The hotel is clearly making improvements, and the room was average, no frills or anything fancy. The front desk clerk could use a lesson in manners. And there were a lot of kids running around late in to the night making sleep a challenge. We tried asking the front desk for help and got no where. The pillows were horrible, they weren't even real pillows […] but little blobs of stuffing and fabric. Get real pillows! The room was clean as were most parts of the hotel. Breakfast was hot, and decent. The location wasn't as good as we hoped but we worked around it. Overall it was an okay stay. Devamı

Will stay hehe again. We get into town about once every two months, so think we' ll stay here again. It was clean, neat, and the breakfast was good.

Walls are a bit thin, we got two noise complaints filed against us and we were merely talking. Other than that it was a great stay.

We stayed there for a single night. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Breakfeast was decent - nothing fancy, but better than what I have experienced at similar class hotels. I would stay there again.

We had a handicapped room which was HUGE! My husband is in a wheelchair and he was able to get around very well. There was available space between the beds so he could get in. Everything was clean, and orderly.

It was clean, nice and close to everything. The continental breakfast is excellent. It had make your own waffles, sausages, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy on Sunday morning, and all the rest of the normal breakfast fare. The rooms are very large with a closet and a huge bathroom. They were very accomodating with our dogs. On the outskirts of town, convenient location on a main street. Nice pool and hot tub. Friendly staff. Small breakfast, even for a hotel continental breakfast. Walls were very thin. Also, when we arrived, the heat was not on in our room, and it was very cold. Overall a good experience at a good price - we will stay there again.

I was disappointed to see a sign posted banning firearms shortly after Wisconsin passed the overwhelmingly popular concealed carry law. Pick another hotel if you support our constitutional rights. Also, this hotel does charge a pet fee. The breakfast was average to below for this type of hotel.

When asked how long the motel had been there, we were told the facility was 6 years old. Our responce was it looked 6 years NEW! Would definately stay again.

Overall the hotel was nice. However, the walls were very thin and you could hear everything going on in the rooms next to you.

Hotel suited my needs. 2 issues. there is no longer a guest use computer ( was one last time in the entry area) so it is impossible to pre-print boarding passes and other required work related docs. and the second is all their TV Internet and phones seem to be tied together, They lost the system and were down for 12 hours. \They offered to refund for […] the night and found alternate lodging for comparable price but had no idea how to do it with Hotels .com. Given these 2 issues I could not recommend this hotel as my recommendations are based on business trips and it did not work well Devamı

I had specified a room with a mini fridge and was given a room w/king sized bed, mini fridge, and microwave. I called directly to the hotel and asked for a mini fridge and was told that they would see that it was done. Upon check in, I asked again and was reassured that our room had a fridge. We got to our room and no fridge. I called immediately and […] we were then given another room with two Queen sized beds and the explanation that no rooms on second floor had a fridge. Then why book us on the second floor in the first place? After being given a new room, the new keys would not open the door. I returned to front desk and this was then rectified. The front desk was very nice about it but as I was tired from driving, it was now going on 10:00 p.m., and I had to carry my luggage up and down the stairs (no elevator) it was a little bit of an inconvenience. Otherwise, the rest of our stay was uneventful. I liked that they have adult only pool time from 10:00 to midnight. I also appreciated the small continental breakfast that they offer. However, I learned that the breakfast lasts only till 9:00 a.m. and I almost missed it. Breakfast until 10:00 a.m. would have been more satisfactory. The hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was larger than most I have been in. Walls are too thin though. I heard next door neighbor's tv through wall when I needed to go to sleep and they were up talking in the hall at 0600 a.m. Otherwise, breakfast was good and hotel well located.
