Great value for money room, couldn't ask for more for a family room, good beds, clean tidy, TV's in both rooms, good size bathroom. Parking is poor, I booked the hotel for it's advertised secure parking, however car park is underground and has a height limit of 1,8m, not much use in a Range Rover with a roof box. Height restrictions not mentioned at […] any time in booking process. Help desk at hotel, all done via phone as no receptionist, was very unhelpful, Englisih was poor and could not offer any alternatives. Vehicle had to parked on the street overnight, with possible risk of damage. Area around hotel looks pleasant enough, but has an unlying tone of menace after dark, lots of drunks roaming around, I was advised by a local (expat) not to leave my car parked by the park as it would be targeted for the roof box and bikes by the drunks on their way home. (Vehicle move to main street round the corner, where bars are so in full view of many people and less chance of theft, local recommendation). High eastern european population due to current EU presidency in this area. Great bar for food, drink and atmosphere just around the corner, in The Old Oak, family friendly place. Devamı

I recommend this hotel to anybody wishing to visit Brussel. Your comfortable stay is guaranteed. the only thing is, you must checking in during working hours. checking in after 6pm is a bit tricky

Very good location if you need to visit EU quarters. Spacious apartment was a pleasent surprise. The sofas could have been cleaner and the cleaning lady could have washed the dishes or at least leave detergent for the dishwasher. A strange thing was the the hotel could not give me receipt of my stay because I had paid the hotel via hotels.com.

It does exactly what it says on the tin! Central, clean & convenient

The staff at B-Aparthotel Ambiorix is very nice and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable.

The location was spectacular! The rooms were clean, although mine had a fishy smell the whole time... For that reason i gave it a lower mark on cleanliness. what kept this Hotel from being a 4 or 5 is the service. It is an ApartHotel, which means it's also for temporary housing. The staff work until 5PM on weekdays, and Noon on Saturday, so if you're […] there over the weekend and have any issues, your on you own. The front door is locked so i had to wait for someone to walk by and notice me to open the door so that i could go and find the reception area, which is hidden in a back office room. I was then just handed a sealed envelope and had to figure out how everything worked, including check out on Sunday when noone was around, But again, the location and view was spectacular!! Devamı

This hotel would have been a great place to say if the service matched the rooms. However this is not the case. When I arrived after the described 4pm check in time, I found that on Saturday's no one staffs the desk at the hotel. Added to this is you need a code to even get into the place, so I was stuck outside with no way to call the emergency number […] they have. I had to walk over half a mile to get to a pay phone in the metro to call to get the code. After I had the code, I was able to get inside the hotel and retrieve my keycard from another coded box. However this card did not work, I had to walk another half mile back to the phone at the metro station because the pay phone in the hotel was out of service. So awesome. When I got to the metro and called, the manager wouldn't believe me that the card wouldn't work, she was convinced that she had checked it herself the previous day. She told me to keep trying and hung up. So I went back and of course it didn't work, luckily I ran into another tenant and they had a cell phone and called her up and told her that they couldn't get my card to work either. This finally convinced the manager to come down to the hotel and get me a new card. It took her 30 minutes to get to the hotel and another 3 HOURS to get me a new card that worked. She did tell me to go and have dinner on the hotel's dime which I did. Except it turned out to be on my dime because she never turned up again to reimburse me. I did get free internet for the week of my stay but that was really negligible since there is a free wireless network in addition to the hotel's 10 euro a day network. That was pretty much just the problem of the first day. The reason it stuck out to me though is that I was really tired when I got there and it took more than 4 hours to get into a room that I should have been able to get into right away since I already paid for the entire week. Je suis assez satisfaite de mon séjour, je le conseil! Pratique pour les studios et apart équipé... Attention!!! Pas de réception du vendredi 19h au lundi 9h... Prévoir capsule pour cafetière nespeesso! Sinon la cafetière est inutilisable! 2 sont offerte la première nuit dont un deca! Aussi pour les studios et apart, vous avez accès à la salle de sport […] et au sauna... Visitez l hôtel vous trouverez au rez de chaussée porte coté bar un accès aux lavoirs et sèche linges ainsi qu au fer à repassé... Accès internet payant... Surtout veillez à appeler l hôtel la veille de votre arriver pour vérifier la disponibilité de vote chambre! En effet! Mes amis ont loué un apart et se sont retrouvé en chambre "de luxe" grande et agréable mais sans cuisine!!! Du coup les courses et repas prévu 31/01/2011 en tête à tête été foutu!!! Mais forte heureusement nous étions la... Même si mon week-end en amoureux à finalement été un week-end entre amis!!! Si erreurs le week-end pas de possibilité de rencontrer de responsable... Ont nous répond plus d autre chambre disponible donc soyez pointilleux... La chambre n est pas rangé chaque jours ni serviettes changé durant le week-end ... Évitez de vous y rendre durant les festivités, beaucoup de jeunes y loue un apart pour y faire la fête jusqu à pas d heure... Aucun encadrement ni surveillance...service hôtelier donc disponible uniquement la semaine sinon ont se débrouille... Si vous arrivé après 19h appelez l Hotel pour avoir le code d accès de l entrée!!!! Sinon! Vous êtes à la rue! Si vous prenez mes conseils votre séjour sera agréable et sans surprise!!! Emportez votre sensée car les capsules sont à 1,50e une petite cafetière italienne à l ancienne facile à transporter vous rendra heureux pour les accrocs au café! Voilà j ai tout dit! Hôtel de bonne qualité général calme et luxueux Petit déjeuner très bon Points négatifs : une réception casi inexistante et fermée le we... Il ne faut donc pas avoir de question... Les chambres (suite pour notre part) sont très belles et bien équipées dommage que les moquettes et tissus des canapés soient tâches... Hôtel à recommander tout de même

Trevliga lägenheter med bra läge, nära Metro, flygbussen, Eu-kvarteren.

Bien situé, propre et confortable. Inconvénient : L'hôtel devrait envoyer le code d'accès dans l'hôtel lors de la confirmation de réservation par mail car si nous n'avions pas lu les commentaires des précédents nous ne pouvions pas rentrer car il n'ya aucun accueil le week-end.

Super Appartment mit Allem was noetig ist, gute Lage, aber leider schon relativ abgewohnt. Auch die Sauberkeit war nicht zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Très bien, confort total jusqu'à la chaine hifi. Appartement très propre avec beaucoup de commodités, aucun bruit. + une vue sympa sur Bruxelles.

Hotellet var ok på mange måder - fint koncept med et studio med et mindre køkken. Men hotellets standard levede ikke op til 4 stjerner - det var det for nedslidt og umoderne til. Fitniss-centret var meget ringe udstyret og en enkelt maskine var i stykker. Vi opgav derfor at dyrke motion på hotellet. Rengøringen var meget overfladisk, og der blev ikke […] fyldt ordentligt op med rene håndklæder og nyt sæbe. Desuden bankede de flere gange på, mens vi var på værelset - det var helt tydeligt, at rengøringspersonalet bare ville have dages rengøring overstået - det fandt vi meget generende. Da vi kom mandag, var der ikke blevet gjort rent i eksempelvis fitness-centret i hele weekenden. Desuden er det under al kritik, at man skal betale for det trådløse netværk - det hører ikke hjemme på et 4-stjerner hotel. Det administrative personale var meget venligt og serviceminded - ingen problemer der. Jeg vil gerne anbefale hotellet, men samtidig også gøre opmærksom på standarden. Devamı

Ett mycket bra hotell, fina rum, braadrum och bra bastu. Man känner sig välkommen hit och till den trevliga personalen. Stort plus för bra kök.

o aparthotel, é uma otima opção, o preço não é dos melhores mas o quarto é amplo e bem limpo e a vista é muito bonita. o incoveniente é chegar depois das 18:00 vc não tem recepção e tem que realizar uma ligação telefonica pedir senha abrir cofre é meio complicado

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut für Leute, die mit den Europäischen Instanzen zu tun haben.

Chambres non propre, moquettes mals entretenus, lits et draps en etat à laisser indesirable et manques de rigueur du personne. Attention si vous utilisez le telephone pour appeler la France exp: Pour 34 seecondes vous payez 2,16€.

El hotel está muy bien, y bastante cerca de la zona de la ONU. Sin embargo, la habitación tenía una cama doble y un sofa-cama doble muy incómodo. En mi opinión, es un apartamento adecuado para 2 o 3 personas, pero no para 4. A parte de eso, al reservar decía que las 4 plazas eran en camas individuales, y que teníamos internet, y ninguna de las dos era […] cierta. Devamı

Yövyimme kolmen ystäväni kanssa kolme yötä kyseisessä hotellissa ja pidimme siitä paljon! Läheltä löytyi sekä hyviä ruokailupaikkoja, ruokakauppoja, että nähtävyyksiäkin. Hotelli on muutaman metropysäkin päässä keskustasta joten shoppailemaan pääsi nopeasti ja kätevästi. Säästimme selvästi rahaa kun pääsimme kätevästi edullisella lentokenttäbussilla […] lähelle hotellia ja koska huoneessamme oli oma jääkaappi, ostimme sinne aamupalatarpeet. Suosittelen! Devamı

Erinomainen hotelli erinomaisella paikalla. Huoneistomme oli tilava ja Schumanin metroasemalle oli lyhyt kävelymatka. Lentokenttäbussi toimi mainiosti. Kauppoja ja ravintoloita lähistöllä paljon. Palvelu oli hyvää ja saimme esimerkiksi huoneen jo aamupäivällä jolloin olimme paikalla. Negatiivista oli huoneen tunkkaisuus aluksi (lähti pois tuulettamalla) […] ja se, että jääkaappi ei ollut ihan parhaassa mahdollisessa kunnossa. Devamı

Buon hotel e direzione molto gentile attenzione di ricevere sempre in anticipo da hotel . com o altra organizzazione il codice per entrare in hotel e recuperare la chiave della camera o potreste non essere in condizione di usare un servizio gia pagato profumatamente... Devo invece ringraziare la direzione che mi ha aiutato a recuperare i miei documenti […] e soldi persi all ingresso (proprio per la confusione dovuta a non disporre di tale codice) Devamı

Helt OK leilighet for en familie på 4. Var litt spesielt at nøkkel skulle hentes og leveres i en boks. Ved ankomst måtte vi ringe et telefonr. for å få kode til døra, så kode til boksen med nøkkel. Dette fungerte greit men var litt uvant. Hotellet ligger sentralt i forhold til parlamentet, men et stykke fra severdighetene. Passer bedre som jobb-hotell […] enn som feriehotell. Devamı

If you accept self-service as service,this might be a hotel for you. For me it is. Easy bus trip to Airport and back. Convenient location and environment! Sure, recommended!

Toutefois il faut appeler pour avoir accès à la chambre si on arrive le soir ou les weekend.

Parfait pour un court séjour en famille(2Adultes +10A +8A) . Hôtel bien situé dans un quartier calme. Excellentes prestations pour un prix très raisonnable en période estivale.
