Nice and clean hotel, rooms are very good. Breakfast much appreciated since lots of western food available.

This is my third times staying at Purple Mountain and I am very happy with the hotel. It is very celan and everything is complete. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The only problem is that the breakfast is not included with my stay and the cost of the breakfast in the hotel is too expensive.

The hotel is clean and the service is good. It is a little away from the airport and the breakfast is not included. There is a nice food court and a small shopping mall across the street.

The hotel is well run. The facility is good. The locatoin is very convenient, only 3 minutes' walk to the subway station. The staffs are extremely nice and helpful. My birthday happened to be in the period of my stay. I was so surprised to see cake, fruit and greeting card in my room. This personalized service made me feel so warm. Hotel was very pleasant with good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. I would stay there again. Comment to hotels.com: please check the map location of the hotel as it is displayed incorrectly. It would also be a good idea to include hotel's telephone number in the reservation in case there are problems with finding the hotel. It is quite expensive […] to call hotels.com from China. Devamı

I got a good rate on this hotel, and I really enjoy it, the bed is so, so comfortable. Just love it.

The standard rooms are very small but comfortable. Short walking distance to Starbucks, western restaurants and shops. This is good because the food and drinks in the hotel restaurant are way overpriced. The service in the hotel is good.

Purple Mountain is an attractive, well-run hotel with good service. I liked being so close to the #2 subway line, which goes both to Pudong Airport (and to the MagLev station) and to People's Park and Nanjing Road. I would happily stay there again.

The executive room and service was below the standard of other 5Star Hotels. The executive room I stayed in was pretty much used up and needs renovation.

My daughter and i travelled to Shanghai on business; our first visit to China. I chose a package with access to an Exectuive floor, as from experience, in a new environment this can pay for itself in terms of access to local knowledge etc and also happy hour drinks a place to have tea, coffee. We were not disappointed, the room was great (27th floor […] with a side on view of the river) Good beds, nice sheets, towles etc. Our shower door leaked a bit... but otherwise a nice marble bathroom with separate bath and shower. There is no wifi only hispeed broadband by cable, and we had quite an issue to begin with, however, when they couldn't resolve the problem promptly, the engineer came back with a pal and a wifi router and then we were both up and running. The executive floor desk people are just great, it doesnt matter what you need.. they are can do and will do now! brilliant. The lobby bar service is great, and it is comfortabloe, The collection food is very good... service a little slow in there and we did have one waitress that clearly wasn't having a great day... but the food when it came was very good - fired river shrimp are excellent. I am a bug fan of air conditioning and there really wasn't any available. Well, it said that it wa on butthe temperature didnt change at all. It must be that muggy shanghai air. I was surprised with the 100RMB charge for internet. I thought it was free with the room. I guess it was worth it. Be careful of the taxi drivers.

I've been at this hotel several times and from tine to time I like to try something different, possibly better or better priced. However I find myself coming back over and over to Blue Mountain. Another great advantage of this Hotel, which is a must for me, is that it is just off the main Subway track "2" that comes from the Airport, crosses in front […] of the convention center and crosses through the city, so even if not in downtown itself, the ares is good, safe, but I have not beat this place in over 7 years traveling in and out of China. The rooms were nice, but one of my rooms was too hot (AC lacking), while the other was fine.The location was OK, not far from the tunnel to the fun side of the river. The view was OK. The staff was very helpful. Overall, it was a nice hotel but didn't live up to the standards I have experienced at a Sofitel or other 5-star places.

Wie waren für 3 Nächste in Shanghai und für so einen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel perfekt. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber sehr sauber und modern. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht ganz im Zentrum, aber die Metro ist 5 Minuten entfernt und auch mit dem Taxi ist man in 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Super ist die genau daneben liegende Shopping-Mall mit 20-30 Restaurants, […] wo man alle Arten von Speisen bekommt zu annehmbaren Preisen. Also wenn man nicht lange im kleinen Zimmer ist, ist das Hotel sicher zu empfehlen. Devamı

Hotellet var flott og rommene og sengene var gode. Vi valgte ikke å spise vanvittig dyr frokost på hotellet, men fant oss en frokostplass i nærheten til en billig kinesisk penge. 世紀大道駅から歩いて行ける距離でとても便利でキレイなホテルでした。枕銭も受け取らなかったし、教育は行き届いている感じでした。 変圧器も貸してもらえましたし、申し分なかったと思います。 また次回上海に行く時はこのホテルに泊まります。

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione di Pudong, vicino al Financial District, a pochi passi dalla stazione della metropolitana Linea 2 (Century Avenue) e davanti ad un centro commerciale (negozi e ristoranti). Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto buono.

Location is good, nice shopping mall just across the road which has nice shopping and resturant and coffee shop, easy to catch taxi, MTR and bus. Close to famous landmark just within 15mins by taxi but the price is much more reasonable for the services and envirnoment than hotel just next to those landmarks. 特に気に入ったのが、ルームメイドに対する教育がよくできており、非常に親切で何か不便が有れば行ってくださいと英文の手書きメモが置かれていた。 Managerによる各部屋チェックもおこなわれており 品質の維持努力を垣間見た。

It was really good, and there is located in the place near complex mall and main street. Furthermore, the service and employee was nice and gentle. If I have a chance to get Shanghai, I'll pick this hotel again without hesitation. I stronly recommend it!

５つ星で駅から近い為、予約しました。 野外プールがあり、８月だったので利用しましたが、 貸し切り状態で大変満足しました。 プールは７時からオープンしていたのも良かったです。 ジムも利用しました。 部屋も広く、静かに寝れました。 朝食が別途料金で１３０元以上する事だけが残念でした。 ９０元ぐらいであれば、食べたと思います。 朝食付きプランならまったく問題のないホテルです☆

ビフェの朝食にはとても満足でした。フロントの日本女性もとてもサービスが良く、22歳の女性とは思えない大変丁寧な日本語には驚かされました。

위치는 정말 좋음 지하철역 내리면 바로 보이고, 지하철역에 있는 주변 안내도 에도 호텔이 표시되어 있음. 하지만 이 가격의 서비스는 아닌것 같고 방도 어수선하고 오래된 느낌. 밤에는 주변에 엄청난 삐끼들.. 좋지도,싫지도 않은호텔이였지만 이 가격에 가고싶지는 않은 호텔 푸동쪽 경관은 모르겠고, 그 반대쪽 경관은 진짜 볼거 하나 없음 프론트 직원들 단체로 깨졌는지 모르겠지만 엄청 불친절함.

한국에서 예약하여 요금을 지불하고 갔는데 그곳에서 계속 요금 지불을 강요하여 핸드폰의 결재사항이 없었으면 꼼짝없이 요금을 지불해야만 했습니다 매일 계속하여 직원이 돌아가면서 요금 지불을 강요하여 그때 마다 핸드폰으로 확인을 해 줘야만 했습니다 그 증거를 확실하게 가지고 있습니다 그리고 연장이 필요하여 그 요금을 지불하려고 하니 분명히 130원이라고 해 놓고는 카드를 주어 체크를 하는데 그 때는 233원으로 하는 것 입니다 왜 이렇게 하는냐고 이야기하니까 나머지는 서비스 요금이라고 하는 것 입니다 그것도 증거를 가지고 있습니다 그리고 또 무슨 보증금이 있어야 합니까? 그것도 2000원이나----2000원이면34만원이나 되는 […] 돈인데 할 수없이 지불하지 않을 수 없었습니다 따지고 따져 결국 1000원을 보증금으로 내지 않을 수 없었습니다 모든 사항은 분명 증거를 확보하여 후기를 올립니다 퍼플 마운틴 호텔에는 절대 가지 마십시요 꼼짝없이 당합니다 Devamı

非常に気持ち良く利用させていただきました。 地下鉄の駅から近く、フロントには日本人スタッフもいて、チェックイン・アウトもスムーズに行えました。 部屋は、僕にはちょうど良いコンパクトさで、機能的にまとめられていて、内装も落ち着いた感じで、とても気に入りました。高層階で角部屋だったこともあり、眺望は非常に素晴らしいものでした。また、部屋にはFreeのミネラルウォーターが２本あり、ティーバック等も豊富に準備してあったため、飲み物にも困らず、めちゃくちゃ満足でした。 また上海に宿泊する機会があったら、利用したいと思います。 他の人のレビューにも有りましたが、Hotelｓ.comの地図は間違っています（2011/6/20現在）。場所はホテルのHPで確認してください。地下鉄２号線「世紀大道駅」の近くです […] 。 Devamı

Top hotel, good food, professional staff, good location. Room was a little bit to small with an extra bed. We stayed in 41 floor. Allmost in heaven. We stayed at the hotel during the typhoon escalation last summer. It was a little bit scary. Nothing to blame the hotel or the staff....

Excellent rapport qualité / prix

The Hotel met all expectations, the staff were courteous and helpful. Short way to the subway, lokated relatively central in Pudong. Hotel in excellent condition and rooms very clean. Small room with an extra bed, but for 2 people i would have been adequate size. It was a great place to stay for some days. Hotellet ligger i affärsdistriktet. Oerhört steril och tråkig plats. För en ensam man blir man förföljd av kvinnliga och manliga "pimps", alltså hallikar på kvällarna som inte ger sig trots att man säger ifrån. Hotellet var fint men tråkigt. Omgivande miljön drar så oerhört mycket ned omdömet av hotellet. Men är man beredd på det så kan jag rekommendera […] hotellet. Frukosten var dock en av de bästa jag ätit i Asien över huvud taget.
