I have stayed in many of the disney hotels and have never had a problem with any of them. I can't say enough about the staff. They are always helpful and friendly. Disney hotels are clean and well maintained. The pool at this hotel was very nice.

This is a good hotel to use when visiting Disney parks with kids. My granddaughter loved it. The only negative is not having a coffee maker in the room which I read about in advance.

The shuttle service to and from the airport and to Disney parks was great, very convenient. Very good place for families, but if you are not on a family vacation with children I would recommend staying somewhere like the Coronado Springs Resort, as the Allstar Resort is very catered to children. The shower was not clean upon arrival. I did clean it and then noticed it was not cleaned the second day, so I complained and had a spotless room for one day. Then, same old thing. I was not impressed at all with the concierge services either. We wanted some guidance on things to do and they just were not helpful. Plan in advance and do not count on […] them to be helpful (they pretty much are just there to take your money for the things you have planned to do). I do have to say that management seemed to care about my issues, but as I said, nothing really changed for more than a day. This could be a great place, yes, considered a value resort, but it was still 186 a night and that is not "cheap," so it should be clean and the staff should be more attentive to the customers. very fun stay. very close to all Disney parks and downtown Disney as well. Lots of stuff to explore and check out on the Hotel grounds. we stayed in the Dalmatians building, were there are Two HUGE statues of Purdy and Pongo from 101 Dalmatians. Lots of great picture opportunities. I stayed for 3 nights along with my wife and 4 year old son, we thorougly enjoyed the stay. Disney resorts provide complimentary shuttle(magical express) from Orlando airport to the resort which is nice, well the catch is when you book through Hotels.com, you have to call Disney magical express separately and confirm it(they ask for the reservation […] number and you may not have it, since you only have the Hotels.com confirmation number, you have to call Hotels.com customer service and get the reservation number). Apart from this minor inconvenience, the stay as such was great. There is a food court in the resort, 2 swimming pools and shuttles to disney parks. We asked for bed rails for my 4 year old and they provided that asap. we will definitely stay here again...Thanks Hotels.com Devamı

Hotel very easy to find, using Disney bus system was great, convenient and easy to get to various places on resort. Beds were clean but bathroom shower liner could use attention

If you want to live at Disney's resort under $100, it is a choose. They have 10 different story buildings - Pixar's Toy Story, Fantasia, The Love Bug, The Mighty Ducks and One Hundred, One Dalmatians...etc......

For the price and location, along with the bus service, we were happy. It has been updated since our last visit and was much nicer. We did have to walk to buy a coffee in the morning but otherwise the kids loved the pool area and the Disney experience . I think if Disney continues to maintain their properties, we will continue to bring the kids!

The Disney All-Star Movies Resort was perfect for our two day stay! Check-in was a breeze since I had done online check-in, and my 2 year old was thrilled with the balloon she received and with the cast members calling her princess! Our room and grounds were very clean, and our room was plenty big for our family of 3. The room comes standard with a […] mini fridge and iron that hotels.com said was on-request. We took our own milk, drinks, and cereal to cut down on breakfast costs. We could hear some noise from other rooms like showers and toilets flushing, but it wasn't overly annoying. We didn't eat at the food court, so I can't comment on the food, but it was a big area. The grounds were very nice and the character statues were fun for my daughter. The pool areas were nice also. The hotel was very close to Disney park entrances and McDonalds was just outside the hotel gate. Overall we loved our short stay and would stay here again. Devamı

Check in was pleasant. Staff seemed a little confused since he had only been there one month. Food service at hotel and around ESPN was inefficient and staff was rude. They would cut in between people waiting in line without a simple 'excuse me' or any other greeting. The food truck at ESPN were inefficient as well. All food experiences were unprofessional, […] and totally inefficient. We stood in line for 30 minutes at the ice cream with only 2 people in front of us. Set-up of food areas could be corrected to minimize wait times and speed up the order process. Example: For a milkshake, the staff gets a scoop, walks to ice cream cooler, then goes to back of area for fridge to retrieve milk, then to opposite side of work area to get a metal cup, then around to other side of area for the mixer. After mixing is complete they walk to other side to get customer cup, and place lid and straw in it. Too much time walking around and not getting anything accomplished. Meanwhile the customer waits and waits and waits. Food trucks at ESPN had a limited number of menu options and staff seemed surprised when you ordered one of the them. Orders got mixed up in ESPN for the pic up window. Staff walking back and forth, to and from area behind closed door with one order while 6 people wait. Every food venue I visited could be improved by better restaurant management. Same thing goes on in each of the ALL-STAR hotels on Disney. Yikes! There was no way to escape it while there. Devamı

We knew this was Disney's "budget" tier of hotels. Rooms are very small. Staff was pleasent and willing to help. Disappointed that the in-room refrigerator was grimy. Towels are remincent of High School gym towels, small and thin. The size of the complex makes it confusing to find your way. Some of the rooms are in the center of the complex making it […] a bit of a treck from the parking lots. Food at the food court was better than expected, fresh and a good selection, overpriced, but it is Disney so that was expected. I don't believe it was a good value for the $ paid. One has to keep in mind that everyone will have a different experience when staying at any resort. I stayed at the All-Star Movies Resort for 9 Days and 8 Nights. I have gone to Orlando many times, but this was the first time I was going to travel with a friend and my sister (usually the whole family goes), I decided to go with a Disney "value" resort, […] since we wanted to stay in a good hotel, without having to pay too much, since most of the day we would be spending it in the theme parks, it didn't really matter to us. PROS: -Not very expensive. -Good location (it's closest to the Animal Kingdom). -Free shuttle from the Airport to the Resort, and vice versa. -Free transportation to the 4 theme parks, the 2 water parks, and downtown Disney. -Good rooms (more comfortable than expected). -The Disney resort refillable mug (Only works at the HOTEL, not in the theme parks. Costs about $15.49, as of January 2013.) -With certain Airlines, you can Check-in with the airline at the resort, and they'll even check-in your luggage. CONS: -Staff (mostly) not very friendly, most people seemed to be in a bad mood, but it wasn't the case a 100% of the time, but most were a bit rude. -Although the "bus" between the parks isn't shared with the other All-star resorts, they do share the Downtown Disney bus, and at night, to return to the hotel from the downtown disney area it might get extremely full. We have no complaints about All-Star Movies Resort. The bus service was reliable and plentiful. The service was spectacular and very friendly. We were there over Christmas and could not have had a better time. I found no issue with crowds, cleanliness of the resort, or anything else that people have complained about. Disney's All-Star Resort is a good hotel for those who want Disney service at a budget price. Room was small, but good enough for the amount of time we actually stayed in the room. I liked the themes of the different buildings, and the Disney service is exemplary. Next time, we'll upgrade to a fancier Disney hotel. Oh,and the pools were good, too.

We had a great time, staff was very helpful, had alot of activities to keep kids busy when not visiting the parks. Bus service was quick, efficient and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

My son is autistic/special needs and I don't travel with him very often so I was very nervous about him feeling comfortable with the hotel. The room was quiet, easy to adjust room temperature, mini fridge, comfortable and we made use of the compact table and chairs to eat. We were able to enjoy the playground, food court, and late night pizza delivery […] of Disney. I love Disney and I appreciate Disney even more for having a family environment and special needs accommodations. The grounds of the hotel were clean, although we did not use the pool on this trip I really liked how they were all themed, up kept, and had vigilant lifeguards. I would stay at this hotel again, I like the open air of the hotel, and my son was able to run around on the decorated walkways to and from the food court and guest relations’ area. The Disney food court has a little of everything. What was important was for my son to be happy and comfortable which is hard because he has social and sensory challenges but Disney All Star Movies Resort did not disappoint. Devamı
