Petit Palace Italia - Madrid

We stayed in quad room at Petit Palace Italia (May 21-24, 2011). Had a king size bed and two bunk beds. Very clean beds and rooms, excellent shower. what you may find lacking is availability of chest, or drawers etc for storage. Also the desk is tiny. Overall very comfortable though, no noise, good air-conditioning in the room and plentyful breakfast […] at very reasonable charges. This hotel is conveniently located in the center of the metropolis. The showers are also divine in that they have multiple controls to soothe your tired body after a day of sight seeing.

We read the mixed reviews and decided to give it a try, but I wish we hadn't. To make a long story short: the AC did not work until the very last night of our stay, the internet connection keeps on failing intermittently and the quality of the service you get from the reception desk is a toss up: we got a trainee and it was a very frustrating experience […] trying to convey the problems with the room. Although the location of this hotel is nice and a short walk to plaza del Sol it is way overpriced. The rooms were small and in very poor repair. The bed was a platform bed and quite uncomfortable. The bunk beds in our family style room had a top bunk that tilted in toward the wall if you didn't stay centered in the bed. The hotel is small and not easy […] to find. Honest Hotel, very well located. Room a bit small for 4 people. Good breakfast, at a reasonable price.

Location of the hotel is pretty much in center Madrid. No bath but shower is very good. Staff ok but weren't overly helpful. We asked for a cup of hot (boiled) water they couldn't or wouldn't get us one. They did have a kitchen one the ground floor for breakfast?? Very good hotel in a great location-walkable distance to all the important sights,metro.etc.Staff are ok-some are better than the others.Overall nice.Rooms comfortable.

We found the hotel to be clean and sufficiently roomy for the four of us. The hotel was close to the Gran Via metro stop and only a few yards off of Gran Via. Unfortunately, a few yards farther down the street the hotel entrance faces was an intersection at which it appeared several prostitutes plied their trade. Vi havde 4 overnatninger på hotellet som ligger meget centralt - 300m fra Puerto del Sol pladsen og i gå afstand fra det meste. Bla. en StarBucks lige om hørnet. Super kvalitet ifht til pris.

El precio de la habitación tan sólo está justificado por la céntrica situación. Necesita un mejor mantenimento de todas las instalaciones. Es muy ruidoso.

Esta muy bien ubicado, el hotel es simple pero esta muy bien si quieren comodidad a buen precio, no es lujoso pero esta limpio y muy bien ubicado... tiene todas las comodidades..

Situation idéale en plein centre mais avec les chambres donnant sur des rues calmes. Immeuble rénové et chambres tout confort. Petit déjeuner self très fourni. Un peu exigu quant aux parties communes .

Ottima posizione, da dove puoi raggiungere i luoghi migliori di Madrid, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, non proprio nuovissimo, ma ancora in buone condizioni, la nostra camera da 4 letti era giustamente proporzionata, pulita ed in buono stato. Отличное месторасположение в самом центре на центральной улице, близость к торговым центрам и культурным достопримечательностям. Несколько аскетичное внутреннее убранство номеров в стиле хай-тек.

El hotel de excelente calidad, la atencion el personal excelente y la ubicacion inmejorable, cerca de lugares turisticos como de shopping

Una cadena de hoteles cerca de gran via , puerta del sol y lo mejor de lo comercial, restaurants, historico de Madrid. Muy recomendable, excelente relacion precio- calidad.

Wir, zwei Frauen, konnten alles Wichtige zu Fuß erlaufen und abends weggehen, ebenfalls kein Problem. Idealer Ausgangspunkt. Das Hotel bietet alles, was man für kurze Hotelzimmeraufenthalte während eines Städtetrips braucht und das zu einem guten Preis. Unser Zimmer war trotz der lebhaften Straße ruhig. The air-conditioning was not working. It was very noisy at the hotel, specially at nights because of young noicy people. The situation is excellent!

El hotel está está muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo. Se puede ir a pie a muchos lugares, como Puerta del Sol (2 cuadras), a 10 min del Museo del Prado. A 20 mts está el stop del Bus turístico y de la calle Gran Vía, que es muy comercial. Es un hotel recomendable. Las habitaciones son cómodas, no tienen buena luz ni natural, ni artificial. Vi var 3 voksne i et familieværelse. Det var ok men der var meget støj, da vi fik et værelse ud mod gaden. Sprøg efter et værelse ud mod sidegaden. Der er de fleste værelser. Ellers ok hotel, da det ligger meget centralt. Vi spiste morgenmad på cafe lige nedenfor hotellet.

Bra plassert hvis man har et avslappet forhold til at horegata ligger like ved siden av. Veldig god hotellservice, men minus for harde madrasser.

Si vous venez pour faire du shoping, excellent. pas de parking le samedi soir quartier vivant donc pas de place. parking souterrain 28€ la nuit; pour relations tarifés le lieu est "idéal" de jour comme de nuit, les enfants peuvent être surpris! hotel confortable accueil correct. suite familiale manque d'espace de rangement pour 4 personnes.
