If you have a car, it beats staying downtown. This is our third time here and will stay again.

Great spot in/out and close walking distance to hot spots and shooping. I see a lot a foreigners take advantage of kitchenetes and longer stays, good security access/gate/free parking...your in out place!

The hotel is not in a central location, although we did walk to to marina for dinner. The staff was friendly, but the cleanliness was a bit lacking. Breakfast was nothing special and the hostess wasn't very accommodating and nothing seemed clean. There was some garbage and cigarette butts around the pool area. The pool itself looked nice and clean.

I am not one of those picky Americans. The negative comments are all true - noisy with people above, room smelled funny, people in next room could be heard clearly in my room, construction 7:30 am to pm. Workers walking around the pool and construction dust coming out of the work area. No resteraunt and bar since it is being remodeled. I moved to a […] different hotel. My husband convinced me that this was a nice hotel, but I told him we wouldn't stay there again. It was mostly Mexican tourists with lots of kids. We only booked it to fly out on Sunday instead of typical timeshare Saturday. It was okay, but I like cleaner rooms than this.

The hotel is an excellent alternative to high priced resorts in the area. For the money, I don't think you could find a better place in Cabo. Walking distance to town and the beach, with clean, comfortable rooms. Includes a decent breakfast and free wireless internet.

cabo is 99 % timeshare at 5 star rooms. This Hotel is owned by the same company that has three 5 star resorts.....and it shows. The only bad side is that it is away from all of the action.

Friendly staff and clean room. All was in working order. Traditional Mexican style architecture. Fridge in room. Decent continental breakfast. Highly recommend for the price.

This was a nice place to stay. Convenient and quiet with decent amenities. WiFi did not work in my room but I was provided with an ethernet cable so no big deal. Complmentary breakfasat was a bit lame, cereals were for kids, but the coffee was good and the fruit fresh. We needed a room for a couple of extra days to ride out the hurricane. We chose the Best Western not only because of the great location--close to the center of town and to the main road which accesses both the swimmable beaches and the airport--but also because it gave us a sense of security: there's a guard at the front entrance and a phone to make […] toll free calls to the US. Breakfast was included in the price, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was polite and friendly. There was no view or any fancy amenities, but it served our purpose for those couple of days. xcellent hotel, very clean. nice comfortable beds! excellent location, three blocks from beach, short distance to downtown. Todo limpio, excelentes condiciones. Staff muy amable. Staff is great, the premises are absolutely clean, quiet and neat.

No complaints about the hotel itself. The room, location, amenities, price, etc are great. But I asked for a room on the first floor since I was traveling with a disabled person and the receptionist told me all the rooms were occupied... which was NOT TRUE. They did have rooms availabled but she just did not want to give me a different room, comfortable […] enough for my disabled friend. I was even willing to pay more, and she just did not care.
