When I lived in Naples for several years a while back I always recommended this hotel to visitors because of its great location, value, comfort, and security. A recent stay at the hotel over New Year's Eve confirmed to me that the Majestic is still my favorite hotel in the city. Well-appointed room, clean public areas, centrally located. Only downside was the bar running out of Peroni after a single round!

Great location in Naples. On the doorstep to the safer tourist areas of Naples. Parking on site was great too. Room was larger than expected, bed was comfortable, but the view (4th floor) was just staring at an ugly building across the street.

I stayed at the Hotel Majestic for two nights, before and after a visit to the Amalfi Coast. The hotel rooms were very nice and clean. The hotel staff were very helpful in arranging transportation to and from the airport. I recommend this hotel, which is conveniently located in the Chiaia shopping district of Naples.

Several things you notice as soon as you enter the lobby area. The receptionists are definitely the authority not the servants to you. Administration should train them as more jovial, outgoing and ready-to-help folks. Another thing is the EUR 10 daily internet charge is th e most absurd thing a tourist needs to handle these days. For the price and the location, this hotel was acceptable and the staff at the desk were very helpful to us, being a typical tourists from the US One big issue we had was the food service available at the hotel; don't ever eat there, poor menu and bad food. Also, not having its own breakfast service at the hotel was disappointing. The best we could […] do was to have sweet bread at a bar which was recommended by the hotel. After staying mostly in 3 star hotels on the Amalfi Coast, I decided to upgrade to a 4 star in Naples. Given the less than stellar things I had heard about Naples, I really wanted a secure location. Ironically I ended up liking Naples and being disappointed in the Majestic. The front desk service was poor, the internet was expensive ($15/hour) and […] you had to tell them how long you would be online in advance (hard to tell) with no ability to extend that so it just shuts off even if you are in the middle of buying a train ticket! The last morning I had no electricity in my room! This meant I couldn’t even raise the slats blocking the windows so had to pack in the dark! As a result of dealing with the this situation, I was delayed and missed my boat. Given all of the hassle I actually expected they were going to offer me a discount or something and, incredibly, they tried to charge me more because the room I had moved to was on a higher floor (even though it had no view)! When I had left my prior hotel both the owner and his uncle hugged and kissed me good-bye; in contrast my departure from the Majestic included my having to demand to see the manager. While I found the hotel disappointing overall, there were some positives: the bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet and the location was safe for a woman to walk around on her own at night. This hotel is in one of the best parts of town and is a great deal for the price. My only complaint, which is the case in may European hotels (and essentially all of Italy), is that they don't have an iron either in the room, or to borrow. Apparently, you should bring your own, or have very wrinkly clothes during your business meetings.

we picked this hotel off the internet, & could not have been happier. It was clean and comfortable. BUT most of all- it was in a very very cool location. easy and safe to walk around the neighborhood at night. lots of clubs, cafe's, restaurants, and shopping.

The hotel is nice and the food is good. We did have a problem with the hotel charging for the room after we had already made payment to Expedia. However, Expedia refunded this overcharge.

Situato nel centro qualitativamente migliore di Napoli,non distante dalle stazioni di metro e funicolare nonchè da direttrici di altrimezzi pubblici su gomma ,permette di muoversi rapidamente in qualsiasi località del napoletano stesso e della Campania. Sauberkeit, Lage, Komfort sowie die Ruhe im Zimmer sind lobenswert. 50m vom Hotel startet die Fussgängerzone. Pubs, kleinere Bistros, Bäckereien und andere Souvenierläden sind ausreichend in der Nähe vorhanden. Zum Meer und zur (autofreien) Strandpromenade bzw. Straße sowie zum Park sind es ca. 500 m. Man kann fast alle Sehneswürdigkeiten Neapels zu […] Fuss erreichen. Ausserdem scheint die nähere Umgebung sicher zu sein. Also absolut empfehlenswert. 空港からはタクシーで30分です。地下鉄2号線のAMEDEO　PIAZZAまで歩いて5分で便利でした。駅のパン屋で朝食を済ませることで安く済ませることもできます。中央駅や博物館までこれ1本でいけます。周囲には有名どころのブティックがいっぱいありました。路地裏の様なところにもひしめき合っており、値段は高く無いものもあります。 卵城のある海岸までは徒歩20分、道路は殆ど石畳なので日本人はスニーカーがいいと思います。ホテルのインターネットは有料、朝食バッフェも別料金でした、アメリカンブレックファーストではありませんでした。ピザとパスタではありませんでしたがあれもイタリア風なのかも知れません。ハウスキーピングは男性ですが英語は通じません。でも何とかなりました。 帰りの航空券は部屋でWEBチェックインし […] てUSBメモリに保存し、フロントで印刷してもらいました。印刷は無料でした。 Devamı
