The hotel staff was wonderful. Friendly and professional. We had a birthday and everyone was helpful getting us plates and silverware for our cake.

The hotel had all of the basics that I could ahve asked for in a hotel stay. Teh location was great for someone interested in Outlet shopping, which I was... I had a good stay overall.

The hotel is nice, however, Amtrak runs directly behind the hotel. The train passed by twice each night between 9 and 11pm and it woke the kids up. We stayed in a suite which was nice, but there were no paper towels or utensils which I have always had at other suites such as Hampton. Loved this place! Loved pool and hot tub and the beds were great! No back aches! Staff was wonderful!!!! Great location you can walk to surrounding stores!

The hotel was located within walking distance of everything I wanted to go to. The room was clean, staff was friendly and very accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the workout room and pool/hot tub on a cold and windy weekend. I have already recommended this hotel to friends. We will use this hotel again for our next trip to Freeport, Maine.

Our kids loved the pool and thy want to come back next year. The rooms, the food, the staff and the pool were all much better than I expected.

The rooms are pretty standard, comfortable but nothing special. The mattress was adjustable in terms of firmness which didn't seem to work real well. The bathroom was small and cramped. The location is very good, easy walk to all stores and restaurants etc. All in all it,s a nice place.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, fantastic location for shopping at LL Bean and Main Street, Freeport. Pool area was lovely, food was reasonably priced and enjoyable. We will stay here again for sure!

Our room was very clean, hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The location is extremely convenient for shopping in Freeport, dropping off purchases and shopping again! Hot tub, pool area and gym were clean.

The location is exactly what we were looking for, close to the LL Bean store and all of the outlets. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. We only stayed 1 night so we didn't fully experience all of the available amenities. The main reason for choosing this hotel is the convenience of its location. great hotel..stayed here many times. however a bit disappointed that the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate was only available at certain times this trip. lasts trips it was all the time.

Why 5's acoss the board then a 4 overall?? The train...it comes by at 6 and 7 in the morning and goes 15 feet behind most of the rooms (including ours# and toots its horn 3 times due to 2 road crossings #something they have to do) and the train station which is a couple hundred feet down the road. There was building work going on in the lobby which was a bit of a mes. The corridors are dark and gloomy. The room was v nice but I would prefer a window which can be opened as the fan was noisy. The information given to us about the paid movie was wrong and we had to re start it and we're originally paid twice.However the hotel addressed this on chech […] out. This hotel is in a perfect location and one minute from LL BEAN. The hotel is always clean and neat and while not opulent, it has a wonderful atmosphere and setting.

Fantastic place to stay. We stayed in a Deluxe King Room and the bathroom was nice and large. Exremely close to all the outlet shops and restaurants. The service at the front desk amazing and the buffet breakfast was wonderful and well worth the $9.95 US per person!! We had a fabulous stay and we will be going back again. We stayed in Room 331 for a family wedding that was held in the Chapel next door to the Inn. The Inn was great - as far as the room was concerned.The room was large/huge, with plenty of space and very convenient for a family gathering. Only hitch- the Ballroom, in which the wedding reception was held, was HOT!! No a/c!! I felt just terrible for the […] Bridal Party, and worse for the parents footing the bill. Although this hotel was clean and close to the local attractions I do not beleive that this hotel is worth the price we paid. And the pool was closed. I am glad our kids weren't traveling with us. For this price I may check the inn down the street next time which includes a breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay.....Great breakfast without having to leave Hotel. Room was great. Close to Freeport Shopping so no need to use car. Will certainly stay with you again when I come back to Maine and will suggest you to friends that I know are coming from California to Maine in the spring. Could not have had a better location.

Hotel was perfectly situated in the shopping area. Took a one bedroom suite and was great for a family of 4. Only major issue was the hotel staff didn't know much about the area in which i found strange. Will stay there again

A very nice surprise of remarkable good inn right in the center of Freeport town and its famous L. L. Bean Retail Supper Store that opens 24/7 all year round and other brand name outlet stores. The inn offers comfortable accommodation including adjustable firmness in their mattress, soft to hard by dialling the level suitable to each individual. The […] king size bed has two dials for both couple. The receiption was having problem in helping us to log into their WiFi. They were moderately trained but still service with a smile. They are most useful for dining out information since there are several restaurants of good quality within walking distance. The room itself is of good size and well supply with useful and friendly furnitures. The television size and programe covers well even for our three nights stay. The best feature of the inn is the surrounding area, fill with trees and flowerrs. The car park is large enough even at full house which was the case on the Saturday night or the last night of our stay. We can not say anything bad about the property. Devamı

The hotel staff is very outgoing and accomodating. The location is excellent, just a short walk to all the fabulous shopping! The hotel setting is very quiet, however, the train tracks run directly behind the hotel so there may be some impact to the peacefulness when it starts to run on a daily schedule.

This property is clean and well-maintained; the grounds are very nice. Although it is within walking distance of shopping, dining, etc., it is far enough off the beaten track to offer a quiet stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay in this hotel again.
