"Tryp Higienopolis - nice for some, not me"
This was a clean and well maintained hotel - but not one I'd ever return to. Only the front desk staff speaks English, so it was very challenging. The rooms have no central heating and the weather was cold, so we (several of us had separate rooms) were quite chilly and I had to request a portable heater. The bathrooms are tiny and many have plumbing […] problems like low water pressure in the shower. This hotel has several good, close restaurants, but everything else in the city seemed to be far away. Devamı

"Very nice!"
After staying in Sao Paulo for about a week- our stay in this hotel was a treat. The hotel staff were very sweet and spoke english very well (which helped me a lot). They gave us great directions to several places and they were very eager to please. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. We were able to access Wifi without difficulty and […] it was free with our room. The hotel also gave us one free breakfast (which was delicious) and allowed us a late check out at 1430 without charge as long as we joined their free rewards program. The neighborhood surrounding Tryp is very hip and safe. There are many shops (including a large shopping mall) and several very nice restaurants- including a must-see street not too far away from the hotel with a to-die-for sushi tasting and a cute market with good eats. Being my first time in Sao Paulo, I would recommend this hotel as it is in a neighborhood that is easy to navigate and it is very comfortable. We only stayed on night (before out flight back to the US), but when we return to Sao Paulo we will definitely stay at this hotel. Devamı

the hotel is of good quality It is located in a residential area and thus would never find it without an address since no big sign is available. need an iron and ironing board in each room need a list of the TV channels in each room

The service i s good, the maintenance of the hotel is not the same as on the past... The area is great, many things to doo. Mainly the area is safe and clean.
Bra i det mesta MEN även om de påstår att de har fri interner är kapaciteten mycket undermålig. Kapaciteten MÅSTE upp till normal standard.
"Rachadura"
O teto do meu quarto rachou e caia agua pela racha Fui transferido de quarto. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar. Tapetes pingados. Vazo do banheiro não higienizado. No Check Out (sabado pela manhã) por muito pouco não perdi o voo de retorno pela demora no fechamento da conta, solicitada com antecedencia ainda do quarto.

"Não gostei"
Atendimento do Front deck muito demorado e nada simpático. E o ar condicionado do quarto parece uma turbina de avião. É do tipo central por andar e faz barulho no andar inteiro. Insuportável. Eu não voltarei. E fiz uma reserva para quarto casal, me mandaram para um double (duas camas single) e tive que esperar muito tempo para mudar de quarto.

Precisa ficar claro na reserva que o estacionamento do hotel é pago a parte. Café da manhã (incluso) bom, atendimento bom. É melhor que da Jesuíno Arruda, se a localização for conveniente.

Gosto muito deste Hotel, já me hospedei outras vezes, mas acho que esta decaindo. Já foi melhor. Bussines Center fora de operação e custo de utilização carissimo. Custo da Hospedagem acima da média e caro , até por não ter incluso um bom café matinal. Conforto e serviço muito bom. Sem opção para quarto duplo (???) c/2 camas.
"Bad Trip"
O quarto "Premium Room", não tinha cama de casal e me colocaram em um apartamento que tem uma bicicleta enorme atravancando o mesmo, alem de outros apetrechos de ginatica, que solicitei a retirada e me foi informado ser impossivel. Fiquei decepcionado e não voltarei mais. O Trip Iguatemi é muito melhor e moderno.

Muito bom hotel, com excelente localizacão. Apenas sentimos falta de um taxi perto e após chamada( que demorou) desistimos e fomos até Av. Angélica para pegar um.Era um sabado onze da noite.
