Excellent steak house and buffet

The hotel was ok, however, the hotel receptionist Brandi was very rude. Arrived and asked for an upgrade and was told without investigating that our request for an upgrade was not possible even though we would have been willing to pay an additional fee. Liked the Casino though had a lot a fun. The room was so dusty that you could see the layers of dust. […] Looks like the only thing done between room changes was to maybe change the linen. Linen had spots on it which we noticed as soon as the covers were turned back. Requested change and that was done immediately. Requested refrigerator and microwave at the time of room confirmation - was not there had to call the front desk to request. When attendant arrived at the room with a dented and unclean refrig., asked where the microwave was and the attendant told us they didn't have microwaves to bring to the rooms. The other person with me say's we probably won't stay there again but will visit the Casino. Wouldn't recommend the stay to our friends. Devamı

I asked for the King bed with padded headboard room. The lady who made my reservations said okay. When I get there at 11:00 AM check in time, I told them to make sure I get that room. I go up to my room total opposite. I called down to front desk, they told me those are the suite rooms & the casino can only give those rooms out on the weekend. They […] said the pictures on our website is for another hotel (Wow Really?) They offered me a free breakfast buffet. Hotel was nice waitresses an casino staff were very rude would not go back to that casino again!

The room was really nice and clean, no problems except it was a long walk from the elevator. The hotel staff were not very friendly. Mostly indifferent and acted like they could care less. Don't expect to get a drink around the slots area. Of course anywhere in Tunica is out of the way, at least there are 2 other casinos across the street.

My favourite hotel on my recent visit to Mississippi and one that I plan to return to. Great rooms and not a single thing to complain about. Eating in the Twains restaurant was a pleasure and the staff and food are exceptional

This was the third time we stayed at Sam's Town Tunica. We always enjoy our stays there and will continue to book there in the future.

There's has been a much needed improvement in the attitudes of front desk personnel. I found them all to be more accommodating, pleasant and courteous.

We were one of three couples who recently stayed in Tunica. The hotel was very clean. Staff very friendly. Reservations were exactly as promisee

Seamless check-in, property was extremely well kept and our room was perfect! We ate lunch and breakfast in the buffet restaraunt, the hostess was delightful with a welcoming personality and a voice suitable for Broadway. The food was attractive and tasty. We definitely recommend this hotel!!!

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE THAT IS QUIET,AWAY FROM THE CITY THAT HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED WITHIN THE HOTEL THEN SAM'S TOWN IS THE PLACE TO BE.

Well worth the price. Good bed and clean room. Didn't Casino staff-pleasant.

The staff where very rude n disrespectful.

I will never go to Sams Town again. First of all the room posted was not what we got. It was dirty and very outdated. The bed was very hard. The restaurants were dirty and we went to another casino to eat. The casino had more 1 and 2 cents slot machine than others. We just didnt enjoy our stay at all.

Our room was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and there were 4 very fluffy pillows. Everything was very clean and in great condition. It was a little far from the elevator but other than that, it was terrific. We will definitely be staying here again.

Everything is great as long as you don't need any services or assistance while third shift is working. Obviously there is little management after midnight.

Sams Town in Tunica - You can hear people in the halls an people in other rooms. This hotel is not quite. We have stayed there before and it was noisy then too, but we decided to give it another try but I really don't like it becasue of this. It is hard to sleep when you hear everything going on outside of your room.

We didnt pay much for this room at all, but it was worth double/triple the price (we stayed on a week day, so it was pretty cheap)! The room is VERY nice and the decor is beautiful! The ONLY problem with the room was it does not come with an iron and ironing board. we had to call housekeeping and it took 15 min to get it. Then the iron is one of those […] cheap ones that leak water when you iron. :o(. luckily it didnt ruin my clothes, but it was a pain to have to wait for another iron... Good Alternative to Harrahs. Standard Casino Hotel, no problems. The Steakhouse was good. I only stayed as a stop off, so I did not check out all the amentities,

This hotel was very nice especially for the price over the holiday weekend! Pool is a little small, but atmosphere is great poolside, and pool hours are long. My kids really enjoyed the fish and ducks! Hotel staff very friendly, check in was easy, nice that the snack shack is open 24hrs a day. Hotel room fine. Disappointed in the pool upkeep. water seemed to stay light green shade. Other than gamble, nothing in area to do or see. Needs more vacation oriented sites.

The hotel room looked modern and up to date and was a decent size. When we pulled back the blankets that night though we had dried blood on our sheets. The hotel was quick to send someone up and change them. The air conditioning didn't get the room very cool, but it was tolerable. The buffet that is advertised on the "best in Tunica" is really pretty […] blah. Definitely not worth the money, but the snack bar had decent food. The hotel claims they have express checkout but when I was there they definitely didn't. Some people had copies of their bills in hand when they went to check out and the clerk didn't seem to know where they got them. When I pointed out that they had a box that said express check out she said oh, well you can drop your keys in there if you want. She also said that you could check out on the tv, but I was never able to find the channel to do that. Perhaps it was down. I don't think we'll be staying there again. There are better hotels with more amenities that I'd be willing to spend a little more for. Devamı
