The room was a little cramped and there was no thermostat air temperature regulator control in the room. It was cold outside and the central air heater was going full blast, making the room too hot and uncomfortable. Individual room temperature controls would be a good improvement. I was a little nervous […] about having glass doors that can break into sharp peices if a slip and fall accident happens, with such a slippery floor surface in the shower and bathroom. A nice hotel close to the Monterrey airport with free shuttle to the airport 24 hours a day.

This hotel could have have been better if they had more snacks late at night and some beer. I went to sleep hungry and sad. No eye candy either.

Ok, hotel. Great for Europeans, since it looks a lot like the ones you can find across the pond.

Have read several bad reviews about this hotel. I have stayed here several times and it has been a very pleasant visit. The Staff leaves a little to be desired but they do the best they can. I would recomend this hotel to any one. I have stayed at four star hotels that were a lot worse.

el precio es exellente y muy coveninente con servicio gratis de internet y trasporte al hotel y amabilidad con los empleados del hotel muy satisfecho gracias , yo trabaje en hoteles en estados unidos i se de servicio al cliente . muchas gracias por todo

La verdad es que la ubicacion esta excelente, solo que el servicio no es muy bueno, al llegar nos dieron una habitacion que no habia sido aseada, se nos cambio de habitacion. Ya de salida llegamos por cafe, no tenian cucharas ni vasos deshechables y para colmo el transporte al aeropuerto no aviso y se fue. Mas ganas por parte de los empleados del hotel […] por favor, esa actitud no es para nada buena!!!! Devamı

Esta muy bien para viajeros solos, no familias, en mi cuarto no funciono el clima, demasiado pequeña la cama y algo viejas las o instalaciones recomendable solo para descansar una sola noche, el bufet esta rico pero solo huevo, quesadillas y frijoles jeje se solicitaría cuando menos un guisadito!!

Ese dia otro carro le dio un golpe al mio estando estacionado, la persona responsable reporto el accidente en recepcion, sin embargo no me bocearon, ni me hablaron, cuando hice el check out y me di cuenta del golpe el Hotel se deslindo de responsabilidades, no estaba el Gerente, no tomaron las placas a pesar que la persona reporto el accidente, es decir […] pesimo servicio en ese aspecto, como si dejara uno el carro en la calle. en el area de restaurant un mesero llamado carlos que me atendio se metia mucho al area de cocina y se agarraba mucho el pecho como si se rascara y eso no es correcto

Me agradó mucho el servicio. Aunque sólo estuve unas horas, me atendieron de manera eficiente y muy amable. Gracias.

Es un hotel basico, por su cercania al aerpuerto es conviente pero no es ideal para una estadia vacacional.

El Hotel en general esta bien, lo unico que me parece mal es que las habitaciones estan pequeñas, pero, como me dijeron en recepcion no se puede hacer nada, todas las habitaciones son asi, es un plan europeo.

Habitacion pequeña solo para dormir, tienen servicio gratuito de traslado desde y hacia el aeropuerto, muy recomendable.

EL HOTEL ES MUY BUENO, SOLO QUE ESTA MUY LEJOS DE LA CIUDAD, ES BUENO SOLO PARA HOSPEDARSE PREVINIENDO SALIR TEMPRANO EN EL AVION SIN CONTRATIEMPOS POR LA CERCANIA A ESTE.

Llegue a Mty y venia entrando un fuerte frio, llegue al hotel y disfrute de una rica cena mi cuarto muy comodo y sin problemas me pude conectar al internet para contactarme con mi familia, al dia siguiente el buffet de desayuno excelente y pude recibir la transportacion del hotel al aeropuerto para tomar mi vuelo.
