While this hotel is gorgeous and conveniently located, the quality of the customer service was abysmal. Don't stay here if politeness and hospitality are of importance to you.

Make sure to go to Mixx for the great food and nightclub atmosphere. No cover for The Hotel guests!

Everything was perfect...too good to be true. Then today I saw that I was charged again for my lodging which I prepaid at your site. I dont think this is right. I am now checking my emails but have not found an email from them regarding this charge. Appreciate if you can communicate with them, either you refund me or them. Thanks!

Great hotel! very easy to get to the room. didn't have to walk through the casino. rooms not far from the parking lot! Best hotel we stayed at in Vegas!

Official check-in time is listed at 3pm. I checked into the hotel at 4pm and was told that my requested room with two beds was not available so I was going to be given a king bed with a roll-out. I refused and the receptionist said my room with two beds would be available within a couple of hours. I decided to go this route but told the receptionist […] that I have two small children and walking around for over 2 hours will be a hassle. My room was not ready until 7:45pm and the new receptionist that checked us in was not going to offer us anything to make amends for the hassle until my wife basically gave her a very stern lecture. They comped us a meal which we were grateful for. Besides that...the hotel is very nice (that's why we booked there) and my boys loved the pool. Devamı

great hotel with reasonable price .

The rooms were comfortable, including the beds. We had a deluxe king romm connecting to a suite with 2 queens. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pools, the shark aquarium, and the free Wi-Fi. We didn't eat at the hotel--except for the Chinese noodle restaurant--but we will try the buffet next time. Mattress was very uncomfortable After staying for three nights we all went back home with a back pain..I think the hotel needs to renew their beds...

I would stay again!

We stayed in a suite at THEhotel and upon check in were told that they didn't have the room available that we had reserved. We needed a room with 2 beds and were told that the only solution was to put us in a room with a king bed and send up a rollaway. It wasn't the best solution for us, as it was not our fault they didn't keep up their end of the […] deal, nor do I think it was the only one they could come up with. They did move us to the correct room the next day, but when we walked in, it smelled like we were in the middle of an ash tray. We were assured that if we stayed out of the room for at least 2 hours, they would fix it. After 2 1/2 hours, we went to the front desk to see if it was ready. We were told that they didn't know and to just "go up and see what happens". The room now smelled like bleach and smoke, and the scent was even stronger. I was traveling with people with allergies and it was unbearable. They moved us to our third room in 3 days, which was finally clean and right. The front desk people were nice, but insufficient. If I am going to pay all that money to stay there, my 2 day stay shouldn't be such a hassle. I emailed them about our stay and received a response commending their staff for moving us to the right room and apologizing that I hadn't received my receipt....which still hasn't come. I think there are many other hotels on the strip with suites that are better or just as nice, for less money and they have always gotten it right the first time for me. I found the hold on the Credit card to be excessive. Use of a mini fridge is $35/day in a suite??? All other things about this hotel were great!

From check in to check out, I couldn't have had a better experience. The front desk staff was wonderful and helpful, my room was immaculate and comfortable. I actually ordered room service and fell asleep before it arrived, and the waiter couldn't have been more understanding and nice when I finally opened the door. We must go to Vegas 6-8 times a year. This is by far the best hotel. We alway love to go and stay at the new hotels when they open. We judge them all by TheHotel. This is the best place to stay in Vegas.

Overall this is a nice and clean hotel with large suite rooms, but I was incredibly offended by their in-room coffee service. In an era where most hotels offer complementary coffee, their in-room coffee costs something like $8.99 PER CUP. That's not a misprint! A cup of coffee for my wife and I would have been $17. Stayed at "The Hotel" at Mandalay Bay. Spacious, 2 dbl bed room with additional living area in adjoining room.

Maybe a bit pricey but definitely worth the extra dough.

Much better than staying at the main Mandalay hotel. Removed from the casino, noise, etc. Super-nice room with all the resources and amenities you could need for your next business trip.

Much nicer than the regular Mandalay Bay rooms. Suite was smaller then we expected but nice. A little wear: burnt out bulb in window lights, slow draining sink, shower stall smelled a little moldy. $4. for a cup of coffee: typical Las Vegas. Great view, comfortable bed and furniture, big luxurious bathroom. Mandalay Bay is great if you don't really […] want to leave the hotel/ casino: good casino, great restaurants. good bars. We went for girl's weekend out and we had a very comfortable stay in this hotel. We were never turned down for any service. The staff was very polite. We requested room cleaning service in night when we were leaving for dinner and they were happy to send someone. The suits are a perfect size to hang out when you are ina group. Must go and use the spa […] Bathouse! It was much better than Aria's spa. Overall, it was a great stay! Devamı

I was scared because of of our dog but the hotel was accommodating. Also, the only downside was i didn't get my ID back and was trouble going back and forth between Security and front desk.

the accessibility room was near the exit.. not half way down a long corridor. the only accessible room i've ever had with an elevated bed-great

Finally first vacation in 5 yrs! First night we plan to take a nice hot steamy bath ... turn on the water and notice a wad of hair in the water and a horrendous ring and the tub. Staff completely didn't clean the tub, we did ourselves due to time constraints. Then hear this beating on the door. Decided to continue feeling romantic with candles going […] and still a few minutes later the beating doesn't stop so I investigate. The maintenance man says we are leaking and will need to leave the room. Acted like he wanted to come in and correct the problem but I didn't want him included in our evening ... complained about the dirty tub and the rudeness & they gave us a $100 food credit, may gf said our treatment was probably worth way more than that & I should of said is that your best offer when they offered the food credit. I should of asked for a free room too as our first night was ruined and we were too exhausted to fight. Then when they moved us it was to a room, 37-913, that is right next to the maids main work room and they are slamming the doors all night long for our last two days ... 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 6AM every 15 minutes it seemed ... horrible experience will never stay there again ... This is the best hotel room I've stayed in in Las Vegas. Very nice and very clean. Room service was good also.

The room was magnificent. Spacious with all the bells and whistles. Especially enjoyed watching ESPN in the bathtub. There is a resort fee ($20/night) but that covers quite a few services including the water park, wifi and cardio centre so it is good value. Studio room was very comfortable and nicely decked out. Great bar on the top floor where you can see the skyline of the strip. Located at the very start of the strip so a walk to other locations (but there is a monorail for the lazy)

Nice rooms casino slots don't pay out.. Great location and rooms were clean and comfortable.

The Hotel was a great treat. From The Room to The Bar to The Cafe, everything is top notch.
