single room in the entire hotel was booked (the excuse I recieved), a couple hours later after watching at least 20 people check-out I enquired again (Check-in […] isn't until 3pm, because they have to clean the rooms) Time past with enough time to clean the entire hotel and the one next door. (still no room available until 3pm). Unless you are wearing a business suit, (they get rooms early) don't expect to check in any sooner. Not much of any services outside the hotel other than a hospital. They charge for parking($$) any to use the swimming pool ($$) Devamı
