The former white hotel offers spacious rooms in a nice location (Louise, Flagey, Chatelain) and the service was great. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the only remark that I have is that the rooms could benefit from a make-over paint job.

I used this hotel a lot when it was the White Hotel and I was interested to see whether the new management would change the experience. The hotel still has big wonderful rooms and feels far more unique than a lot of mid-range business hotels (think different artwork in the rooms and free Belgian chocolate). Stayed for 2 nights. The room is very clean and tidy. And it is very huge!!! Nice breakfast. The hotel is not too close to the metro station. It takes around 15-20 mins walk. Alternatively, you can take a tram which takes around 5 mins to metro. The area is very quite and safe. Overall, I'm satisfy with this hotel and will recommend it to others.

Design hotel...perhaps, but really, I think to qualify as such more attention would be paid to the durability of materials and other details that demonstrate thoughtful, sustainable design elements rather than a broad idea "white" loosely implemented. Stained carpets and curtains, water damaged vanity, dirty mouse pads at shared computers, torn wallpaper […] in the common area WC (intersting wall paper, but to use it throughout the WC seems to neglect the foresight of the space's function... Overall, underwhelmed, but the surrounding neighborhood was interesting, and I imagine that with a little investment in more durable elements and overall attention to ongoing maintenance, my impression of the hotel would quickly improve. Pro: Excellent location, easy parking in surrounding area, good value for money, free wifi, cleanliness, original design. Against: Design may appear a bit excentric to some, no wall socket at all in bathroom, TV service a disaster: Image freezes and blocks, poor sound making speech difficult to understand, picture sides lopped off.

Good hotel on main shopping boulevard about 1km from metro station. Rooms very airy, bathrooms compact but functional. Room to front suffer from traffic noise. Breakfast only meal served, but very good quality produce and plenty of fresh coffee. Excellent wifi connection all through hotel and its free! The white hotel is well located half way up ave. Louise and well priced with excellent breakfasts as part of the package. The quirkiness I'd down to the design and somewhat unfinished or spartan environment, large rooms with a strange art theme running through the whole hotel, which maybe deliberately or not included 3 novalty electric traffic cone […] lights in my last room, bizarrely. The lady on reception is very friendly and insisted I took my breakfast for which I was grateful. Hotel was under considerable maintenance on arrival. We also couldn't check in, as our rooms were not ready, based on the debris being hurled over the balcony when we arrived, we assumed it was still under construction?! The hotel bar was never opened during our one night stay, apparently due to a party the previous evening, which seemed infamous with […] the local cabbies. Our room was a bit worn out, with no handle on the door, in fact the decor was fairly reminiscent of student halls - the idea of an all white hotel, with a different designer for each room, is good, however, the execution is NOT! Location about 20 mins walk from the centre, but on the plus side the surrounding neighbourhood and restaurants are very nice. Just across the road from the offices I regularly visit. Wide range of breakfast goodies and well located if you know your way around Brussels. Rooms are spacious if initially a little Spartan and the housekeeping is excellent.

I have to go to an office in Avenue Louise in Brussels several times each year and I've tried most of the hotels in that area. From now on I'll stick to the White Hotel. When you're travelling for work and just need somewhere clean, secure and comfortable, this is the ideal hotel. It's very good value for the location but still delivers everything you […] need. On the Avenue Louise, the White Hotel is not in the old centre, but is very conveniently located for some of the more interesting parts of Brussels. The hotel was good but more three star than four - the facilities one normally expects in a four star weren't all there (eg safe in room) but then, the whole place is very determinedly minimalist. Buffet […] breakfast was good if a little limited in range. The one thing that was a bit tedious (and this is being picky) was the slowness of the two lifts - other than that, the staff were friendly and helpful and given the convenience of its location for my meetings in Brussels, I would stay at this hotel again. This hotel seemed a little out of the way at first but afterwards we realized that a tram station was located just across the road. Staff were friendly and the room was very comfortable with a very comfortable bed. (I really liked the bath plug key ring). Breakfast was included in the price and there was something for all tastes. Accueil très chaleureux à l'arrivée par Isabelle, puis froid et distant de la seconde hôtesse les 2 jours suivants. Prise au mur d'un des chevets complètement dénudé dans chambre 072 et lit bébé non installé dans la seconde chambre 071, lit qu'il a fallu aller chercher soi-même car pas de personnel et lit pas stable, bébé a dormi entre les parents. […] Accueil au petit-déjeuner du 1er janvier sans champagne comme l'année dernière....dommage c'était sympa ! nous avons choisi cet hotel pour visiter Bruxelle en famille avec des ados. L'univers Déco design est trés sympa, la chambre était sapcieuse, mais la salle de bain devrait être réabilitée.

Face à l'hôtel nous trouvons un accès direct au centre touristique de Bruxelles et de plus la ligne de tramways dessert tous les musées. Situé dans un quartier résidentiel. Le personnel est à l'écoute, choix varié pour le petit déjeuner, on y trouve même des yaourt à 0%. Pour la restauration de midi se renseigner au près du personnel de la réception, […] car certains restaurants en centre ville sont des pièges à touristes (cher et même mauvais). Le soir je recommanderais rue du Bailly pour la restauration, le Bistrot "le Troquet" qui allient l'accueil, la convivialité et la bonne cuisine à des tarifs raisonnables. Seul bémol l’accès aux chambres à partir de 15 heures, si vous arrivez avant la réception entrepose les bagages en attendant. Devamı

Hôtel un peu éloigné du centre ville, mais implanté au sein d'un quartier très sympa (Ixelles). Très bonne desserte par les transports et possibilité de stationnement (facile) aux alentours de l'hôtel. Nous avons bénéficié d'une très grande chambre, demandez la 82 ! Hôtel un peu excentré par rapport au centre (20 minutes à pied) mais bien desservi par le tramway. Stationnement dans la rue devant l'hôtel sans problème. Chambre propre, très bon petit déjeuner. Mon seul regret est que j'avais réservé une chambre pour 3, et que je me suis retrouvé avec juste deux lits simples. La seule solution proposée par l'hôtel […] (qui a reconnu son erreur) a été que les deux enfants dorment dans le même lit simple... Personnel de l hotel est vraiment mais vraiment desagreable. La personne qui est a l accueil est antipathique et elle donne l impression qu on la derange et que c est elle qui nous offre la chambre. Par la moindre info concernant les commodites proposees par l hotel. Les lits, on sent les ressorts. Jeg kan anbefale at de får et materiale en lille brochure til alm. orientering vedr. morgenmad, internet osv. De fortæller det ved ankomst, men det er rart at kunne se på skrift også, specielt når det ikke er på eget sprog.

Nous nous attendions à un hotel très design, et très bien placé comme le qualifient la plupart des commentaires. Malgré la propreté, et l'originalité indéniable des lieux, nous avons été déçu. Le côté "design" est un peu exagéré, c'est épuré et relativement neuf pour ce qui est de la salle de petit déjeuner. Cela étant la chambre était un peu triste, […] blafarde, la salle de bain surannée, et peu fonctionnelle. L'hotel n'est pas idéalement placé comme il est parfois mentionné pour faire du tourisme, il se situe dans un quartier d'affaires, loin à pieds des principaux centres d'intérêt touristiques. Cependant, il est juste en face d'un arrêt de tramway, et le quartier est sûr. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas particulièrement remarquable, à noter l'absence de nourriture salée notamment dommageable pour un bon petit déjeuner avant une journée de visite. Chambre design très confortable, calme sur cour, à part le bruit des clés dans les portes et les portes qui claquent. Les petits déjeuners sont très copieux et de qualité, le cadre est très agréable. Sa situation dans la rue Louise le rend assez proche des sites touristiques (Musées, Place Royale, Palais de Justice, grand et petit Sablon, Maisons Art […] Nouveau) Par contre l'accueuil le jour de l'arrivée était assez froid.
