Hotel amenities, location, quality of service.

We really like the hotel, rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Children enjoyed the pool. Hotel location was good for us to go shoping, because we walked to the outlet.

Great vacation, only complaint-my husband and I tossed and turned all night due to an uncomfortable mattress. Everything else was wonderful.

Clean, good size rooms, helpful staff, perfect location for a quick stay in Freeport for some shopping and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again! MR

Every staff member we met was extremely helpful and always seemed very happy in their jobs. I wouldn't hesitate to book a room with them again.

We were very happy with our stay in this hotel. This was the third hotel we were staying in on this vacation and the service was outstanding. From moving rooms so we could be near to our in-laws who were travelling with us, to reducing the price of our breakfast as we supplied most of our own food (no gluten free bread or cereal - I would not reduce […] my rating as I expect this). Our family trip was off-season (week after New Year's) so the hotel was almost empty and we were given excellent service. Decent pool, hot tub, workout room. Not sure why, but they gave us coupons for free breakfast for our family of four for 3 mornings at the hotel DR, which turned out to be the best buffet breakfast at a non-luxury hotel that we've […] ever had. Convenient location for the event we attended, parking just 20 steps from the door, walk to shops and Starbucks, friendly staff. The amenities were great even though we stayed there 12/24-25. Wonderful people and the hotel itself was great. We had 2 incidents which required their attention which was handled professionally and promptly. I highly recommend this location if visiting the area for what ever reason...

We had four couples, staying in four different rooms. All rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was refreshingly superb from the service to the food! We enjoyed the spa and pool and loved being so close to all the shops on Main Street.

Every thing was fine, but we are missing two items that we may have left. We contacted house keeping, but have not heard back from them yet.

I reserved a king suite through hotels.com because it was the only hotel in the area that had 2 rooms. after i confirmed this twice, when i arrived they put us in the wrong size room and then told me they had no more suites. this should be clearer when reserving-beware!

We've stayed here several times and we have always enjoyed our stay. It is right down in the village district with the quaint shops and restaurants. All in walking distance from the hotel. The staff is very friendly and strives to make you feel welcome. We'll stay here again!

Freeport was calm for this Christmas shopping visit, we enjoyed all the services of the hotel with no problems.

5 minute walk to LL Bean and downtown. Lovely setting and fantastic location. Well cared for. Great breakfast selection for $9.95. Comfortable lounge and lobby with fireplace. Shop for best time/rate but well worth a try.

I so enjoyed that this hotel was in the center of Freeport yet removed enough to be in a quiet location and walkable to the local shops. The staff could not have been more accommodating.

We had a nice 2-room "standard" room. Two flat screen TVs (no fighting over the remote). Room was clean, quiet, well-equipped (coffee maker, fridge, microwave). Large bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Great location on a side street right behind the outlets. We were surprised to receive a coupon for a free breakfast for 2. The hotel staff was very nice and the morning breakfast was excellent. Perfect location for a hotel. You can walk right out the hotel to all the shops and restraunts. The only problem was the hotel room was not that nice. Bathroom was in very poor shape.

We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice our hotel was. Especially when realizing that it was in walking distance of many nice stores and restaurants. Our family really enjoyed visiting the LLBean stores. The hotel was upscale and although there wasn't a free breakfast, the breakfast was amazing! We had omelets, French toast, pancakes, bacon...all […] for a very reasonable price. It was definitely worth the cost. If ever in the area again, I would most definitely stay here. Devamı

We were driving up the coast of Maine and stayed at the Hilton for one night. We were very impessed with the hotel and room, very clean and modern. You can't go wrong with Hilton. It's also one block from all of the outlet shopping!

Loved the hotel! It is new and very clean. The entire staff was very fiendly and always helpful when I had questions. The breakfast was good and at a very reasonable price. The room was large and comfortable. My favorite part is the free parking and the location of the hotel. It is walking distance from shopping and great restaurants.

All the staff deserves a big pat on the back. I am hard to impress. I cannot believe how impressed I was with all of the staff! The attention to details was wonderful! I mentioned we were going to Popham Beach the next day and I found directions printed under my door in the morning! The location is walkable to everything! You feel like you are in a […] neighborhood not on the side of a highway like most hotels. The pool is small yet perfect, especially if you have kids. The room was the standard config you see at any hotel. Clean and nice. Duvet was a bit scratchy...bed a bit too soft to get comfortable. Overall I still give the Hotel 4.5 stars...5 if the bed was wonderful. I highly recommend. Devamı

Note to corporate: Put a sign on the bed that it is adjustable. No where in the room was it posted that the bed was adjustable by looking under the bottom sheet! We never read the sign on the front desk until we were checking out. Also the coffeepot was too small for the holder to work. My husband had to hand hold the glass pot up under the basket with […] the grounds to make it work. When we mentioned the pot at checkout the clerk did not seem concerned. The hotel was quiet and very clean which was our main concerns. We did not use the restaurant. Devamı

The hotel is in the centre of town walking to all. Staff were all very friendly and the stay was great.

Hotel is very nice and has a great little bar downstairs. Only reason it does not get 5 stars across the board is that if you stay in any of the rooms 245-250 or 345-350 during a wedding or function, you will have to listen to loud music from the first floor directly below till the event is over. This was the case with us.

The perfect choice. The room was clean, new tv, adjustable king size bed, fridge, microwave all very clean and conveinient. Service was good. Breakfast was a treat, all you can eat buffet. The whole experience was "wicked good".

I have stayed at this hotel before and without fail the staff has been wonderful!!! This trip I sustained an injury that required an ER visit, but the staff were right there to help--wheelchair, ice, retrieving my luggage. Nice music on Tuesday night in the lounge--

Second stay here and it was as delightful as the first. Friendly staff, well kept facility. Comfortable rooms nicely appointed. Great restaurants within walking distance.

The pool was great~! and everything was great, too especially.. the morning breakfast was not included but it was not expensive and the service was great~!!

If you need to stay anywhere in Freeport, then this is the place to choose! We were so pleased with the hotel itself, very clean and an inviting appearance, plus the location is tops! The staff was friendly . . and cookies were waiting for customers at the desk upon check-in. We enjoyed being able to have dinner in the lounge and not having to leave […] the premises after our early evening arrival. There is a pool available, however we did not use it. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic - one of the best I have ever experienced at a hotel! Many choices of hot entrees, and several made "to order" as you waited. This hotel is almost brand new (as of Oct, '10) and has a very friendly and helpful staff. The location is GREAT - just three short blocks to the LL Bean store. Highly recommended!
