We were very impressed with the state of the hotel. It looked very fresh, new and upscale. The rooms were very nice. Beds were quite comfy. The location is nice because it's outside the town so there are very few lights so the room was quite dark at night so nice for sleeping. The drawback was the low quality and choice of the breakfast.

Great staff, great location right off Rt 9, very clean. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed the excellent breakfast. We will be staying here the next time we visit this area.

Hotel was much nicer than the online pics. Very clean. Breakfast was great and staff was very courteous. Hotel is at the end of the major Blvd in Saratoga Springs and very convenient to everything. Inadequate seating available in breakfast area, poor quality of items (cheapest white bread and bagels), no breakfast attendant and food and supplies ran out with an hour still left. Room amenities also miserly, only soap and shampoo, no lotion or conditioner. Maid threw out our barely-used soap and shampoo, which really ticks me off. Why do they do […] that? nice and comfortable hotel, nothing fancy but very clean, orderly and in a good location close to saratoga springs

Our overnight stay there was exceptional. The room was extremely clean and furnishings very comfortable. Coffee maker in the room is always a plus! Check in and out was fast and efficient and the continental breakfast offered a variety of foods. Only thing I would have liked there was some fresh fruit - banana, apple, etc.

They were having trouble with the outside doors and callin your room cause the messages light is allways on

Very nice hotel, hot breakfast served each day, conveniently located however, too far from downtown to walk. About 2 miles to Racino.

Staff was busy talking along time on the hone while clients were waiting for service. Multiple clients includng me had problems with the room keys. After 3 times the staff finally gave me a master key. Last but not least the staff could not give me a receipt but had to mail it because their system was down.

Staff was ok.. easy check in.. room was clean however for a smoke free room it was not even close. The staff smoked and it crept down the hallways into the room. Not pleased at all with this aspect.

Not only did the outsourced customer service representative from hotels.com mislabel my reservation by using my first name twice so I couldn't find my reservation but then the staff at best western Saratoga wouldn't lift a finger to help. When I called the night before to check on my two room reservation the elderly man with a barely understandable […] accent told me yes and hung up?!? Then the next day when I arrived and only had one room under my name the employee wouldn't even allow me to use a landline to contact hotels.com when my cell phone kept cutting out. The whole reception staff seemed like it was their first day on the job. Other than this, the hotel was clean and not too far by taxi/car from the track and downtown, but next time even for a few more dollars I would try to find a hotel a little closer to the above mentioned. The hotel and accomodations were fine. The hotel is located near the Saratoga race course which was my purpose of staying there. I found the staff to be very nice and helpful.

We had read previous reviews that were not complimentary about this motel. However, the only complaints that we had about our stay were that the sheets were wrinkled and felt damp to the touch, and the hallways were were not airconditioned. This last factor would have been more critical had we not been so close to the exit. The breakfast was acceptable […] - fast food type eggs, waffles and sausages, plus a cold breakfast selection. The hot water for tea was constantly running out and it took awhile for it to be re-filled. Overall experience was very good - not perfect. Devamı

The hotel is on the edge of town, which is great if you're not into being in the centre of things. It's quiet for the most part and although it suffers a bit from construction woes and plumbing that needs a bit more routine maintenance, we were quite happy there.

The hotel was very well maintained, quiet, and comfortable. The patio and swimming pool area was under construction. I thought the rate was a little pricey for that time of the season and its location in relation to the downtown area of Saratoga Springs.

The walls were extremely thin you could hear the guy in the next room snoring away . The next night we could hear the conversation of the group next door as if they were in the same room as we were, not what you want at 3 AM when you have a 7 am appointment. The staff really made you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive til the moment you leave. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The surrounding town is beautiful, and one i'm glad to say i will be moving to. The only thing i was not too thrilled with was the breakfast, it was horrible aside from the it is a great place and the 2 resturants […] that are connected to it truly enhanced my stay Devamı

Hotel was within a convenient walking distance of SPAC which made getting into and out of the concert a lot easier than if we had drove. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to make everything comfortable for us.

Spent a few days at Saratoga Racetrack and hotel was clean, convienently located and staff was attentive.

This hotel was very nice. Room was clean and neat. The location was great if you are going to the Performing Arts Center or park and the race track. It's not in the downtown area so you have to drive to everything.

Nice clean and quiet. large room. comfortable bed. coffee terrible though!
