I had originally checked into another hotel that was horrid and decided to try this one. This hotel was only 15 dollars more but wow...what a difference. The staff was amazingly helpful and courteous. The pool and hot tub clean. The cucumber water in the lobby with free coffee, tea and ice tea was a nice touch. The bed was big and comfortable and the […] room size generous and lastly...the Milano cookies on the night stand were yum! A fantastic value for the price. I suggest paying the extra money for breakfast as it is well worth it. In San Francisco this room would have been 3 times more and...3 times as small. Devamı

We stayed at your facility for our Anniversary and were awaken at 6AM from the maintenance crew power driving the concrete walk way. We ended up leaving your facility and checking into another resort so we could simply get some sleep. I am really disappointed with the stay and let the gentleman in the front know as we were leaving. He was very polite […] and mentioned that he would notify his manager of the occurrence. The hotel was ok. These comments are nitpicking. That said, the owner spent little on making this hotel worth the price. Bathrooms were very basic but clean. Carpets and linens were not worthy of a $250+ per night charge. It was a place to shower, sleep and leave. Not bad, just expensive for what it is. Staff was courteous and helpful. Good clean room with a large jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. Free parking. Convenient to West World. Would recommend. Small fridge, microwave and coffee maker nice. Bed a little hard.

Simple hotel middle of nowhere ,not even close To $205 per nite price tug. Nothing around it. No Entertainment , nothing to eat, unless you like Fast food with gourmet price. I won't recommend

The hotel was more than adequate for what I would say was a 3 to 4 star hotel. You can't expect a 5 star hotel for That rate it was everything we thought it would be the people were courteous and efficient. Great hotel! The only problem I had was that there was a little bit of noise coming from the pool at midnight, but it was 4th of July weekend so I didn't mind.

We were told that we would have a king size bed and a queen pull out bed. The pull out bed was a single. It was very misleading. Next time we will book the two queens. Also the hotel keys were a big pain. You had to scan the card 4+ times just to get into the hotel or into the pool. Maybe an issue the hotel should fix. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at ALL times, even as far as saying "hello" every time they saw us. They went the extra mile in giving us local area information as well as directions, and made us feel very "noticed" and comfortable as though we mattered as their guests. The only "suggestion" I have is the pillows were a little too mushy […] ;-).. Many people like that, but it might be nice to have two different types on the bed per person instead of all four being the same. Also, when we arrived home, we found a $60.00 charge attached to our credit card bill. We'd paid our bill in full so called to question the charge. We were told it's standard procedure to protect them against any damage they may find in the room after checkout. If no damage is found, the credit card will then be credited the fee back. It would have been nice to have known this ahead of time. It may have been somewhere in the small print, and we missed it...but it would be nice to see that statement on the final charges bill tucked underneath the door in the morning. Other than that..we would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. You couldn't hope for nicer staff, or better service. Devamı

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was amazing. When I checked in I mentioned that is was our 10 year anniversary, so the young man checking us in upgraded us to a suite. Then after we were in our room about 20 minutes the staff sent up wine, chocolate covered strawberries, a card, and cake with ice cream. Pros: nice pool, fruited water, fresh cookies, plentiful seating in lobby, sufficient office computer work area, friendly staff, quickly correct any problems you have, convenient location, good parking Cons: door scanners accessing public spaces are horrible and aggravating, carpet in elevator and hall ways needs replacing and smells awful, king beds […] need replacing yesterday, room furniture showing ware, comforters with polyester need to go away, breakfast confusing service, restaurant hours very limited amenities fine for coming and going just not vacationing. The hotel is in a good location, just off Hwy 101. The general condition of the hotel is fine, clean but not luxurious. What was significantly noticeable was how polite and friendly ALL of the hotel staff was. Not just at the desk or the bartender, but everyone we came in contact with. It was so above my expectations that I mentioned it to the supervisor/manager. […] because of our schedule, we didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool/spa or workout room. The staff was very friendly. The pool is not as nice as it looks in pictures, and there is a definite lack of pool furniture (loungers, specifically). The breakfast is a bit overpriced for what it is. But it was very convenient to local businesses and sports arenas, and very comfortable.

I booked this room and asked for a ground floor room, as my husband had just had foot surgery. I wasn't aware that there were elevators when I booked... MUCH TO MY SURPRISE... We got a room overlooking the pool. Very nice view! Awesome! It was very quiet and clean.. Employees were very helpful and friendly. Layed by the pool and it was very quiet, with […] very nice music... Very relaxing. Did a load of laundry too. Also very secure. We enjoyed our stay very much. The grounds were wonderful! The location of our room was so far the the main grounds. I thought this might be because I booked with Hotels.com We were so far from the main quarters that we had to run the water in the room for at least 15 minutes before it became warm. Pool was way better than expected. Staff was extremely courteous. Best thing about the hotel is the location!!! Free parking, free wi-fi. Only negative was no complimentary breakfast. The hotel was overall nice and the staff friendly. The room was ok with a few exceptions. The bathroom door could not close and due to the amount of damage to the door from other guests trying to close it, it appears that it was broken for awhile. The only complaint I have is that when I went to check in... the front desk person didn't even smile.. didn't say Hi.. just asked for driver's license & card... didn't tell me what he charged to the card.. nothing. Not very pleasant for welcoming guests!

Location was great, but the room was a little disappointing.. The beds claim to be adjustable, but the knob didn't do anything to the extreme firmness. Our room had a hide-a-bed and it was terrible! I know most hide-a-bed's are bad, but this one was the worst in my book. When we arrived the bathroom wasn't clean, so we had to get room service to take […] care of it. Room service was very friendly, but the front desk didn't do anything to help us get another room. The TV remote would not allow us to watch movies. We asked for it to be fixed, they came to the room while we were gone to fix it, but was not able to. In all honesty we prefer the Hilton Garden inns to most other hotels, This one was very easy to find and very clean, the Breakfast left something to be desired but the Whole Foods is close and we got coffee and made it in our room. Over all Great Hotel, Great Location

Even tho our room was by the side of the freeway (separated by desert land) it was quiet. John upgraded us to a King bed Suite. It's a shame those rooms don't have more of a kitchenette, but it fitted our needs. Two bathrooms (unheard of), Huge jacuzzi in the bedroom. Nice long bathroom - bring a night light-the blowdryer (nightlight) didn't work. Didn't […] use the pool, but looked extremely inviting. Had the buffet breakfast $, FRESH fruit, large sausage links, crispy bacon etc ... all w/ service with a smile. Nice hotel, however, pool was not in working order due to recent sand storm, only other downside, not close to other restaurants in area, hotel restaurant a little pricey and not very many items to choose from. Room was nice and clean, hotel staff nice and attentive to our needs.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Situated in middle of business park with easy access to highway but nothing at all is within walking distance. Shuttle will take you within a 5 mile radius of hotel if requested
