Hilton Garden Inn St George - St. George

The accomodations are very nice...quite... professional

The hotel is great, but our bed was hard as a rock and the adjustment on the bed was not working.

I checked with Hilton Reservations to insure that this is a non smoking hotel. They confirmed that it was. When we checked in it was obvious that there were smokers on our floor. Very Bad! I called the desk they informed me that they had a few smoking rooms. I checked the enterance of the hotel and on the door was a sign, quoting the Utah indoor clean […] air act... "No smoking within 25 feet of the building" The desk clerk was somewhat of a smart A as she said that is the way it is. I called Hilton reservations again they once again confirmed this is a non smoking facility. I would not stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend it. Devamı

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The amenities were also great: pool, exercise room, and laundry. The food was not good at the hotel. We only had breakfast, but decided to eat elsewhere after that. Also, they have the new adjustable beds, which weren't very comfortable. However, the room was nice and clean. I'd stay here again.

One of the reasons I chose this property was because it advertised a buffet type breakafast with no mention of the cost. I was under the impression the breakfast was included in the nightly hotel rate, and it was not. I feel this was false advertising. We paid the high price one morning of our stay, and we did not feel it was worth the price per person. […] I would not have minded paying that price if it was good value for the money, but it was not. We just recently stayed in this hotel. The people above us were pacing and/or dropping things on the floor all night. We called the front desk to complain twice but it did no good. The subfloor is very thin. We could hear their alarm going off in the morning which they did not wake up to and their wake up phone call. The location is good for only a 1&1/2 hour drive to the Las Vegas airport, which is why I stayed overnight in St. George. The St. George Hilton Garden was perfectly adequate for that. I was given a room right by a noisy roof vent, but that noise was covered up by the noisy air conditioner and refrigerator. We chose this hotel for its proximity to Hwy 15 and Zion Canyon. The hotel had all of the amenities we were looking for: in-room microwave & fridge, sunny pool setting, convenient parking. It was an easy drive to get to Zion Canyon and other sites. The city of St. George has lots of grocery shopping, restaurants and fast food choices. This hotel was very nice, very clean, great location. Two issues that I had: the water pressure in the shower was very low. This is difficult to deal with because I have long hair, and it just felt dirty the whole time I stayed there. Not fun to have greasy hair on vacation, the pics just never turn out like you want them to! Also, the bed was rather […] stiff. It looked soft, the sheets and bedding were clean, but when it came time to sleep, it was a little uncomfortable. Overall I would recommend this hotel, the good outweighs the bad. And this fit the bill. Nothing special but absolutely nothing wrong. It was the perfect place to stop for the night.

only complaint is that we ordered room service and the food was so so. everything else was great.

The hotel itself was a decent place to stay for one or two nights, although I wouldn't go out of my way to stay there again. It was just OK. The people working the desk were clueless when we asked for suggestions about places to see in town. The question we asked was--Are there any must see places in St. George that we should be sure to visit while […] we are here? The answer was --Where would you like to go? We said we didn't know and that is why we were hoping for some suggestions. The answer was we have to know where you want to go. Frustrating! Devamı

My children and I stayed 1 night towards our destination and I nignt towards home. Both stays were comfy and pleasant. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast option was cooked exactly to my picky kids expectations and extremely convenient.

A welcome relief after a long day of driving. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and everything seems new. Great service and very friendly people. My only complaint is the 107* heat in St. George, but I don't think the staff can do anything about that.

Very clean and convenient. Great location.

Hotel was reltively new and the room was clean with no smells. The bed was good and nice bathroom too. The AC was by thermostadt but still was a wall unit under the window but was pretty good cooling. The wifi was free and easy to use. Only coffee was available in the morning.

Very nice accommodations. Handicapped accommodations were really handicapped accommodations, not just lip service. Our stay was short but sweet. Excellent value for your money.

Very nicely kept property. Breakfast was not wonderful, but on the whole, our stay exceeded our expectations.

Due to car troubles, we needed to spend the night in St. George. The circumstances may have been frustrating but the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate us. As best I can tell, there's not much in St. George so the location Garden Inn seems fine. It's next to the wildlife museum and across the street from two restaurants.

Excellent hotel guest services. Allowed late check out time. Very nice buffet breakfast in hotel. Extremely clean.

Hilton was a great home base for 3 full days of ATV riding.Close to the Honeymoon Trail, Blackrock & even rode the Piute trail on our way home.

Very clean and comfortable. I will stay here many more times.

Everything about the Hotel was terrific. Will be my first choice any time I stay in St. George

The hotel was great, the staff very friendly and nice. Our only complaint is a deal breaker-paper thin walls. We could hear the details of the couple fight through the walls on one side and constant coughing on the other.

Our stay here was GREAT! Great service, great room, very clean an overall great hotel! I will definitley stay here whenever I am in St. George.

our room was so dirty. there was stuff all over the floor in the room. the bathroom floor was disgusting. and the shower had somebody elses hair all over the walls and the tub. i wouldnt even put my daughter in there to bathe, it was that gross. the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel itself was very nice, with a nice breakfast and pool.

Great hotel. We enjoyed our 5 night stay there very much. The bed was probably the most comfortable that I've ever slept in (other than my own). If you want a very clean, nicely decorated hotel with all the amenities you could want; this one does it all nicely.

Very easy access to and from the Highway. Food in the Bar is not your common "bar food." The food was more than just filling. The Bartender was very polite, and friendly. My wife and I had just driven 10 hours, and wanted hot sandwiches, and we ordered a Club Sandwich. One of the best choices we could have made.
