Very nice place to stay. Felt safe and secure within the gated resort. so much more to see - walking trails with waterfalls; ponds; several pools - can't wait to go back and explore!

We had a verry enjoyable stay. We found the room was clean, enjoyed the sight, looking out of the room in to a tree surounding. The grounds were verry clean, no trash. Our only complaint, the hot-tub was verry dirdy. We will be back. The service was verry friendly.

Me and 9 other friends and family members road bikes from Iowa and stayed 2 nites. This was the nicest placed we've stayed in the 5 years we've been taking these bike trips. We are are reading planing next year trip to stay here. thanks

The hotel staff did not clean our room once in a 7 night stay. They brought towels and emptied the trash 2 times.

Very good quiet location nice home like feel

The hotel in all was excellent!!! Hot tub, grills, everything was nice but only problem we encountered was we had no cold water in the shower when we arrived. We called main office and they sent a maintence man to fix the valve for the hot/cold which was fine the maintence man was nice and he was helpful but it took up time (about 50minutes) to fix […] it and so we can get a shower when and go about our business but other than that it was wonderful Devamı

We stayed only 1 night in one of the buildings, not in a cabin. We got a very good rate so overall I was satisfied. The towels were super soft but the curtain rod was nearly falling off. Nice property. Would be a nice place to bring kids and stay in a cabin. I recommend this place.

the hotel was great! the only thing that ticked me off was that the door to the bathroom got stuck and I was locked in there for over an hour before my husband got back. and i called to see if they could fix it they said someone would be right down to fix and and it was never fixed! other than that the rest of our stay was pretty kosher!

At Westgate everyone was so nice and helpful!!! They had a breakfast buffet that was the bomb. My kids loved the activities there. THe view was great a day and night. Looked having the trees around making you feel you were in the country with city lliving. The one and only duck was so cute. Loved the fountains of the pond very peaceful and relaxing. The web pictures dont do this justice. We were overwhelmed with how nice our room was. We did a 2br grand villa. I would have stayed in the room all weekend and enjoyed. We will definitely repeat. This hotel and resort is beautiful. Obviously I booked their cheapest room, which was really basic with no frills, small and similar to any low cost hotel. I was a little disappointed in how uncomfortable the bed was, and the room was really nothing special. You are paying for the nice surroundings, not comfort or space. The stay was good according to the price. Appropriate for the money. The main lodge/check-in was much more posh than the actual room. Room was acceptable and liked the warmth, but it was one of the smallest I have ever stayed in. Had amenities and was okay overall. It was a cold weekend so there were only a few people staying. Ironically we saw three […] cars in all the adjacent lodges and they put all three of us next to each other in one corner of the one building so we heard everything. I was awakened by a baby first thing in the morning. The room had a few issues including cobwebs and silverfish, but I figured that it was due to lack of guests during the season. The overall appeal of the place, and the better conditions in warm climate would greatly improve the stay. I would stay again even with the small details. Devamı

Perfect for R & R. Needs carpet cleaning. Couldn't get the HVAC to work correctly--unsesonably warm so A/C was necessary but unavailable. Nice staff.

My husband and I were only there overnight, however, it was a most pleasurable experience. We came to Branson on the bus and needed transportation to the theatre to see Johnny Mathis. The Hotel staff were very accomodating in getting us a cab. The surroundings were particularly beautiful, as it was during the holiday season. The room was great. It was […] romantic and secluded, although it was surrounded by the hustle and bustle of Branson. We found it to be economical and well worth the money. If and when I return to Branson, we will most certainly stay at WBW resorts and have already recommended it to others. Devamı

the first room we were put in was not clean, leaves under the bed, sheets were not clean and a bug in the sink, they moved us to another room it was fabulous, clean and roomy, loved it if they had put us in it first we would of been great.

usually when i come to branson, i stay in a private cabin but due to short notice of trip, i chose this resort. I was not disappointed at all!! we chose the 2br grand villa. the price was half of a cabin and just as nice if not nicer and minutes from town. i will stay again. my only negative statement is check out is 10am. thats virtually impossible […] with children. i was able to extend my stay till 11 but any later then i wld of had to pay a penalty. that cld be changed but wldnt stop me from visiting again. We were on a budget and only stayed in one of the basic hotel rooms however it was very nice. The room itself was a little dated compared to others I've stayed at in the surrounding area but it did have everything we needed and was clean. The only real complaint about our room was that the hair dryer didn't work. The grounds of this resort is really […] nice, it's gated and looks as if your in a suburban community as you drive up the entrance hill. There is a very nice club house with an indoor pool however we were disappointed that there was no in door hot tub. The pizza shop in the lower level of the club house has good food as well. We plan to return to West Gate and stay in one of the cabins sometime during the summer so we can take advantage of the nice outdoor pools. Devamı

Staying at a resort can be deceiving. Those who booked through travel sites all seemed to be placed in the lowest end rooms available, off the beaten path. Other than that, the resort complex is good for a short weekend stay.

Great Property. Very pleasing staff...congenial, helpful, smiling, et. al.

we stayed in the resort, it was on the back or far side of Branson, the price was more than any others in the area for what I paid we could have sayed 2 nights , requested a smoking room, had to have someone bring ash trays and was a little chinchie on the coffee only left enough for 2 cups

Hotel seems very old. Faucet in sink didn't work. Old style window unit ac/htr hard to regulate. Definitely not 4 star hotel. Charged for continental breakfast also.

The best thing about the experience was dealing with Hotels.com. They went out of their way to help out with the cost of Internet access. I was initially told there was FREE Internet access. Well, it was not free nor was it really access...there was only one small bar so didn't work correctly. The Resort was nice but The guy in the office needs to have […] some training on people skills. When we first arrived in branson, we were not sure where the resort was, but when we found it; we were amazed. the location is great and close to everything. the cabins, condos and even the hotel room that we stayed in was wonderful. we want to go back and try staying in one of the cabins or condos. they have great amenities at the resort, where you […] don't have to go anywhere, you can just enjoy spending time at the resort, enjoy the indoor pool, weight room and eat right there plus there is alot of entertainment there too. This resort is very convenient to shopping and th e strip. BUT - the walls are very thin! You can hear everything in your adjoining unit! All in all, nice place. I would stay here again. Maybe spend a little more to get a little more privacy.

I was told by hotel.com that this was in the hotel. I thought price above avg for Branson but when got there found out it was small motel room. They didn't even clean our room--would not let us check in til 4 pm & had to be out by 10 am & they were not at all nice to us. Room was clean, but did smell musty. Could use updated TV's!

It's almost 2012 and this property is still charging $10 a day to use wifi. Talk about being "out of touch!" Oh, and by the way, the closet is large enough to hold only six articles of clothing.

The hotel is in an amazing location in relation to 76 Country Blvd and other attractions. However the rooms we had were very dated. The furniture was sturdy, but becoming very worn and dated. The bathroom had a few trouble spots with an old razor cover being left on top of the shower wall to very little water pressure in the shower. The surrounding […] were just beautiful though! I would stay here again if the room was at a discounted price again. SPECIAL NOTE!!! Even though you pre-pay through the site....THEY CHARGE YOU A DEPOSIT ON EACH ROOM WHEN YOU CHECK IN! The check is was easy, the staff really helpful. I would recommend anyone wanting a couple of nights away from the hustle of highway 76, but still close to choose this location.

pleasant staff and nice room with nice screened in porch area.

This was a good hotel for the price. We did not use any of the amenities as we had plans off-site during our stay. The room was convenient and relatively clean. I like that the bathroom area was tile and not carpet. Our only complaint would be the cold showers 2 out of 3 of our family took in the morning. Not enough hot water to go around??

Great place to stay for anyone with a family. The staff was very friendly and the whole place was very clean only wish I have is that I could have stayed longer.

The sink faucet was hard to turn off. It looked like it was installed backwards

The only complaint I have about this place is the guy that checked us in was very rude to me and my friend! Other than that I love staying at your resort! It is so beautiful, the beds are comfy, and the rooms are clean! Great Job!

I had previously stayed at this resort earlier in the year. It was a studio room and was decent for the price paid. This time we had friends and got a double room and was in building 1. Obviously it was an older part of the resort. I was greatly disappointed and kind of embarrassed that I had reccomended it to friends. The room was musty. The beds were […] NOT comfortable. The decor was old and out dated. We had to call for clean towels and housekeeping skipped our room. It was cheap but I feel that I didnt get the service that I paid for.
