Great price, breakfast was more than adequate and included in the hotel price. Nothing fancy here, but the accommodations were suitable for our needs.

I stayed at this Super 8 for 5 days on business. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the decor of the room was. The walls were freshly painted and had a nice flat screen tv. Overall I was very happy with my room. It was a great value for being so cheap!

This stay was disappointing. Sheets were not changed/room cleaned. Children running in the lobby, halls and stairs until 12:30 - 1:30 in the morning. We had to call the front desk and ask them to stop them (it was the employees children)

I can't really say anything positive about this Super 8, the room had an odor I cannot describe and it was not pleasant. The room was very cold upon entry, the heater noisy and minimal bedding provided. If it were not prepaid and late in the evening when I arrived I would have turned around when entering the lobby let alone the room. Highly recommend this family owned gem. 12 miles from Oberlin and half the price of many competitors, the accomodations were comfortable and the staff friendly and responsive. They graciously agreed to allow me to check in several hours early and a maintenance issue noticed shortly after I checked in was fixed before I got back from lunch at the neighborhood […] diner. Hotel was very old and tired looking on the outside, very disturbing on the inside. Bed was tiny and hard, curtain did not fully close so a parking lot light was shining in all night, we barely slept at all.

I honestly would say this is the worst place I have ever stayed in. Switch plates missing from the wall where the bed was pushed in. The carpet was taped down on the thresh hold to the bathroom with silver duct tape and coming up, I tripped over it almost every time leaving the bathroom. The bathroom had three big patches where they fixed the drywall […] but never painted. Mold on the tiles in shower. The shower curtain rod had big holes where someone tried to fastened it to the wall. It kept falling down out of the holes with the whole shower curtain and rod both crashing down. I booked a non-smoking room and they told me too bad all they had left was a smoking room which permeated into all my clothes. Beds were old and uncomfortable and the bed spread was disgusting(obviously not something they wash every time). The staff was rude and never acknowledged your existence when walking in and past the front desk. Owners are West Indian and do not speak English or at least act like they don't. This is a place where over the road truckers and transient construction workers stay not a place for couples and certainly not for families. And to top it all off the police had to come two nights of the six I was there because people drinking and arguing. I felt dirty and smelly every time walking out of this place. Plain and simple, "this place is a DUMP"! Pay the extra $10 or $20 a night to stay some place nicer. Devamı

Location was right off toll way, which was perfect. Outer appearance was nice. Lobby could use some updating. Room was clean but needed minor repairs. All in all not a bad stay.

I'll admit that I didn't expect much from a Super 8 Motel. I'm happy to say I was wrong. This was one of the nicer hotels I have stayed in. The first nice thing was that the gentleman at the front desk asked me if I wanted to be on the first or second floor. I am a single woman traveling alone and I feel safer on the second floor. You don't always get […] the choice, so this was a plus. The room was clean and fresh, obviously renovated within the last few years. Granite countertop in the bathroom! The breakfast room was spacious and had a good variety of foods available, including a waffle iron for fresh waffles. The room is open all the time, so I had grabbed a cereal snack the night before. It is in a good location, close to the turnpike and with several fast-food places and gas stations close by. I needed to drive over into the nearby town for some supplies: looks like there are restaurants there if you are tired of fast-food and it is easy to get to. The only cons are that there is no elevator to get to the second floor (I do not travel light) and the air conditioner wasn't especially powerful. Other than that I would definitely plan on staying here the next time I'm traveling in the area. Devamı

Overall, the experience was satisfactory. The walls were a little thin as we heard the guests in the next room making noise during the night. It fit our needs.

The front desk clerk was very friendly so that was a nice start. The hotel is older, but recently remodeled. It looked clean, but then we found a pair of mens shorts in one of the drawers. That indicated to me that they didn't do a real good clean between stays. The room was small, but adequate for an overnight stay. The hallways smelled like cigarette […] smoke from the smoking rooms which made me not want to bring my kids there. There is no iron in the room, the hair dryer didn't work and housekeeping started banging doors and vacuuming at 9am even though check out wasn't until noon. I tried to tell the front desk clerk (different from when I checked in) about the concerns, but she didn't even give us the time of day. Just ignored us and looked at me like I was stupid when I said the hair dryer didn't work. I wasn't all that impressed with that! Devamı

I was very happy with the experience. The price was very affordable and the room was very well maintained. Yes it was a bit outdated but the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and friendly. I go to Cleveland at least once a year and will stay there anytime I go back.

Hotel was nice but needed an iron and ironboard. Possibly a small microwave. The staff was knowledgeable about the area and were very friendly.

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. The beds were very easy to get a GOOD NIGHTS sleep. The morning breakfast had a good assortment of goodies and cearel. A transformer blew up on the pole outside and Ohio Edeson was pulling in as we were leaving. This was on our second and last day so it did not effect us very much. The hotel would have been more appealing if they would have just washed the windows in the lobby. Very bad first impression. Since we had reservations it would have been nice to have the room refrigerator and air tuned on prior to us getting there. Hotel was just average.

The rooms were bare, a little grungy, and outdated. The bed was horribly uncomfortable- not much better than sleeping on the floor. Good price but still not worth the price.

We weren't expecting anything fancy, but we would have at least appreciated a room that didn't smell like mildew and had a bathroom door that actually closed. On top of that, within ten minutes of entering our room and turning the heater on, we were both sneezing and coughing - there was something in that room that set off a severe allergic reaction […] in both of us. We packed up our things and went back down to the desk to inquire about a different room, but were told by the unpleasant woman running the desk that they had no other rooms to offer us. We know this wasn't true, as we'd just inquired about the availability of a Jacuzzi room upon checking in, so we're fairly certain she thought we were just trying to scam an upgrade out of them. To their credit, they ended up taking an air purifier up to our room. We had to stay out of the room for 30 minutes, but it was worth it - we had no further issues with allergies that night. Our only remaining complaints are the bent doorframe going into the bathroom and the rather uncomfortable bed. Breakfast was decent, and the man behind the desk (the manager?) was very friendly and helpful. Devamı

They were in the middle of remodeling and were still very accommodating and friendly. Their "family rooms" are very large with two bathrooms and perfect for our family!

First room did not have frige, second room had all convinunces but nad cigerett smell had to spray, seem to be a problem in the bathroon vent for the smell. noisy inside motel, could hear people accross hall. I have stayed at this motel many times and the staff was very helpful with any problem

This place was dirty. Do they charge extra for cigarette burn holes in the blankets and sheets? Do they charge extra for pillows that are larger than loaf of bread? The bath room was not clean. The staff was friendly enough, but the room left a lot to be desired. We did get a smoking room but it smelled so bad that we had to spray every thing with fabreeze just to be able to sleep in the room. The room was extremely small to hold the 2 double bed that were in it. The room slept 4 people but only had 2 towels in the bathroom. If you're just looking for a place to crash on your way to another destination, this hotel's location is excellent- literally right off the highway, surrounded by gas stations and restaurants. Service was good. Free breakfast was okay. Hotel itself, however, was dingy, had a musty smell, cramped rooms, and THE most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept […] in. I'm a frequent traveler with fairly low expectations, and I would rate this hotel in the bottom 10% of all those I've stayed at. I wanted to like it, but the paper-thin pillows and rock-hard bed just wouldn't allow it. Devamı
