Valamar Diamant Hotel - Porec

This was a wonderful relaxing stay. The hotel was clean and well- run. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was a plus that it was within walking distance to the town of Porec through a beautiful park. The outside of the hotel is a typical 1970s communist concrete facade that is hideous, but it hides a heart of gold. From the cleaners to the very visible manager all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Not normally a hotel hoilday family so being surrounded by a lot of people was a bit different for us. Couldn't fault the cleanliness of rooms or communal areas and food was excellent. Again we were a little wary about buffet food every night but there was a huge choice and something different each day. Salads were so good that teenage son not known […] for his love of things healthy pronounced that he had really enjoyed the salad selection. Getting a sunbed by the pool is a bit competitive with nowhere nearly enough for the size of the hotel. Also it seemed odd to us that the pool closed a 7pm. The only negative comment relates to our departure. Having settled our bill at 10.30 pm the day before our departure because we had an earlyish start we assumed that was it . I was therefore surprised and annoyed when as we were about to get in to the taxi the receptionist came running after us to say we had not paid our bill. It turned out that a bill from the previous afternoon that we had put on our room card had not been handed in by the waiter until very late. I had no local currency but the receptionist insisted that I paid the the bill by credit card - the amount ? 30 Kunas (about £3.60). Having spent some £1800 at the hotel and by the admission of the receptionist the waiter was at fault we left on a sour note. A little flexibility would have been more appropriate. Devamı

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal in der Reception, im Speisesaal, Wellneszenter und überall. Das Personal verfügt über sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse, ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant ist abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Das Hotel befindet sich nicht weit des Zentrums von Porec - ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Man kann […] sich sehr gut in Porec erholen. QUALITA' E SERVIZO VERAMENTE SOPRA LA MEDIA, CUCINA FANTASTICA. DA CONSIGLIARE.... CI RITORNEREMO

Vi tycker att vi hade en härlig 9 dagars vistelse på Diamant. I priset ingick frukost- och middagbuffé som var riktigt bra. Gym bra, fint poolområde och så är det nära till häliga havsbad från klippor. Ca 15-20 minuters promenad till fina Porec längs havet. Det vi kan anmärka på är slitna heltäckningsmattor i rum och korridorer annars hade vi det väldigt […] bra. Devamı

Dans un bel environnement, un hôtel confortable et bonne restauration, mais un cadre beaucoup trop bruyant de jour comme de nuit qui gâche les vacances : musique à la pisicne jusqu'à minuit, ventilations très bruyantes jour et nuit qui empêchent de tenir la fenêtre ouverte.

Kicsit messze,a tengertől,látszik rajta a kor, és az igénytelen felújítás, egyébként kellemes tágas szoba,pazar konyha.
