Several things came up for us during our stay, and the staff could not have been more friendly, helpful, and concerned. A fine hotel with *great* people.

Clean, comfortable rooms but nothing special. However, good value for money

The hotel is very close to the cathedral. There are bus services at cathedral area that cna take one to other tourist places. The hotel personnel were great and they always went an extra mile to help us. At the time we were leaving,given our poor Spanish, the guy at the front desk came out and talked to the taxi driver ensuring that he takes us to […] the right place. We were given a smoking room, despite requesting a non-smoking room, so that tainted our experience. It was slightly difficult to navigate our way to the Plaza to pick up the bus to the Alhambra, but it was not incredibly far.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Its location is good. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff spoke English so it was easy to communicate. I would recommend to others.

Very nice, clean hotel with efficient and courteous service. Easy to find, off-street parking and a short walk to shops, restaurants and historical sights. The price is very inexpensive for the value. We use it 3 out of 4 times we go to Granada. We normally stay at 5 star hotels but this is too good a value to pass up.

I has the best service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I can't expect any more better service than received.

Helpful staff clean rooms good location for shopping, eating ,drinking. we walked to alhambra but it is about 35-40 minutes but a nice walk though the city, would recomend and will be returning in the near future

Tanto la almohada como la cama me resultaron bastante incómodas, pero esto es muy personal. Por lo demás, todo muy bien: Personal, limpieza, dotación de la habitacón, baño, etc. Todo OK. muy recomendable.

Tan solo tengo queja del ruido que hacen las limpiadoras, nos alojaron en la 5ª planta y a las 8:00 de la mañana nos despertaron las limpiadoras y ya nos fue imposible dormir, ruidos de puertas, bolsas, entraron dos veces en nuestra habitacion.... De no ser por la prisa que teníamos para marcharnos hubiera puesto una reclamación en el mismo hotel, allí […] es imposible descansar. Devamı

God service i receptionen, men når man tænker på at det er turister, som besøger byen, bør der være information og kort over byen, så man kan orientere sig rundt i byen. Stor mangel: Intet internet til selvbetjening Morgenmaden var for dyr - har fået bedre morgenmad fx. i Berlin til mindre penge

Un excellent hotel très confortable et bien tenu, avec du personnel parlant français et quio nous a donné de bons conseils pour les visites touristiques à faire . Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour

Buena ubicación, buen estado del hotel, cercano al centro fácil acceso desde autovia y buen precio.

Me alojo esporadicamente en este hote desde hace varios años. Tiene una buena relacion calidad precio, el personal del hotel es amable y eficiente, limpio, no es ruidoso, el desayuno correcto, aparcamiento bueno para un coche grande. Alguna pega si, para mi gusto el colchón algo duro y las almohadas mejorables. por los alrededores buenos sitios para […] tapear... en resumen recomendable. Devamı

La estancia en el hotel ha sido muy buena y el trato que hemos recibido ha sido estupendo. El personal muy educado y atento a cualquiera de nuestras consultas sobre lugares, transportes y monumentos de Granada. La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda, destacando el cuarto de baño amplio y grande, con todo lo preciso en él. Digne de ses quatre étoiles. Personnel dévoué et attentif Bonne situation dans la ville.

La habitación era muy amplia y limpia, con un minibar muy completo, el cuarto de baño tenia una lámpara de infrarrojos para el secado. Dejamos el coche en el parking del mismo hotel sin problemas, amplio parking. El personal muy amable, en especial un camarero del bar. En la habitación hay una guía de Granada muy completa, con mapas, principales monumentos, […] restaurantes.. Devamı

El hotel es bastante bueno, el desayuno de bufet está bien. Está situado en el centro, cerca de la calle más comercial de Granada y en quince minutos andando estas en la Catedral y a poco más de la Alhambra. Si quieres ir a esquiar a Sierra Nevada creo que merece la pena alojarse en él, a pesar del tiempo que se tarda en subir y bajar a la estación […] (entre cuarenta y cinco minutos y una hora, según los atascos), porque cuando terminas de esquiar puedes disfrutar de las tiendas, restaurantes y turismo de Granada, sin necesidad de coger el coche. ninguém do hotel teve a iniciativa de nos orientar sobre como visitar o alhambra, como horários, reserva de ingressos.Não conseguimos visitar o palácio, somete o generalife. Recomendo que as pessoas não pernoitem em granada e sim em Sevilha e desta cidade vá com uma excursão ao Alhambra, pois é menos estressante e as agencias providenciam a entrada […] no alhambra, por que, na verdade, os ingressos estão nas mãos das agencias. Hotel a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, e dalla fermata dell'autobus per l'alhambra...comodo pulito e personale molto gentile, una ragazza parlava anche un pò l'italiano. Noi avevamo un doppia e una tripla, molto spaziose e ben arganizzate. Sono stata a Granada per piacere, con la nonna (ottantenne) la zia (settantenne) un'altra zia...più giovane e la […] mamma....a tutte l'hotel è piaciuto molto! Unico neo la colazione un pò troppo cara anche se dicono meriti, noi non abbiamo provato. Lo consigliamo e se dovesse capitare di tornare a Granada, torneremo sicuramente qui. Devamı
