Main reason for a average/bad review is the fact that the hotel is very noicy. When people in the same corridor are coming back or leaving, it's like they're standing in your room. For a hotel in this price range, that is not what you expect.

When we checked in they took us to the basement next to the laundry and gave us the handicapped room. We refused this room and they moved us to a great room.

Very nice hotel in a elegant old palace. We had a little difficulty finding the hotel by walking so we just got a cab. The old city is very nice to walk in but takes a few hours to get oriented. We considered this to be part of the adventure of traveling. This hotel was wonderful and we will stay there again sometime soon.

The hotel is in a beautiful and impressive building. However, the room I was given was hidden away (had to take two lifts to get there!) and right next to the cleaner's supply cupboard so was often disturbed by yelling at all hours of the day.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel located in the heart of old Seville. The rooms are fairly spacious (ours had a very nice balcony) and very well done. The lobby, though smallish, is also very nice. There is a wonderful sitting area for drinks in the back and a lovely dining area on the roof though, given it was January, we did not use either. Price wise, the hotel was very reasonable, a real bargain for what you got, accommodation wise. I guess that are others hotel a little bit more well located. This hotel is close to the cathedral and other sites, but drunig the nighet the street is long and quite desert. I´m not feel confortable to walk alone in the night time. Other point that I stay in a room tha I must take two elevators and walk a little bit inside the hotel It´s crazy. This is an excellent hotel located close to the main sights in the city and to the principal transport hub.But is off main streets.The entrance opens onto a very impressive traditional style atrium which provides a quiet and cool space in which to relax. A great hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast led us to good days of sight seeing - all of which was on the doorstep. Thoroughly recommend this comfortable and quiet hotel.

This is a very convenient positioned hotel with an excellent breakfast. The storage space in the bedroom is poor and not well designed. The staff and general condition was ggood with an excellent roof top dining opportunity. All most enjoyable.

This atmosphere of this hotel is very quaint. It's in a good location as you can easily walk to the cathedra, the Alcazar, and the Barrio Santa Cruz. The staff was helpful in getting us a taxi and setting us up with a flamenco show. They also have a good breakfast for 10 euro. The only complain is the room was a little bit moldy smelling. My stay was superb. The room was clean and tidy, nice and cool, and nicely decorated. After a couple of weeks of staying in hostels I was thankful for having stayed in a hotel on my last day in Spain. They even offered me a complimentary fruit dish on my birthday! Very courteous and professional staff.

This hotel was easy to find and parking was made very simple and inexpensive by the hotel staff. We could not fault the service. Great job!

great service, beautiful lobby and courtyards, excellent breakfast, location served us very well - short walk to Cathedral, bullring, flamenco, Torre de Oro, river; and just a little further walk to Plaza de Espana. Room was fine, two sinks in bathroom a plus!

Our first impression or the hotel was very good.however the room we were given while nice had only a wall to look at and was very dark. On the first morning I had a shower - there was a problem with the drain and the water from the shower covered the bathroom and the bedroom. When we phoned the reception they said they new there was a problem but there […] was no-one to fix it which did make us think why on earth did you put us in this room in the first place. Plus points - good central location, clean room, lovely looking hotel and reception. Minus points - our air conditioning in our room was poor and as it was 100F during the day and about 80F at night the room was far too hot at night. I've never felt the need to review a hotel before, but I just couldn't not review this one. I've never been so disappointed with a hotel before. Arriving in Seville at the end of June to temperatures of up to 46 degrees I couldn't wait to get to an air conditioned hotel room. I assumed a hotel in somewhere like Seville would have a well functioning […] air conditioning system, I couldn't have been more wrong, We'd have had more success if we'd left the mini bar fridge door open (oh this wasn't cool either by the way)!!!. When entering the hotel it was lovely and cool in the lobby, but as you follow the corridors to your room you can feel the temperature increase, once you get to your room it's not much cooler than outside. To make matters worse, the air con is *centrally controlled* by reception !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can go -/+ 3 degrees of this setting. We had 2 room keys so we thought we'd leave one in the room system to ensure that the air con didn't turn off when we left the room, but a 'kind' staff member let themselves into our room when we were out and pulled the card out. After 2 nights of getting up every hour to splash cold water on my face I couldn't take the lack of sleep and the heat any more (I know i should have complained earlier) ... I complained to reception, funnily the couple in front of us were complaining about the same thing. The receptionist checked the *central system* and said she'd send a technician to check it out. We returned a few hours later and nothing !!! Went to reception again and they offered to change our room, we obviously agreed. The new room wasn't much cooler, same air con system but it did feel a degree or two cooler. i just can not understand how a hotel in a climate like this can think this is acceptable air con !!! This isn't a cheap hotel. Based on the lack of a functioning air conditioning system I would never ever stay here again, I would never recommend this hotel to a friend, in fact if I knew someone going to Sevil Devamı

Beautiful hotel close to Cathedral, Alcazar, and many must see sights. The hotel has a beautiful roof-top restaurant with gorgeous day and night views of the cathredral and city. Entrance to lobby has 5 stories of balconies. Main floor breakfast area has lovely outdoor court eating area. nicely decorated room with comfortable bed, bath with ceramic […] vanity, & air conditioned. While located vrey centrally this hotel is a typical example why it pays off being rude to people you won´t see again anyway - "typical" tourist hotel in that sense, will have enogh bokings anyway, so why work hard for your customers. Rooms ok (but not more, so very average), dull as building standing nearby taking the light. A/C can only be controlled […] from reception (?!?!?!?!), was asking three times to put A/C colder without success, reception staff very unfriendly and not really interested in one´s concerns. Regularly long waiting times at reception, car has to be parked in garage for EUR 18 a day. Not the best choice! Devamı

We had a lovely one night stay at this fabulous hotel my only critisim is the car parking. If you want extra time ie when you check out you are expected to pay the full rate again for both room and parking which I thought was a little unnecessary when we had paid full price with no discounts and had paid for a full breakfast as well. our junior suite room was without nice view window, bad smell from bathroom all the time.tv does not work we have to call reception.reception not so good.So in general we were not satisfied.

A great location No need for taxis. Lacking a relaxing bar. Expensive restaurant. Very mean Internet charges. Noisy from within the hotel.

We choose this hotel based on the reviews and photo's. when we arrived it was as we had hoped. we were pleased and impressed. The Vincci La Rabida Hotel is located within walking distance of the cathedral, bull ring, alcazar, and the main part of the city. The hotel exceeded expectations by far with its palace-like feel. The room was amazing.

The hotel is slightly off the main roads but still close to everything. The rooms are very nice as is the hotel, just a bit of a maze once you are inside the hotel as some rooms are located two elevators away from lobby. Overall, nice choice.

We found our stay very enjoyable. Staff were very friendly, especially Maribel who was attentive, very interested in her visitors and clearly shoul be more than just a waitress. Front of house would suit her well. Roof top restaurant underused, but good food and fantastic panoramic views of Seville. Great gin and tonics! We were stuck next to a utility closet and could only get to our room by using a service corridor piled with furniture and cleaning supplies. Would skip this disappointment.

Walking distance of all the sights in both El Arenal and Santa Cruz. Very polite and very helpful staff - especially Ruben.

We were looking forward to this hotel, it looked quite swish on the website. Impressive entrance foyer/lobby. But then we got a room that the porter got lost trying to find. To reach the room, we had to take one lift up, then walk around a warren of corridors and then down in another elevator. Luckily there was an easy way - down the service corridor. While […] this had all the trappings of a top class hotel, it never quite made it. The roof terrace bar shut at midnight. They can't do laundry at the weekend, but never told us that there was a laundrette 200m away, that was open, and could do a few days worth of laundry for less than it cost to launder one t-shirt at th hotel. Great hotel on a quiet out of the way street in Sevilla. Room had all standard amenities and staff was very helpful.

Was disappointed with the hotel staff. The air conditioning in the room didn't seem to be cooling sufficiently. When I asked the hotel staff to check it, they only looked on their computer and said it was working properly. They never even bothered to send an engineer to look at it. After a hot, sleepless night I complained the next day. The staff was […] more sympathetic and showed me other rooms that might be cooler. In they end I was given a junior suite. While the room's air conditioning worked better, one air conditioner leaked water onto an electric outlet, the chandelier in one room appeared ready to fall, and the tissue box in one of the bathrooms fell to floor because it wasn't properly bolted down. Since the room was just completed, I reported these problems to the hotel staff and suggested they get them fixed. Had I paid for this suite I would have been extremely upset with all that was wrong. Great hotel in great spot, but the a/c barely works. And when it's 110 (as it was in late July), that's no fun.

Romantic, clean, modern, class hotel. Great staff, but the a/c is mediocre, and it was 110 degrees one day we were there and the a/c barely worked. Otherwise, great place.

Excellent hotel, thoroughly recommended

The room was small but very clean. The hotel was in a convenient location. Walking distance from the cathedrals and to the riverfront. The price was great. We really enjoyed.

This hotel was the nicest one out of our 5 hotels that we stayed in during our 2 week travels through Spain. The front desk was helpful and kind. The location was right near everything. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious with comfortable beds.

Vincci la Rabida is ideally situated between the river and the cathedral, within two blocks of the maze of pedestrian malls that dominate old Seville.
