I had a wonderful stay at the Falkensteiner! You can bet I'm going to stay there again next time I'm in Vienna. Conveniently located near one of the main streets, it was a quick walk to the train or the museums. The hotel is beautifully clean and nicely decorated, and the breakfast buffet was fabulous.

"Lovely Hotel"
We were travelling on business and were happy to find this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were really helpful. Breakfast was also good. It is in a fairly good location and is only 10 mins in a taxi to the centre of Vienna. There are also a couple of nice restaurants and bars very close by.
"Comfortable but uninspiring chain hotel"
Staff very helpful. Check in and out very efficient. Bed very comfortable. Interesting bathroom with blinds into the bedroom so could waltch tv from the loo! Intended to let light in. Shower over bath with curtain leaked. Taxi from south railway station cost 15 euro, not far but one way system very slow in traffic.

Easy to come to the city centre by bus in 10 min., very friendly and helpfull stuff, very beautiful new suite

l'hotel è molto pulito e sofisticato, elegante ma al tempo stesso accogliente. il personale è educato, gentile e molto disponibile, le camere sono grandi e pulite ( il pavimento del bagno è anche riscaldabile) .. l'hotel non si trova esattamente in centro ma in 15 minuti è possibile essere ovunque perchè i mezzi pubblici ( ed in particolar modo la metro) […] funzionano particolarmente bene.. il quartiere dove si trova l'hotel è tranquillo e semplice. alla sera io e il mio ragazzo dal centro di Vienna tornavamo tranquillamente in hotel a piedi facendoci una bella passeggiata.. l'unica pecca dell'hotel è la colazione (non è inclusa nel prezzo e costa 15 euro a testa) in compenso basta uscire ed entrare in un bar per fare una buona colazione con caffè e krapfen o sacher e spendere meno di 5 euro.. mi sono trovata davvero bene in questo hotel e lo consiglio vivamente.. Wien var fantastisk i adventstiden og hotellet lige så. Vi fikk et stort og fint rom, alt var rent og så strøkent ut. Personalet var nokså hjelpsomme og frokosten var utmerket og skiller seg ut fra all annen hotellfrokoster jeg har spist tidligere. Middagen på hotellet var litt dyr i forhold til hva vi fikk. Nicht wirklich schlechtes Haus, leider die Zimmer gar nicht sauber, manch Schmutz und Staub wird lediglich verteilt...da ist noch was zu tun !

das hotel ist in jeder hinsicht zu empfehlen. zentral und doch abgeschieden und ruhig.
Tolles Hotel. Es liegt sehr Zentral.
"Sehr schöne Loft Zimmer"
Die Loft Zimmer wurden erst kürzlich erstellt und sind somit noch sehr neu. Der Zustand ist einwandfrei. Der Parkettboden hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist ca. 20 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Ein Taxi kostet keine zehn Euros. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. zentral gelegen, ohne Probleme mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen... freundliches und jederzeit hilfsbereites Personal... großer Pluspunkt beim Zimmer: Parkettboden und großes Bad mit Tageslichtbezug. Ich würde jederzeit wieder in dieses Hotel kommen!
"good place to stay"
Its definitely a good place to stay for a few nights in Vienna. Close to the center, with some good restaurants in the neighborhood. Staff is allright. The room was clean and quiet.

Bon hôtel proche du centre. Quartier très sympa pour sortir le soir. Très bien en tout point à l'exception du petit déjeuner et du transfert aéroport qui sont trop chers.

Hotellet var Meget stilfullt, med hyggelig betjening og fine rom. Prisnivået i bar og for frokost var noe i høyeste laget.
