Hotel Amine - Marrakech

This hotel had a beautiful swimming pool. It was on a major road into Marrakech and was a good location for driving to all of the sights. The breakfast that was included was delicious. The map was not clear enough for us to drive to the hotel without assistance.

The staff looked bored and talked on their phones, making you wait for them to end their conversation. They served other customers while serving you. They didnt communicate very well and half the time could not be bpothered to hlep. They kept us waiting a few hours to check in while telling us to 'sit for a few moments'. The room security was terrbiel. […] We came home one day to fiund the housekeepers had unlocked our room and left it unlocked and upon check in there were no towels and we had to wait a few hours to get some. We stayed at the hotel for two nights. Nice hotel rooms with balcony, heating system and bathtub. Unfortunately we found a dead cockroach in the bathroom, which was quite disgusting. Between our room and the adjecent one there was a door. This door was paper thin and we could hear our neighbors coughing and making other noises. Not very nice. Some staff […] were nice and helpfull, some were tired and not-so-helpfull. The area is not so interesting, but it's possiible to walk to the Medina in 15 minutes. Devamı

This was my second stay at the amine hotel, had stayed here 4 years ago, the room i had was next to the pool and was beautifully decorated, was freshly painted, tiles in bathroom were abit tired but didnt trouble us, im a interior designer and loved the design of the amine hotel, after all, standards in morrocco differ from others, there is no reason […] to be afraid of this hotel, theyre freindly, kind, bend over backwards for you, rooms have egyptian white bedding and comfy beds, breakfasts are continental, what more would you want? I sure as hell miss it, will definately go back, wasnt worse than my 4star hotel i stayed in last year. Trust me. Also try the restaurant le jardins des arts next to hotel, absoloutely gobsmacking interior and heavenly food. Dont be a fool and miss it, have a great trip. Devamı

The location is a bit way out from the main attractions. Neighbourhood is also not that great for a 4 star. Worst still is the poor quality of room & the breakfast.

I can post photos of the room with broken electrical switch, loose light bulbs, broken shower hose, various other broken things in the room. I asked to change the room as soon as I arrived but they gave me a choice of another room which was almost exactly in the same condition. The first night I found several long hairs on my bed-sheet, had to call […] to replace. Ordered a daiqiuri by the pool and it was basically a freshly squeezed lemon/lime juice with bit of alcohol. It was so so sour that i had to ask to remake but the guy insisted that is how its made. They are very strict about not allowing any drinks or food in the room; they did not have any room service and they will serve any food/canapes for a very short period. Its a 4 star hotel but had no map of the city, no information whatsoever. It does not take too much effort to have those info because a spa in the city had maps, could tell us more or less everything as a tourist you would want to know. Devamı

Dit hotel is niets mis mee. Het is een beetje gedateerd en je ziet hier en daar dat het al een ouder hotel is met wat mankementjes maar het is er proper en zuiver. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Je krijgt er een royaal en heerlijk ontbijt. Dus als je heel eerlijk bent is de prijs kwaliteit verhouding SUPER.

la estancia a sido aceptable, el hotel en si estaba muy bien con aparcamiento y una buena cocina, las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear ya que su aire acondicionado es flojo y sus colchones muy duros, no obstante su relacion calidad-precio es muy buena, si volveria igual repetiria.

Bonne hôtel proche de la place à 10 mn en taxi, calme pompe à essence trop proche odeur d'essence régulière quand l'on profite de la piscine par forte chaleur!!! La piscine et un atout pour cette hôtel je le recommande , chambre un peu à l ancienne niveau deco mais bon on n'est pas sur deco lol.

Un hotel sans intérêt et pas spécialement bien situé pour la découverte de la vieille ville (loin de la Médina et de la place Jemaa el fna à pieds) mais proche des gares. L'hotel est près d'une grande artère et n'est pas muni de double vitrage, donc attention au bruit. Un petit déjeuner avec peu de choix et d'une qualité moyenne. Une belle piscine mais […] inutilisable à notre époque (fin février). Malgré tout cet hotel nous a suffit pour passer juste une nuit au vue du rapport qualité -prix. Das Hotel Amine liegt im Nordwesten von Marrakesch. Es ist mit Aut, Taxi, und Bus gut erreichbar. Es eignet sich für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Marrakesch. Prisen tatt i betraktning ble jeg og min datter svært positivt overrasket over hotellet. Gode senger i et nokså nedslitt rom, men det var rent og hadde balkong! Strålende utearealer med baseng, solstoler og lunchbar. Hotellet har også restaurant med vinservering og hyggelig betjening. Da gjør det ingen ting at heisen står.

Hotelowi przydałby się przynajmniej delikatny remont i jakieś gruntowne sprzątanie, ale ogólnie standard jak na Maroko niezły. Największe minusy, to lokalizacja obok stacji benzynowej (jest bardzo głośno) i basen, którego zawartość nie była zmieniana chyba od kilku lat - wręcz śmierdzi i ciężko nazwać to wodą, a jej przejrzystość wynosi max 10 cm... […] Jeszcze nigdy czegoś takiego nie widziałem. Hôtel, sympa, très propre et accueillant. Chambres avec balcons, disposées autour de patio plantés de verdure. Les prestations spa et massage de qualité. L'espace autour de la piscine est agréable. 20 bonnes minutes de marche à pied pour rejoindre la Médina par l'avenue Mohamed V, mais il y a des bus et des petits taxis partout.

Cet hôtel a un assez bon rapport qualité/prix néanmoins, il est assez loin des souks de la médina même s'il y a un bus qui passe (n°1). On doit mettre 25 minutes à pied environ. Il est quasiment en face de la faculté des sciences, ce qui en théorie est un bon point, mais, en pratique, il faut faire attention aux heures où l'on passe dans l'avenue car […] il ya des jeunes qui guettent les tourristes. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil et les prix sont assez corrects. Il faut compter 12 euros de taxi et 2 euros par personne pour la navette (n°19) mais il faudra marcher un peu et traverser la fameuse avenue. En gros, si vous souhaitez rester bronzer devant la piscine cet hôtel fera l'affaire, mais si vous souhaitez profiter de la médina, visiter, manger ailleurs, mettez un peu plus chère! Devamı

10km de la place Jamaa el fna , a pied c'est loin sinon globalement satisfait. il faut s'assurer d'avoir les confirmations de réservation imprimées avec soi, car, malgré les confirmations par internet, ils exigent le "papier" et refusent de les imprimer dans l'hotel.

Et super godt hotel hvis man gerne vil nyde deres flotte haver og fantastiske pool område. Det er ikke et luksus hotel, men alle medarbejdere var søde, hjælpsomme og renligheden på hotellet var tip top. Der var INGEN myg eller andre insekter til trods for de mange palmer/ træer/ blomster, som er på hotellet.

Gelegen in de nieuwe wijk Gueliz van Marrakech. Familiehotel waar je kunt bijkomen van de drukte in het centrum van Marrakech. Goede service, die sneller wordt na het geven van een fooi.
