The room did not look like the one pictured and was teenie, tiny and did not look anything like the photos on their website. I even sprung for the superior room and had high hopes. What I got was a decent hotel in a great location with a marginal room and a tiny window. It would have been depressing if I had to spend more than just sleeping time in […] the room. They also added a 10 pound mystery charge to my credit card after my departure. Since they didn't give me a receipt and it wasn't itemized on the charge, there was no way to find out what it was for. This hotel is charming and perfectly located right in the heart of Sloan Square, between Chesea, Knightsbridge and Belgravia. Very posh indeed! Tiny single room, but otherwise, very comfortable. Good brasserie restaurant right in hotel.

Single rooms are just what they sound like: a single bed that doubles as a sofa, and a small space that is cleverly used to contain a desk, closet, chair, side table, shelving and other necessities. The shower is particularly tiny with sliding doors, so it's not recommended for people above a certain size, and the bed isn't long enough for those over […] 5'5", so stick with a double or larger if these are a problem. The service is impeccable, and the attached Chelsea Brasserie has an excellent menu. If you want to be close to high-end shopping such as Hugo Boss, Tiffany, Harrods and others, this is a great location right next to the Underground. Devamı

We were greeted in a pleasant and professional manner. The reception staff were very informative and helpfull regarding the surrounding environment of the hotel. Secure parking is within a 1 minute walk from the hotel lobby. The location of the hotel is superb and very close to the shops, restaurants and cafe's of Kings Road, Knightsbridge. From the comfortable, quiet room to the great service to the perfect location, Sloane Square Hotel was the perfect place for us. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in London.

a pleasant two day stay in the hotel to coincide with our visit to the albert hall. booked a superior room which was on the small side but very clean and well equipped. used the hotel facility for breakfast and it was fine and costs were in line with other 4 star hotels in the area

Nice hotel~Great location! Room on the small side but for this price in London, cannot be beat! They should have free internet though!!

Location very good for ease of access to taxi, bus ,underground.Hotel very clean, housekeeping AA+.restaurant French brasserie very good.Avoid floors 1&2 rooms above pub&club below ,They go till wee hours.Room 106 should not be classified as superior double,dont waste your money.--hotel does not accept Amex,--did not honor smoking room reserved even […] with confirmation in writing.Point being,check your confirm by phone if you request something you need.--The Royal Court Theater across the street convienient ,fun ,reasonable . just recently stayed for a weekend to celebrate my mums 80th birthday. service and staff was very attentive. The location was perfect. restaurants either side of hotel were really lovely. Rooms to the front were a little noisy.

Nice location, restaurant is ok, staff is nice enough, lobby looks good, but rooms are SO TINY you knock into the furniture. Showers, no tubs. I stayed in a single and then a double - and the single is fit for a German Shepherd maybe, the double is like a child's room. Not for me!

very happy with hotel especially the location. Only complaint - bed was uncomfortable and carpet could have been replaced. Room had a wonderful view of Sloane Square. Would definately recommend this hotel.

Excellent location and great comfort . very friendly and helpful staff members. I will definitely stay there again.

Bien situé mais chambre pas très propre

Nice hotel, good service, clean, Sloane Square is very nice, even to relax 10 minutes on its benches. Tube and Taxis on the square. Got a good twin room. Perfect for business travels.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, entsprechend Londons Preisen war mein Zimmer klein, aber ok. Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit, Fruehstueck ok, Abendessen sehr gut, wenn auch der Speiseraum ungemuetlich. Das Hotel hat noch etwas London- typisches, die anderen Gaeste alle niveauvoll. Kann es empfehlen, wenn es auch nichts Besonderes darstellt.

Las habitaciones situadas en la primera planta tienen problema de olores con la salida de humos del restaurante que hay abajo. También hay un bar con ruido. Aparte de esto, la atención fue excelente, la situación del hotel es excepcional y el hotel está limpio y es muy confortable.

Hotel é confortavel e bem localizado. Atendimento ótimo. Só foi uma pena que havia obra na rua, em frente ao meu quarto, que fez um certo barulho no quarto. O hotel tem uma brasserie badalada e gostosa.

Habitación individual no muy grande, decoración adecuada. Tuve mala suerte y mi habitación estaba a un metro del extractor de humos, a partir de las seis de la mañana no se podía dormir. Buenos servicios en el hotel, buenos precios del minibar y restauración, personal correcto, ubicación muy buena. Merece la pena, sin duda.

Hôtel bien situé à deux pas de chez Harrods et de Hyde Park. Hôtel viellot, pas de vue sur l'extérieur (façade église), chambre petite mais bien équipée, salle de bain correcte, petit lit lit/canapé? Bon service. Personnel sympa et acueillant (un français travaille à l'accueil)

Väldigt trevlig och charmigt hotell med perfekt läge vid Sloane Square. Mycket serviceminded personal som gjorde allt för att vi skulle trivas. Frukostbuffen tråkig välj istället något från frukost à la carten.

Perfekt läge, 2 minuter till T-bana, lätt att nå från Heathrow, trevligt hotell och mycket hjälpsam personal. Charmigt och säkert område.

Fin beliggenhet, høy standard, perfekt service, meget hyggelig personale, aircondition, gode senger, nydelig frokostbuffet. Hotellet ble også benyttet av mange forretningsfolk. Hotellet ordnet billetter til både attraksjoner og musicals.

Overordnet synes jeg hotellet var fint. Lidt slidt, men ganske pænt og god service.

De grønne lampene i frokostsalen var stygge-passet ikke inn. Lite trykk i dusjen og stygt forheng/ slaskete. Kontakt for 240V var lite "tight", slik at en kunne ikke lade mobil tlf. Prisen, beskrivelsen av rommet var negativt i forhold til forventningene - dvs. rommet var mye mindre. Meget dårlig ventilasjon i rommet, og vinduet kunne kun åpnes 10  […] cm. Devamı
