The Vira Bali Hotel - Bali

The rooms were clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The location was very close to the Kuta action but far enough away that it was peaceful too. At first I thought it would be noisy but it was quite the opposite. Meals were quite ordinary though and after a few trials in the restaurant we ate out for the rest of the time. The room we had was on the first floor and quite noisy. All the rooms are built around the pool and with many children it is very noisy during the day and evening until 10:00. Breakfast was OK, but no where near a nice beach.

We booked 3 pool access rooms. From the time we arrived the staff were very polite and very accommodating. Central location and about 15 min walk to Kuta. The meals were great. Pool area was fine for us. The Vira had everything we liked. A pleasure to stay at

My husband & our 2 kids (6 & 9 yrs old) really loved our stay at The Vira. The atmosphere of the hotel is great. The pool comes with floats that the kids can help themselves with & keep them entertained for hours. Breakfast is normal spread. Location of hotel is excellent. Walking distance to Waterbom Park, convenient stores. Spa in hotel is excellent […] too! Not over-priced which is nice. We were so comfortable with this hotel that we returned for an additional night although we were booked somewhere else. Would definitely recommend this hotel to those with kids. Fabulous hotel - modern with lovely Balinese decor. Beautiful buffet breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, lovely swimming pool. Great location - close to airport and also kuta shopping area. Close to beach and restaurants. Loved our stay there - will recommend this hotel to all.

Service was good. Breakfast too. Location was around the constructions. Nice place anyway. By walking about 15 minutes to discovery shopping mall.

Well plus points close to airport, beach & shops good service from staff they do make a real effort with you, good in house massage service a bit pricey but so what! Would recommend this hotel but its a good 3.5 star hotel it is not a 4 star hotel and I believe they are charging a bit too much they should have air conditioning in the reception and the […] restaurant and should put some insect extra insect deterrents in the restaurant but the food there is of good standard their breakfast is satisfactory to good having said that it is a tropical country so one must accept certain things,surprisingly I wasn't bitten by mosquito s! Vira Bali is a small hotel but with friendly staff. While we did not use the pool, it is a small swimming pool compare to most larger resorts in the area. Nomdirect access to the beach. it is about 15 min walk to the Discovery Mall and eateries. The surrounding area is still under development hence not much of interesting sights. It is situated at South Kuta, Bali and near Discovery Shopping Mall. Lots of western restaurant on the street and the visitors could enjoy the meal beside the hotel. Breakfast is nice and they also provide good services to the guest. Free WiFi is really attracting me to stay there!

Excellent hotel in every way. The room was immaculate, service was great, great location and had an ambiance of a 5 star hotel. the breakfast buffet had everything you would need. The staff were very pleasant to deal with. would definitely stay here again.

quite far from seaside and shopping belt and take about 20-2 mins walk. Mattress not firm. staff friendly and always smiling.

A Wonderful Stay. All the staff were so warm, friendly and welcoming. We stayed for 2 weeks and were made to feel at home. Buffet breakfast is just beautiful. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Convient to the airport. Nice that it is not a large hotel, but has a great staff, restaurant and walking distance to shopping. Spoke to another guest from Australia and she has used this hotel several times.

Recommended. Excellent hotel - new, friendly helpful staff, spotlessly clean. Will stay here again.

If you want to do any walking around, this is not the hotel for you. Clean and comfortable and very close to the airport, but you would be better off staying someplace else for, a fraction of the price.

Great Hotel we stayed our first 2 nights and last 2 nights there. The service and staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast was amazing. Its only a 5min walk to the beach from there another 10min to the famous Surfing spots in Kuta or 10min walk on the main road to Kuta square. Hotel recommendable for very good location, and excellent breakfast and restaurant food. Space to suntan is very limited. Hotel has no facilities such as deck chairs at nearby beach. Free shuttle from hotel to airport.

No complaints with this hotel whatsoever. The rooms were great, the lobby was very nice, good breakfast, and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The great staff and experience helped us decide to book several extra nights at this hotel (4 total nights). You get more than your moneys worth at the Vira Bali. Side note- in Kuta Beach when catching […] a taxi- stick with the blue "Bali Taxi" cars and make sure they will use the meter before getting in their car. It's a nice and cosy place to stay in... Rooms are clean and comfortable.. With small nice pool in the center of the hotel where all the rooms are facing.. Breakfast is just normal buffet spread.. It's take about 15 to 20 mins walk to go to Discovery Shopping mall and beach is about 10 mins walk..

Our 4.5 day stay at the Vira Bali was a great experience all round. Excellent service from all staff whether it be airport transfer, check in, restaurant/bar or general information. The hotel is maintained to a high standard and is situated within east walking distance to the Centro Shopping Centre, Kuta Markets and a large number of eating establishments. The […] "Grill Corner" provides a good range of meals that are of excellent quality, and a good breakfast to start the day. Deluxe rooms are of a good size ((although would benefit from a bit more drawer space), serviced daily and also have a private balcony overlooking the pool area. The hotel is so near to the airport i thought i could have walk to airport when i'm going back. Including traffic jam will take maximum only 10mins. The room is clean, morning international buffet breakfast is basic & good, staff are friendly, free wifi at hotel lobby. Basically nothing bad about the hotel. The only disadvantage is have to walk arnd […] 10mins to the Kuta beach and arnd 15mins to kuta square. One extra service the staff provided was offering to drive us to the airport as we're running late :p 1 hour to check in!! no mention of fees from the driver beforehand and he didn't ask for tip or anything after we alight. of course we were so happy n glad we gave him a tip. Beautiful Hotel, Close to Central Kuta but not too close, took about 10 minutes to walk to the main part. Food was great, service was excellent and all the staff were so pleasant, always friendly and willing to help with anything asked. Rooms were even better than the pictures!! :) Will definately stay there again.

Very friendly staff, modern rooms and close to both the airport, beach and shops. Will definetlively look at this as an alternative for my next trip to Bali. By far the best value for money

We would never normally stay in a 3/3.5 star hotel after a dodgy experience we had in Bali with such a hotel. However we had heard good reviews about the Vira and decided to take the chance. We were very pleasantly surprised, this hotel is great with lovely staff, excellent rooms all overlooking the lovely pool and a great location easy walking distance […] to the centre of Kuta. We only had one small gripe and that was on a few days there was a smell coming from the bathroom which wasnt very pleasant but not enough to ruin our time there. Our stay at Vira Bali was enjoyable in all aspects, staff were truly amazing. Couteous and helpful. No complaints about the breakfast and the restaurent was open 24 hours which was very convenient. Hotel is close to the beach, shopping mall and the airport.

It's a nice hotel and not far from the main attraction. Easy accessible to anywhere either by walking or talking taxi. Taxi is also easily available. Hotel staff are very helpful. Very nice hotel, though the location is a bit off.. I agree with previous people on good service, nice rooms and very nice inner garden with pool. That said, there´s loads of similar hotels in Bali. None of them are very well priced compared to SE Asia but for some extra bucks you´ll get a better hotel by the beach. Just want people to have more reasonable expactations because taking care of the luggage is not extraordinary service. Btw if you want a nice getaway go to northern part of Kuta or Seminyak instead. We spent 2 nights there and it was amazing. The entire staff was super cool and very friendly. They even watched our bags while we went and killed time for our plane ride back home.

繁華街からは、少し離れていますが歩いてゆける距離で滞在中は部屋にいても街のうるささはなくよかったです。朝食の評判がレビューで好評でしたが、まずくはなかったですが、6日滞在したのでほぼ毎日同じメニューには、飽きました。日本人は、全くいなく、こじんまりした良いホテルだとおもいます。お湯も思っていたより出が良かったです。 ただ近所にある安いマッサージ屋さんは、イマイチ。お勧めはしません・・・。

Virkelig flinke ansatte. Deres engelsk var dårligt men man kunne da kommunikere med dem. Poolen ligger i skygge som var lidt træls. Restauranten var ikke noget at skrive hjem om, og vi fik dårlig mave mens vi var der.

Veldig koselig hotell litt utenfor alt levenet i Kuta sentrum. Ikke mer enn ca 10-12 minutt å spasere inn mot sentrum. Service nivået på hotellet var veldig bra. Meget god frokost. Passer bra for en skandinav da det dropper alt søtt kliss som man tvinges i når man spiser på f.eks britiske hotell. Gratis internett i resepsjonsområdet om man har med egen […] pc. Ganske nærmt flyplassen, men fremdeles langt nok unna til at man ikke "plages" av for mye bråk. Kunne godt tenkt meg å bo her igjen ved en senere anledning. Devamı

Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist super, die Zimmer sehr sauber, das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Zur Zeit wird in ganz Kuta an der Kanalisation gebaut, darum ist es überall sehr schwierig betreff des herschenden Verkehrs. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist hierbei von Vorteil. Ich war bereits zum 3. mal Gast, und es hat immer alles geklappt. Chris

Bra hotell med trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Om vi fick önska skulle frukosten kunna vara lite mer varierande med bättre varmhållning av vissa delar av frukostmaten

We spent 5 days at the Vira Bali hotel. We chose this hotel as we did not wanted to be in the middle of all the stress of Kuta (Which we did not found but was warned about) however there were many better hotels in the same area (and closer to Kuta beach) with the same and better options. The Vira Bali is located at the main road and the security are […] helping you across the street as there are so much traffic. There are approx. 150 meters to a beach however there are no people, no lifeguards etc. if you want to go to Kuta it is approx. 15 min. easy walk or you can take a taxi which is cheap. We had a good time at the Vira Bali but it is only what you expect of a hotel... not exceptional or special in any way. Devamı
