Following a night and morning travelling, we discovered that the hotel was not the "two minute walk" from the nearest metro station we had been promised. It was, in fact, an almost twenty minute hike over a hill with luggage! It was too far from the metro to nip back to the room for a shower and change for the evening, and as a result we would definitely not recommend it to anyone wanting to see the sites of Paris. The hotel was like 15 min away from underground station and like half an hour from Train station, and I've been told it is 5 min away, there were no shops or restaurants or anything around, cleanliness were very poor, floors were so sticky that every time my slippers were falling from my feet. The "24 hour check-in" that is advertised online is really just an automated machine that dispenses keys. If you arrive after 11:00pm, your reservation is cancelled, but there are no employees there to help you solve the problem or make a new reservation. The phone number listed on the machine does not work, and if there are no more available rooms […] listed on the machine, there is no way for you to reserve a new room. Also, the hotel is NOT close to the city center, and it is at least a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. The neighborhood isn't the best, which makes walking to the train unsafe really early in the morning or really late at night. Devamı

This hotel is cheap but without comfort. You should only use it in the last minute bookings (when everything else is already booked) or if you are student and don't mind where you sleep. Also note that you have to be at the check-in before 11 p.m. Otherwise you need to phone the hotel before that time and ask for pin in order to use 24 h check-in machine. […] We had bad check-in experience (we arrived after 11 p.m.) and maybe that's the reason for overall not so good review. 1. The restaurant at the hotel is very good. It needs to be as there isn't much else going on around there and the area is not nice (see my comments further below). 2. As with the Premiere Classe hotels (in the same company) the aircon is either set to hot or cold. Not both. As its now 'winter' the thing was set to hot. Thus on most nights I almost […] died from heat/humidity as the temperature was about 18 degrees Centigrade in the night. The window opening was not secure and could have been forced fully open so not nice. 3. Only one pillow per bed but as I was on my own this was OK as I took the other bed's one. 4. The 'Campanile green' colour in the bathroom makes you want to puke. 5. No fridge but at least there's coffee and tea (but no decaf). 6. There were some noisy drunken English idiots at 04:30 having a fight which really hacked me off. Even though the price is quite high for what you get, it does seem to attract some real morons. Presumable paid for by their company. 7. The Wifi is incredibly slow and good for very little. 8. The phone system doesn't seem to allow calls to be put through to the room so I had to take my wife's call in the reception area. 9. I would not recommend you stay at this hotel unless you have your own transport. I would certainly recommend taking your satnav as the French driving is atrocious. They all want to drive like Alain Prost. Mind you that's better than the Italians who seem to want to be like Albert Ascari, namely, DEAD. Devamı

Un conseil : des boules quiès !!! Malgré des efforts (rideaux roulants, double sas porte d'entrée etc ..) le bruit de nuit est pénible à cause d'une entreprise de camions...Heureusement la chaleur humaine est au rendez-vous et nous a fait oublier ces nuisances !!! Nous avons été très bien reçu, et nous avons très bien mangé. Mais cet hôtel est en dehors du centre de GENNEVILLIERS, éloigné de la gare du RER. Il n'y a pas de bus qui desserve cet hôtel en journée, seulement le matin et le soir.

Hotel correct pour une nuit de passage sur Paris. Aurait besoin d'une bonne rénovation ! Insonorisation vraiment pas top. Métro trop éloigné mais on peut se garer facilement et gratuitement devant la station la plus proche. Parking gratuit à l'hotel, c'est toujours ce qui nous attire. Enfin très correct pour une nuit.

Un rafraichissement s'impose, exemple revetement mural et joint autour de la baignoire douche puis d'autres détails pour rendre une ambiance de propreté. Fermeture du parking pour securiser l'ensemble. Des petits soins de détail, plutot que de gros investissements

Das Hotel ist sehr alt und entspricht nicht den sonst bekannten Standards der "Companile"-Gruppe. Sonst war ich immmer bei Companile, aber dieses hat mich enttäucht: Von außen gut aussehend, aber inner sehr veraltet, Badezimmer extrem verschimmelt, keine funktionierende Heizung, sehr unter Feuchtigkeit leidend, extrem renovierungsbedürftig. Das Hotel liegt in einem reinen Industriegebiet im Hafen von Paris. Service existiert quasi nicht, das Personal macht einen überforderten Eindruck und das Zimmer hat schon deutlich bessere Zeiten gesehen. Viele kleine Schäden und - Achtung! - viel Schimmel! Eine Metro Station ist 10 Gehminuten erntfernt, zum Stadt Zentrum fährt man ca. 20 Minuten.

Das Hotel kann man weiter empfehlen, sofern man keine Ansprüche stellt. Die Adresse hat nicht übereingestimmt. An der Wand im Bad an der Dusche war Schimmel, und es war doch sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Das Hotel liegt in mitten des Industriegebiets 13 km ausserhalb von Paris.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hotel le personnel et la salle de réception sont très agréable. Mais l'état des chambres est lamentable odeur de moisi, état de la salle de bain très décevant tout est moisi. Ma fille avait une salle de bain dans 1 état encore pire que la notre elle n'a meme pas voulu prendre sa douche à l'intérieur, elle est venue […] prendre sa douche dans la notre. dommage pour le personnel qui est très sympatique mais cet hotel n'ai vraiment pas à recommander. CAMPANILLE pourrait quand meme remettre cet hotel dans un état de salubrité suffisante meme si c'est un petit hotel. Vraiment déçue, je ne sais pas si je referais confiance à cette chaine d'hotel. pas à recommander. Prix relativement abordable, chambre plutôt confortable juste un petit bémol sur la salle de bain qui présente beaucoup de traces d'humidité. Climatisation, et écran plat, wifi à disposition. Prix du petit dejuener un peu excessive. Environnement dans une zone industrielle très proche de la station de métro Gennevilliers les Courtilles (ligne 13) environ […] 5 mins à pied. Also das Hotel ist einfach aber sauber! Leider liegt es doch ziemlich ausserhalb und im Winter kann der Weg zur nächsten Metro Station ziemlich lange sein! Im Sommer mit Sicherheit angenehmer! Die Gegend ist zwar nicht die schönste aber wenn man nur einen Platz zum schlafen braucht reicht es völlig aus! Man beachte aber das am Wochenende das Rastaurant […] nicht geöffnet hat!!!!
