Ok for the price. You get what you pay for. They do have a happy hour (7 days a week- I think 3-7). Bud light or wine. Three glass limit. you get an 8 oz cup. Have some snacks. (chips and pretzels) Ok breakfast bar. some hot food mostly a continental breakfast. The room is ok size. The beds were soft and lumpy. Some of the towels had stains on them […] the bed blankets were tattered. Not really attractive. they also did not clean the pool either. There was alot of dirt in the pool floor. Devamı

This hotel is easy to get to and right next to the Drury inn, Where I should have stayed. The room had dirty carpet and was very basic- The water pressure was weak so the morning shower was not awakening! The breakfast was basic and ok. For the Price this would work, but pay the extra $ for the Drury Inn next door.

It was a good price for the stay. There isn't anything negative, but it's not quite as nice as the Drury Inn next door, but lower cost. If you just need a place to stay and want a nice breakfast, I'd recommend it.

Staff is very nice, easy to deal with, friendly and helpful.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Excellent value for the price. Not a lot of amenities but a great place to stay.

PRO- Close to interstate, clean, good wifi, comfortable bed, fairly convenient to most Lafayette areas, fair price CON- Not the best area

We have stayed at this Pear Tree Inn twice now when visiting our daughter at the University of Louisiana Lafayette. It is where I plan to stay every time I visit her. It is easy to access everything we want to do from this hotel and the price is right.

Right next door to 2 more expensive hotels, but every bit as nice. Great personnel/staff.

We drove our daughter to the University of Louisiana Layfayette from Arizona. We stayed at this hotel for 6 days while we got her settled in at the college. It was a nice place and not far from the University. I would highly recomend staying here. We could also walk to Cracker Barrel. We will stay there again!

Stayed for one evening and have nothing but good thoughts about the experience. Staff was coureous and helpful, location was very convenient and the breakfast service exceeded expectations. We'll consider Pear Tree as a worthy alternative for future lodging options.

I returned because of the SERVICE I get from the staff! They take a personal interest in our well-being, they make us feel secure in a clean, fresh room . The beds were NOT lumpy, so we got a restful night. We were near the I-10 Expressway but we DID NOT hear ANY outside noise, just peace & quiet. Closest thing to being at home, thanks. RW Teel

I loved this hotel...staff very friendly and who else offer a night time snack for FREE... I choose this hotel base off the reviews and I must say very happy I did. Thanks.

This hotel is right off the interstate and next door to a sister hotel, Drury Inn. The hotel is new and is in great condition. Very safe, with double entry and key control at all points. Parking lot is large and very well lit. Free breakfast is served each morning and both hot and cold foods are available. Compared to Drury Inns I've stayed at, they […] offer much better food and more of it. The staff was very friendly, going out of their way to speak to guests and make them feel welcome. This included the front desk, maintenance, food preparers, maids... all of them. If I had a complaint about staff, and this is minor, I needed to get their attention a few times because no one was at the front desk. But then, once I had their attention, they were always attentive, helpful and friendly. Just busy in the office. Wifi was free and connection required no log in, just connect and use. I like that. Like Drury, they offer free long distance, although I didn't use it. Here are the downsides: no microwave or mini fridge in the rooms. TV was conventional, not HD, which is surprising in a new hotel. Because it it convenient to the interstate, you do hear some traffic noise, although the building is perpendicular to the road so it's not as bad as it could be. I never noticed it but my wife mentioned it. All in all, it was a great stay. The lack of microwave and mini fridge was the only real negative. Because we were traveling, this would have been nice to have. My experience with other Drury properties was that they did have these items so I was surprised by their absence in the Pear Tree properties. I would highly recommend this hotel, however. Devamı

The hotel was very clean and check in/check out was pain free. Breakfast was very good selection. As hotel beds go this one was no different-hard, but I'm used to a pillow top mattress.

Really impressed with the facilities and amenities. Seems like a new hotel but has an old fashioned sense of service.

The hotel met our needs for our five day stay. However, the front desk service could use some polishing. Upon first arriving, no one was at the desk; I waited a few moments and then said 'Anyone home?' finally a clerk appeared. When we checked out, we again had to call for a clerk. While it was very early (4am), it looked as though she had been sleeping […] and we awoke her. The breakfast is quite good for the price. The room carpet (310) needs a good shampooing or replacement. The Pear Tree Inn has old-fashioned quietness and comfort even though it is located not far from some of the jumpingest joints in Lafayette. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary snacks and drinks in the lobby during the early evening added to the feeling of old-fashioned comfort. A five-star experience from a two-star establishment […] .! Devamı

We always stay at one of the Drury Inn hotels when we can! The Pear Tree Inn in Lafayette is by far the friendliest staff, especially at breakfast time! The breakfast is DELICIOUS and chef Jacki is a great way to start your day! We look forward to our next upcoming stay!

The price was good, the staff was very good, the location was good...BUT the room was filthy. The furniture had not been cleaned, there were sticky stains all over the desk and tv. The carpets had not been vacummed in weeks it look like. And when putting computer on the desk I see a shirt laying in the corner. How a maid missed it I have no clue. It […] would have been a place I would have stayed again for the convience but it was just not clean at all. Just pure laziness by the maid staff. Devamı

We only stayed one night while on a road trip but found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good!
