5 Stars for breakfast, the baskets of fruit in the lobby, the cookies at the reception desk, the free coffee/tea in your room.! 5 Stars for the location within easy walking distance to Messe and Train Station...a stone's throw from the top-rated Hessischer Hof...a short walk form the Alte Opera and the great shopping at Goetheplatz. 5 Stars for the […] overall decor, the reading material in the cozy lounge and the quiet rooms. 5 Stars for free wi fi and flat-screen TV with CNN. 4 Stars for the room comfort and size...windows that open...self-adjustable heating...comfortable double bed...well-stocked and reasonable minibar...decent bathroom and decent-sized bedroom with plenty of closet space and in-room safe. Caveat...the room was great for one, but would be tight by American standards for two. And 10gold stars tor all of the wonderful staff: Especially the Front Office manager, Iwona, and the lovely lady who refilled my daily breakfast coffee cup before I noticed it was empty! Can't say enough about this great hotel, which is part of the same family as the Hamburger Hof, another great Frankfurt find. Frankly, there's no reason to stay anywhere else, unless they are already full! Devamı

Friendly staff, perfectly fine room. Breakfast was fine. Close to train station without being noisy.

Located within a 10 minute stroll from the downtown core. Watch which direction you go or you might end up in the sex district. They'll help you out for directions at the desk in any case. Only a 15 minute drive from the airport. Our room was very large by European standards & the breakfast was good. You can even get an English newspaper to peruse. […] An added bonus is that there's an English Pub 50m to the left of the main entrance. The food is delicious and well priced; and the Guinness is fresh! Give Perry a scratch on the head (the pub's friendly yellow lab). Devamı

Pleasantly suprised by the hotel - staff, breakfast, room etc. Also, it's only a small thing but something that might be of interest (to other Brits, especially), but out of 8 hotels used on our recent Germany holiday this was the only one that provided a kettle and tea/coffee in the room.

We were extremely happy with our stay at the Villa Florentina. The staff was extremely helpful, especially Andrea, she really made our stay. The room was large and very comfortable. And the breakfast was soooo good. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood.

Good, couteous staff, centrally located. Room was very clean, contemporary in design and exceeded in expectations and the breakfast was included in the price.

Our room was first floor on the front side of the hotel. With no a/c you must have the windows open. Only one window could be opened because the second window had no grate for protection. For a neighborhood that appeared quiet, it was sure noisy on a Friday night. The room was next to the computer and dining area. People using the computer at midnight […] are talking and unaware there were rooms just beyond the cubby. They start setting up the breakfast at 5am and the clanging of the dishes is sure to wake you without an alarm. The shower in the room was one that had been modified from a simple soaking tub. An accordion style plastic door was attached to the tub to keep the water for the shower in the tub. However, it failed to do so and the bathroom floor flooded with each shower. Devamı

Jag bodde 3 nätter på Villa Florentina i samband med Frankfurtmässan och är nöjd med vistelsen. Personalen är väldigt service minded och det är en familjär stämning. Hotellet ligger i ett bostadsområde mindre än 10 minuters promenad från mässan. Det finns inga restauranger i omedelbar närhet men jag och mina kollegor satt i frukostmatsalen och drack […] vin efter att vi kommit hem från restaurangen. Frukosten är ok men inget extra, påläggsutbudet kunde varit större och ingen varm mat. Bra service från frukostvärdinnan, inget väntande på kaffe. Rummet var helt ok men då valde jag det lite större rumsalternativet. Tyst område så inga störningsmoment, dock lite lyhört mellan rummen. Städningen var mycket bra och alla mina slarvigt slängda kläder var prydligt ihopvikta när jag kom tillbaka. Prisvärd minibar jämfört med många andra ställen. Prisvärt enkelt hotell helt enkelt som jag kan tänka mig att återkomma till. Devamı

Die Villa Florentina mit bezauberndem Garten-Innenhof liegt absolut zentral zu den wichtigsten Punkten Frankfurts wie Hauptbahnhof und Messe. Darüber hinaus erreicht man schnell zu Fuß die Alte Oper und die Fressgass. Die Rezeption ist 24h besetzt und das Personal ist jederzeit auch für Sonderwünsche ansprechbar. Das Raucherzimmer verfügt noch über […] eine großzügige Couch, so dass man auch abends noch zu mehreren auf dem Zimmer zusammen sitzen kann, wenn man sich nicht bei Sonnenschein in den Garten setzen und Getränke zu sich nehmen möchte. Leider fiel die Dusche eines Zimmers an beiden Tagen aus. Devamı

Comme dit le nom de l'hôtel "villa Florentina", il y a une ambiance d'une villa et pas d'un hôtel impersonnel. Un personnel chaleureux, professionnel. L'hôtel est bien situé dans un quartier résidentiel derrière les grattes-ciel (la gare principale à 1km, le centre à 15min à pied). L'hôtel est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, notamment la salle de petit-déjeuner. […] Nous avons eu une chambre au 4ème étage avec une terrasse vue sur le quartier d'affaires. Dette var en hyggelig opplevelse. Et rimlig og sentralt beliggende hotel i gangavstand til det meste. Svært vennlig og service innstilt betjening. Kunne ønsket en enkel bar i resepsjonen, men det fikk holde med minibaren.

Enkelt och litet, men rent och tyst och med utmärkt service. Ganska små rum, men centralt och bra inrett. Bra frukost. Nära till allt.

ein gepflegtes und sympathisches Hotel, keine 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof, in einem angenehmen, ruhihen Quartier. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!
