Hilton Hurghada Resort - Hurghada

We stayed at Hilton during easter and we had a pleasant stay. As for having the cheapest room at the hotel, it was comfy enough. The room cleaners did a great job during the whole stay. The private beach was nice. The Animation team made the holiday even better.

Hotel is at Hilton standard level however service was extremely slow and non knowledgeable on basic things like adding miles&smiles number to your account to earn miles.

that hotel should be 5 star deluxe.food,beach,staff service,location and cleanliness are just perfect.

This hotel is very cozy and convenient for staying in Hurghada. The cleaness and room service is very nice. Thanks a lot for staff's kindness and hospitality.

Who wants large sandy beach & sea view Go Who wants relaxation Go who wants enetainment & Animation ..Go Who seeks for fresh & Good food without any bellyache Go. Good Gym. Very rude personnel. Closed (from sea side) beach, which makes water rather dirty. Swimming pool closes at 6pm. It is 4 stars by feeling, not 5 stars hotel.

excellent in everything needs a little more maintenance

If you are russian you will probably enjoy this hotel, if you are not you will probably be annoyed that "everyone" including the staff speaks russian. As a swede its annoying the fifthieth time the staff asks you something in russian... The pool was for some reason always closed after dark wich was boring. Otherwise a good hotel. It is divided in to […] parts, the cheaper part is really not exciting so if you are not going go to spend a bit more and stay in the "good" part you might as well stay at a sheaper less exclusive hotel. Som icke-ryss blev det väldigt enerverande när i princip "alla" på hotellet inklusive personalen pratade ryska. När personalen för femtionde gången kom fram och tilltalade oss på ryska ville jag nästan skrika. Poolen är helt ok men av någon anledning stängd när det är mörkt vilket var tråkigt. Överlag ett helt ok hotell. Dock stor skillnad mellan den billiga och den dyrare delen. Om man inte vill lägga extra pengar på att bo i den finare dyrare delen kändes det som att man lika gärna kan bo på ett annat billigare mindre "fint" hotell. Devamı

Inget att klaga på, allt var hur bra som helst. 20ep med taxi till Hurgadah centrum.

Jättefint hotell med uppvärmd pool. Bra för barnen med aktiviteter. Fin strand!

Extremt bra service från all personal på hotelet och det var alltid rent och fräsch mat. Stora poolområden och välskött strand.

Het is een Hilton resort, en dat is te merken. Voor iemand die al gauw tevreden is met schone handdoeken en een toilet dat doorspoelt, is dit natuurlijk paradijs. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, luxe zwembaden, strandhanddoekservice, restaurants, kinderopvang, spa's, shops, internet, nederlandse tv-zenders etc etc etc. Voor als je een week lang helemaal NIETS […] van het land wil hoeven zien, is dit een absolute aanrader!! The hotel is ok, the staff inside the hotel is nice. But the 'all inclusive' system is bad: people serving do not explain properly what is included or not (it is not that all inclusive), they seem to think that they are doing the guests some kind of favour. For instance, when I asked which cocktails were included, the bartender (at the beach) just answered […] all. So I asked for a "Tequila Sunrise', and he said, 'Not this one'. They have ice-cream, but they do not serve until 3PM. I had read that the hotel staff really needed more training, and now I notice this is very true. Devamı
