Extremely disappointed

adequate hotel except tv did no work - from look of it had been not working for some time. Also no coffee maker in room

The hotel has a late 80's feel to it, though the kitchen and bathroom had been remodeled. The beds are on homemade blocks of wood and the air conditioner looked like it was installed by a do-it-yourselfer also. The breakfast was definitely lacking...only cereal or toast or if you were one of the lucky few, waffles. i'm not sure the dining area was following […] food safety guidelines, though that was in part due to the trashy guests reaching across our plates. The room wasn't the nicest, but for the price, it was pretty decent. The service was good and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

This motel made us smile, having stayed in big chain motels/hotels where they all begin to look the same, the Coronado Inn stands out from the crowd. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a free breakfast including cereals, waffles, toast etc and a heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. We walked into the separate living/dining area which had a kitchen with electric hob/oven, microwave, fridge and sink. Behind that was a large bedroom and bathroom. The overall finish of the decor is not the best but the rooms are individually decorated with a different mural in the living area. Our room was clean and on a road trip where you are sick of eating out all the time, the ability to shop and then cook your own meal was fantastic. It had a quirky feel about it. St George, UT is popular with walkers/outdoor types because of its proximity to Zion National Park/ Bryce canyon and this is the perfect base to explore the area. If you are used to 5 star living then this place definately isnt for you but if you want somewhere clean to sleep with a lot of facilities for a good price then you wont be disappointed. The pictures on the website are a bit deceiving. The rooms really do need to be updated. The beds sagged in the middle and there was an old musty smell. The service was great, but we weren’t impressed with the rooms at all.

Everything needed to make the room a mini-apartment, plenty of kitchen room. Killed several bugs while we were there, roaches I think.

Really enjoyed our stay. Nice hotel, clean, with indoor pool and jacuzzi. Rooms were really large too!

Not horrible for the price we paid. We kept shoes or slippers on the whole time because the floors were turning my kids feet black. The pool is freezing and hot tub is tiny, maybe big enough for 4 people. we had children running up and down the hall late night and early morning. People would smoke in the pool. The rooms are roomy.

low budget but was comfortable.

This is an older 2-start hotel, and I judge it by 2-star standards. It was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious.

poor breakfast, ran out of milk pool not lit at night previous guest's pool towels left in room shabby paint and maintenance

The hotel room was fairly clean, the staff was very friendly, but the beds were horrible, we tried both beds seperately and both had a side that when you lay down on it you felt like you were going to roll off because of the slant. It's an older small hotel. For the price, we had a mini-apartment - which is nice if you're staying for a few days - if it's just a night - it's not necessary. The furnishings were older and kind of beat-up, but it was functional. While the sheets were fitted, they were old and stretched out - hence they kept coming off the bed - frustrating when you're […] trying to sleep. The suite was fine except for the television remotes being torn up.The 2nd television in bedroom worked fine. Overall,it was very nice.I am care-taker for a disabled husband and this bathroom did not have proper equipment for this.Could be dangerous.

Good for the price - would like a better breakfast selection

By far the worse experience I've ever had, the manager checked us in before we got there so he could collect his money so when we arrived the guy couldn't find our reservation and put us in another room with one less bed than we needed. When we got to the room it wasn't even clean. I went to tell the guy and so he put us in another room. It was a complete […] dump and looked nothing like the picture on the website when we booked. When we got into that one and started unpacking my daughter went to use the toilet and when she lifted the lid there was a poop in the toilet which tells me they didn't bother to clean the bathroom, so foul. I was with my husband and three little kids and it was 11pm so we didn't have much choice at that point so i went down to the office again and another guy was there and apologized for the mix up and showed us where our real room was suppose to be. We finally got settled but all of the rooms reeked of mildew, one of the comforters looked like it had blood on it, the complimentary breakfast was a complete joke (a waffle iron and a cheap bag of white bread with squeeze butter and jam), the pool and hot tub were disgusting and looked like they hadn't been cleaned, etc. I could go on and on about how horrible and unsanitary this hotel was. Luckily I had read the reviews and took my own swiffer to mop the floor and lysol and bleach to clean out the bath and counters. The mop was black when i got done and when they came in and cleaned our room, I watched them mop and remopped and the swiffer was black, AGAIN! right after they cleaned. Other than that we had one of the remodeled rooms so […] it wasn't all that bad, just very dirty, the comforters, all of the outside, everything is just very dirty. The beds were pretty comfortable though and they had disney channel which helped my kids have fun. The pool was pretty dirty as well, my kids actually were sick after they swam, which that was all they were hoping to do. We won't stay there ever again! Devamı

I was very pleased with Eric. We had a medical problem & he was very helpful. Will definitely stay there again. you can walk to many eateries from here..

This was very cheap and very old,kind of smelly and when we arrived a couple were outside fighting.Looks good on line but i would not stay alone unless you are a man.

Saw a bug on the carpet, but overall the room was very clean. I think it had more to do with the temperatures outside. The continental breakfast was ok, not fantastic. i would stay there again, because the prices were reasonable.

The indoor pool was great. Staff is friendly. You will like the waffle fresh breakfast in the morning. Would go back again for sure.

Even though the rooms were a bit dirty, the TV in the sitting area gives you neck cramps and they still have VHS players, this is a great place to stay. The one annoyance was that the coffee maker didn't work in our particular unit, but there is a coffee shop close by. Overall, it was totally worth the price.

The room was very very dirty . Walls had dirt and had grim on floors and bathrooms....used towells wraped up in sheets that were not even changed. Very disgusting.never again ..Yuck

Sleeping room has extra door so that you can block out light entirely, very nice. Kitchen had termites or some other bug. Didn't trust the bed very much. Breakfast was tasty but the orange juice was terrible. Didn't stay at the hotel much, as we were there to see the sights.

from the outside of the hotel, you would think the rooms are as big and nice as they are. I up grated to the suite and for the extra money i was happy with what i got, Im headed back to st.george in January, and im booking the same room again for the kids and I. All and all its a good deal for your money/

Have stayed several times, some rooms better than others. Breakfast is typical make your own waffle, toast, cereal, jiuces, coffee, tea. They seem to upgrade the rooms as they can, but have never had a bad stay. Some rooms are damp, either from a leak or people throwing their wet swimsuits, towels, etc on carpet and leaving them. I paid a very low rate for this hotel and just expected 2 queens and a simple room. When we checked in, I was surprised to find out that all the rooms are suites. They included a kitchen table with 4 chairs, a full kitchen (sink, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer) with dishes, a sleeper couch, 2 TVs, 2 queens, and a very nice bathroom. There […] is a huge organizer on the wall that gives you space to hang up your clothes and organize your things. The maid service was speedy and kept our room very clean. The pool was the perfect temperature & clean. The hotel is very quiet. My only complaint was the deafening sound that the shower makes when you turn on the hot water.
