"Nice place for a good price."
This place was just the right price. We were in town for a funeral and had not planned to stay over. Changed our minds the night before and found it. Loved the indoor pool. Friendly and prompt service.

"A decent hotel... With a GREAT restaurant..."
Is this the plaza/ritz? No. Is it a great hotel for the money? Sure. I stayed here with a friend on a ski trip, and for the money its a great little place... The restaurant is absolutely outstanding.. Great food, at totally reasonable prices.
"Nice place at a reasonable rate"
We had 3 children with us and the hotel staff was very accomodating bringing a cot and refrigerator ( at not extra charge) which was a pleasant suprise. The beds were a little stiff but it was ok since we were so tired I could have slept on a rock. The hotel had a indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, all very nice but the sauna didnt seem to […] get that hot but the steam room made up for it. The food at the restaurant was good with reasonable prices. I wanted prime rib which was on the menu for the weekend but they ran out on Saturday Night, but it was listed as a special the remainder of the time we were there. The area was nice with the local economy seeming to just holding on so support the local economy if you can. Depending on where you are going, it could be a little out of the way, but the scenery on the way to where ever your going makes it worth the extra trip. Driving by and up close to the Presidential Mountains is very beautiful this time of year and view worth the drive. I would recommend it and stay there again, every time I had to ask the staff for assistance from asking for a good local place to eat, the cot, refrigerator etc the staff was always friendly and more then willing to help. Everything was great. Size of the rooms were more than I thought. THe only thing I did not like was the bed sizes. Too small. The "Spa" was also great, and I enjoyed my weekend stay.

this is a quaint apartment style rental, great for families spending the week skiing. The staff are exceptionally kind.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The hotel had everything we could ask for, and more. I have already recommended this to friends and look forward to visiting again.

Me, my fiancé and my daughter stayed the night in this hotel and it was very comforting and cozy. The customer help desk was very friendly and helpful. Upon checking out my fiancé lost her wallet and it was later found by hotel room service and was promptly mailed back to us with all the important papers in it as well as her id. "Just a quicky!"
Even though we only stayed in the hotel for one night, we enjoyed the stay very much. It was extremely accessible and was perfectly located with regards to the location of the town and all the town had to offer. Wished we could have stayed an additional night so we could have enjoyed the indoor pool and the game room. Left too early in the AM to enjoy […] what I am sure would have been a great breakfast in the hotel's restaurant. "This is a vacation resort"
As an aging resort, this hotel will take one-night guests. It is adequate for short term. There is an on-site restaurant, and indoor swimming pool. The TV was an older model, but they had WiFi.t
Room was filthy, sheets had holes, no mini refrigerator or microwave in the room. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. Do stay here!!!

We were surprised by the large size of the Inn. It is in a beautiful location and has a large on site restaurant with good food and fair pricing. The Inn was well maintained and the rooms were large, attractive and clean. The cost of our stay was very reasonable and we found the staff friendly, polite and helpful. Interestingly, the TV remote was in […] a plastic bag with plastic wipes should you want to wipe it clean. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. the room was ok but when we first entered with our bags my wife freaked to find a sink in the bath full with nasty looking water. then next am , taking a shower , found found a tissue stuffed in the upper left corner . told the desk when checking out .
"No help"
I had gone down to front desk to explain that there was blood on bathroom floor. no respond , next day told front desk again about blood nothing. finally i had to clean it my self. pool railing really loose lady almost slip getting out of pool.

"A little far out of the way but great price"
Room was large and clean, beds are just doubles but for the price, they were fine. Bathroom was clean. Use the interior hall entrances - otherwise there are a few small stairways that are very narrow

Had a great stay, very child friendly, and the atmoshere was fine. Employees were very friendly. Found the hotel to have spacious rooms. Would recommend.

Excellent motel for those who look for affordable accommodation close to the white mountains parks. Family room was great, although simple. The motel has restaurant for breakfast, dinner and lunch of fair quality and price. Highly recommended

Average hotel, very loud air conditioner that cycled frequently. The thermostat had an option for continuous fan, but it didn't work.

the room was larger than most motels. A very good value for the room charge compared to surrounding area. Would stay there again. note: try to get a room on 2nd floor to avoid noisy people who may be upstairs.

romm we were in had no fridge ,oudated furnishing and stained upholstery on the 2 activity chairs.restaurant was priced fairly and food better than expected.good soundproofing Grounds well kept.we would return. it would be more attractive if the owners pumped back some of the profits into the appearance of theguest rooms

As mentioned in my survey completed before we left, we booked this hotel online and we a bit worried how it would be. It was truly lovely and we were thrilled with it. "Beautiful and convenient location"
The hotel is older but clean and well cared for. The restaurant has wonderful views. The hotel is close to town (but not too close) and hiking trails. The only thing that would have made our stay better would be more comfortable beds and having breakfast included.

Wonderful place to stay when on a drive through the White Mts. New Hampshire. Not a hikers motel. great for family or just a sweetheart stay. Elegant but locally refined to its local.

Nice welcome from staff. Simple room, clean and large space made it a nice stay.

Enjoyed one night at the Town and Country. Clean, comfortable rooms at a great price with a wonderful view of the 17th tee from the dining room. Wide variety in the menu and both service and quality of the meal was excellent. Have already recommended the Town and Country to friends. Enjoy!

"one night"
My wife and myself spent a night at this hotel. Found the service to be great. The pool was wonderful. Liked that they have a steam room and a sauna. The only down side was the extremely hard bed that gave me a back ache. Nice people but was glad to be home the next day.
"VERY HAPPY"
We had a great time here & everything was great. We had a family member become very ill & they where very helpful and caring.
Town and Country, Gorham NH .Rooms with double bed are very large rooms. Clean room, hard bed. Great location 30 min. from Sunday River.
"Great choice when skiing up north"
We weren't at the T&C for very long...checked in late and left at 7:30 for Sunday River. But the hotel was much better than we expected. The room was spacious and clean, smelled fresh (we've been to some older inns that smelled like old dust...so this was a welcome change), the TV was up to date, and the inn was only 30 mins to Sunday River. The bathroom […] was small so be prepared! The shower was warm and that's what counts (even though the shower head could use a dip in CLR to stop random sprays off to the side haha) My only suggestions would be to bring towels and your own pillows. Even though we had two double beds in the room, there were only 2 thin pillows on each bed and only 2 scratchy bath towels for the shower. It was a good value and a great location for skiing...so I'm sure we'll be back! Devamı
