Radisson Hotel Nashua - Nashua

Requested king size bed received 2 double beds and was told there were none available and because we reserved through Hotels.com and not directly through them that there was no guarantee on the room type. I also noticed a hint of cigarette smoke in the room (all of which are non-smoking)

Would have been nicer if they offered 2 queen and or 2 king rooms. Also there is rarely a room without a microwave and or refrigerator.

Mostly clean room, but sofabed had cushion stains, and there were food crumbs on sofabed when it was opened. The sofa looked quite old and used, and unattractive. The entire hotel property and amenities (gym, pool, bar, restaurant) were great, but unfortunately we were not able to use them in our time there (except for the restaurant). The room was clean and nice - very large - good service. I had trouble with my t.v. and they sent someone right up. Booklet did not tell where ice machine was. I did not like the sleep number bed but some people do. All was well except the fact that the first room we were given was not made up: bed undone, lights on in the bathroom, TV ON. It almost looked as if it was lived in. Heard that this Raddison has been sold. Thank goodness. Needs to have a face lift and real soon. So sorry it has gone so far down hill Son was married there in 1996 when is was a Sheraton and was very very nice. Great quality, well maintained, clean and comfortable.

I was surprised that the driveway to the entrance of the hotel was not marked. That started us off on a rant -no sign telling us to bear to the right. Ended up touring the whole industrial park. Finally made it in. Very comfortable bed, sofa and pillows. Several floors were not renovated so the hall and the hall carpet were pretty beat. Other floors […] well decorated. Our room was very nice. Had dinner at the little pub. The lights were on full brightness so the atmosphere left a lot to be desired, tho the bartender/waitress was pleasant.. We asked for bread with our meal - was told the kitchen did away with it "change in management" Huh? This is a full service function hall and restaurant with no bread or rolls-we had $19 meals and we really thought she was fibbing. So restaurant could use some buffing up. Devamı

Greeting staff was mostly focused on their duties and cared less about the guests; housekeeping was excellent; need lights outside everywhere..driving in parking walking in....need lights outside everywhere

The hotel was in the heart of the shopping district. Lots of stores and restaurants near by. The outside of the hotel and lobby were beautiful.The rooms were old and outdated. Quite a disappointment.

The a/c heater was very noisy and proved to be difficult to get a restful night sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast. Professional, courteous staff. Plan to stay there again.

The hotel was wonderful. It was actually our second time staying for our Black Friday Christmas shopping. The only problem was we booked a room with 2 sleep numbers beds and didn't get them. We were too tired to figure it out by the time we were done shopping so we didn't bring it to their attention. Next time we will be sure we have our S/N bed before […] unpacking our bags. I have stayed 2 times and the sleep number beds are great and the room was clean. The bathroom had mold/mildew around the top of the shower and the shower head was not attached to the wall. I had problems with the internet last time even with the ethernet cable. This time the wifi was not strong enough to connect to my companies network. I would say […] mixed reviews. The hotel was kinda old and smelly. However theres not very many hotels in the area so I think this was the nicest one.nikki

When I pulled up to the hotel, I was extremely excited because it looked like a castle!... But that excitement kind of died when I walked into the room. The rooms were not awful.. Don't get me wrong... But they were a bit outdated... Didn't live up to expectation... It has got nice and clean rooms with furniture and internet wifi and cable free. Restaurant and bar is in the hotel. There is a big warm pool, hot tub and sauna... Almost everything you generally look for is here. The price was reasonable or may be less for comparative hotels with these amenities. I recommend for sure.

On Sunday, October 23, at 3 a.m., I was awoke by noise sounding little a critter chewing on something. I was bothered by it so much that I awoke my husband asking him if he heard the same thing that I had heard, we were not sure where it was coming from so he then call the front desk and they had sent up someone from security. My husband and the security […] man then lefted the matress off the board to check to see if there was something under the bed, they didn't find anything. As we were having the conversation with the security man, he then told us that they have had problems in the pass with flying squirrels make there way into the building, he thought it was probably that. I was alittle disappointment later that morning at around 8 a.m. when checking out that no one had asked us how the rest on the night went. I do feel that if this is a continuous problem with animals getting into the building it really should be taken care of. I do stay at the Radisson at least once and somethings twice a year, but I'm not sure if I will be staying there anymore. Devamı

At very little cost the bathrooms can be regrouted.

We attended a wedding and reception at this location. Food at wedding was very good. Unfortunately food and service at breakfast buffet was lacking. Overall, hotel was fine for us and fit our needs.

Very nice looking hotel from inside and out. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, bathroom and makeup counter with two sinks. Very close to shopping or within minutes of everything. No fridge so we paid $10 a night to rent one. The TV's were old and no guide on them. Overall a great place to stay

Don't stay here. The hotel is an old English style with parts that look like a castle and it is on large nice grounds but believe me that is the best part of this hotel. It is badly in need of a massive update. The room I had was rather large but the bathroom was small and poorly lit. The furnishings are old and worn out. The "business center" (joke) […] has computers from the 90's and the printers wouldn't work and the computers were so slooooow it wasn't worth trying to use them. To be fair, the internet connection in the room was way faster but I am wondering if that is because hardly anyone was staying there and using it. All of the snack machines were empty when I got there Sunday evening and were still empty when I left Tuesday afternoon. Room service and the hotel restaurant have a very limited menu, and the pizza that I ordered (only 2 choices to pick from) was decent but certainly not worth the $27 my company paid for it. Our recent stay was, by far, one of the worst we have had at a NH Hotel...1st. we were not informed that there would at 500+children for a local soccer tournement staying at the hotel...I actually don't have a problem with kids as much as with the parents who obviously could not control their childresn and who thought drinking was more important....the […] kids trashed the hotel from elevators with trash to the pool which had to be shut down the first morning we were there. We had our grandchildren (6 & 4) with us and booked this hotel because of the indoor pool that now we couldn't use! The staff didn't seem to be able to keep up with the mess...we left on our first day and came back and our room had not been attended to yet and it was 4:30 in the afternoon...the iron was broken and got some type of black goo all over the shirt I was ironing and ruined it...when I expressed this to the front desk, the woman just said sorry we will send you a new iron...Also, $12.95 for a very limited breakfast bar was outrageous...with no service other than to clear your plate...Needless to say, we will never stay at this hotel again!!!!! Hotel was extremely busy that weekend so aside from ice machines not working and me having to ask twice to get room cleaned, everything ran smoothly and we were happy with our 3 night stay. Room was very comfortable and spacious and I would stay there again.

I was excited about staying here on business because of the beautiful scenery, however my room was old and needs to be renovated and my room backed up to the elevator shaft and it was loud and creaky - a little WD40 might have done the trick. I couldn't sleep all night, when I told the front desk the next morning they gave me a free breakfast and said […] that rooms next to the elevator shaft can be noisy on busy days - thanks for telling me this in advance. A very pleasant stay.

The staff here is incredible. We were only in town for one day to attend a wedding, so when the shower wouldn't drain I wasn't too thrilled. But when I called the front desk, the woman there apologized profusely and offered us a different room to shower in so we wouldn't have to wait for a repairman. And she offered to have someone bring the keys up […] to our room. And to top it off, she offered us a free breakfast (which unfortunately we didn't have time to try). It felt wonderful to be so well taken care of. She turned a real issue into no big deal. My only complaint is that the pool was roped off for swim lessons and adult lap swim, which left us in 1/3 of the pool with lots of kids and way too much splashing. It is a family hotel, I just wish I had known that the pool was practically unusable before I made the reservation. Devamı

I flew in the night of the hurricane and the staff was MOST accommodating, friendly, and extremely customer service focused. Everyone from the housekeeper to the check in/check out person greeted me each day with a smile.The restaurant was conveniently located on the main level by the lobby and the food and drinks were the same quality of a top hotel. […] The room was nice and roomy - not fancy (but not frumpy) and very clean. When I first checked into the hotel they gave me a room with 2 queen beds so I quickly went to the desk and told them my reservation was for a king size bed. They quickly gave me a another room with the king size bed and it was also a select number bed. I stayed on the 7th floor which I must see is cleaner than the 3rd. There was a ethernet wire in […] the room and it was free for the internet. Wireless is free in the downstairs lobby. My bed was so comfortable and it was very quiet on my floor. The only drawback on this hotel is insufficient lighting outside in the parking lots. I came in late hours at night and the only lighting is on the stairways and on the top lot and I had to park in the third parking lot and it was dark. There is plenty of parking! I did view the pools but didn't get the chance to use. They are nice but prepare to walk. Overall I would stay here again. Its convenient, adequate parking, and comfortable. Just needs more lighting in the parking lots! Devamı

When we arrived the hotel looked beutiful. Staff were excellent. The room was o.k. but needs updating, newer styles and colors, flat screen tv,s etc. The thing that stuck out with us was the walk to the pool area in the bsmt level. The hallway ceiling had many leaks creating a lot of mold on ceiling tiles and grids. Very unhealthy especially for anyone […] respiratiry comprimised. Definitly should be addressed. The Radisson was superior in all ways-service, convenience and accessibility. Every morning I swam in the outdoor pool while my cousin did her laps in the indoor pool. Very reasonable rates. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful on the outside...a bit musty smelling though once in the room. Room was not cleaned after our first night stay. Good location to town. Felt safe, lots of well lit parking. Pool and health club is shared with the public which was a little weird, but fine. Would recommend to a friend like me who is looking for a nice, fine place to stay with […] a family. Devamı

Our room had a Sleep Number Bed....it was like sleeping on a concrete slab. None of the housekeepers spoke English. We woke up to no shower curtain and the toilet was clogged. The hallways dId not have AC and the ice machines could not handle the demand. I had two rooms. One room was not made up when we returned. Despite that it is clean, well equipt and nice place, lack of intgrated breakfast with reasonable price, makes the hotel expenssive with a major question regarding the worth. I would not go again that asks $ 12.5 for each person for a mid-low breakfast.

Nothing really wrong with the hotel, but the guest rooms and especially hallways could use some updating or at least cleaning. Dirty carpet and scuff marks in the hallways don't really bother me, but makes me think about what else is not being taken care of. Beautiful location. Very nice place to stay. Very convienent. Highly recommend.

When we checked in we were given the wrong room(king bed-instead of 2 doubles) Front desk fixed it without even an apology. Lights in parking lot went out and steep terrain was a hazard. When mentioned to front desk no apology or concern was show, just " I've already called about it". 12:45 am alarms woke me from the hallway regarding a fire, but my […] mother who is hard of hearing would have never heard them and would have burned to death. No calls or attention from management. Cockroach on ceiling in the morning was final straw. Devamı
