The Hotel was clean, comfortable and included breakfast. I must say that as a frequently traveling family, we were really satisfied with this Hotel. The staff was nice, the breakfast OK and the location excellent. It takes about 15 minutes to walk down to the Baixa region and it is also very near to the sight seeing bus stop. The Hotel is very nice ,we enjoyed our stay.The rooms were very clean and Tidy.The breakfast buffet had a good variety and tasted good. The Location was perfect .Many small resturants in walking distance and the Metro station as very close to get to. All in all we enjoyed our stay and we would love to stay again at this Hotel. Good location, walking distance to restaurants, half an hour walk to main attractions. Convenient bus connection to the airport. The room was small, there was no room for the second suitcase. Staff was very friendly and helpful. When we decided to extend our stay for two nights they went out of the way to accomodate us even though there was a medical convention underway and all of the major hotels were full. Breakfast was very good. The only complain is they didn't have good coffee, taste was as you get from a coffee vending machine. Pleasant staff, comfortable room. The hotel is difficult to find considering that the street does not connect to the main street but instead travels under it so you have to go around the block in order to get to it. Wifi service was horrible even when I sat in the lobby where it was supposedly the "strongest." Overall, not bad for a short stay.

Great hotel, nice location, close to the metro and shopping areas. rooms were cosy but not too small. Fantastic showers!

Arrived quite early - 10:30 AM expecting to have to leave our luggage at the desk and come back later. Staff had one room available which allowed us to comfortably leave our luggage while went out on a day of touring. Rooms were great...large, quiet, great air conditioning, nice bathrooms and very clean. Staff recommended a very nice restaurant (Cisterna) […] up the street where we had an excellent meal along with at least a half dozen pre-wedding parties that were taking place. Devamı

I stayed here 1 week in august and got an amazing service from everyone in the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and very well maintained. Beds very comfortable as well. The hotel is a little difficult to find the 1st time by car. But if you walk to the hotel from the main streets it's easy access. Overall nice clean hotel close to local transport. You can easily get here by public tranport. Ask at the Airport turism desk. Front desk ranged from very helpful to average. Could improve. They should investigate some of the better restaurants in the area (we found some) rather than send guests off to the tourist traps behind the Hard Rock. Same price […] but better service and quality elsewhere. The wireless signal in the room was non existant. They need to improve this. Still good value for money and I would go there again. Devamı

Me: An American traveling to Lisbon for the first time on business. I'm usually in Europe or the UK a couple times a year. I'm leaving out things that caught me off guard the first time but that I've come to find normal and charming about hotels in this part of the world. In short, this one is quite good in my experience. From the airport, it's roughly […] a 10 EUR cab fare to the hotel, or for 3.50 EUR you can take the Aero Bus to the City Center stop immediately before Marques de Pombal (Av. Fontes Peira de Melo, I think). Go right after getting off the bus, walk half a block, turn left down Martens Ferrão, and you'll see the hotel at the bottom of the hill. It's maybe 300 meters from the bus stop to the front desk. Access to the metro is convenient, just a couple blocks' walk to Picoas station. Front desk staff was friendly and at least one per shift spoke very good English. All graciously suffered my attempts at Portuguese. Check-in was smooth, staffer gave me a voucher for a free drink from the in-room minibar. Room was clean, orderly, and the included wi-fi worked well (ask the desk staff for the network password). The in-room safe was just large enough to fit a 17" Macbook Pro as long as everything else sat on top of the computer. My only complaint personally about the room is that the lighting in the bathroom was quite dim, to the extent that shaving was a challenge. My wife arrived later and added that the air conditioning never seemed to get the room to what she considered cool enough, but I thought it was fine. The hair dryer in the bathroom was not great but was above average by hotel standards. Our rate included breakfast, which was good if not great. The breads, meats, fruits and cheese were quite good, and we were both big fans of the coffee machine. The juice machine tended to produce something that was almost, but not quite, entirely unlike orange or pineapple juice, though it did dispense chilled water, something I think most Americans find all too Devamı

The receptionists were all very friendly and efficient. Our room though was very tight, the bathroom was so tight we had to enter it sideways - it is however only this room (504) since our friends had regular size rooms. Breakfast is included and wonderful self service. The location of the hotel is great near everything yet on a quiet street. This hotel is 3-4min walk from Picoas bus stop which makes access to airport very easy(bus 1, 91 or 44). Very close to the city center/downtown and historic areas near the water(2-3 miles) It is a very very safe neighborhood. Close to a nice supermarket(pingo doce) and many coffe, beer, snack and pastry shops within 2min walk. Very quiet at night as […] it is one block off the main street. The hotel was adequate for our needs. The staff,especially at the reception desk, were most courteous and were helpful in every way. They gave advice re tours and places to see.

This place was outstanding. Probably the best hotel I stayed at during my 2 1/2 week trip to Europe. As you enter your room music starts to play and opens to a new aged modern looking room with hardwood floors. Having a sound system that picks up the local radio was very cool and we were surprised to find that most Portuguese radio stations love American […] music. The room was very spacious which was nice and the windows opened up if you wanted to catch some fresh air. Maids and hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating, even when we slept in late and needed our room cleaned later then usual. The front desk was very helpful with directions and spoke very good English. Free internet with good signal. There is also a great Japanese restaurant just up the street about half a block called Asukra or something like that. Great place. Some of the best Yakisoba I've ever had. Good sushi too. The hotel is a little ways away from the main downtown circle, but is right on a bus line which only takes a couple mins for the ride. Some nights we even walked it, which took about 15 yo 20mins. It's a nice stroll though and is along a main road that is well lit. Only downside was finding the hotel took us in a circle or two initially. The road that it is on was a road that runs under the main drag and we passed it several times before finding it. We were also using a free hand out map though and were trying to find it ourselves. Overall Great place and I will definitely come back and stay here again when I get the chance. You won't be disappointed. Devamı

It would be more convenient if the hotel had computers to use instead of bringing our personal computers.

I show up, and they don't have my reservation because they claim that they don't work with hotels.com, even though I booked a room with them on hotels.com. So I look through my email on their cpu, show them the reservation, and they say they'll look. 30 minutes go by, and finally they found it. Apparently they don't work with hotels.com, but expedia […] acted as an intermediary between them and hotels.com, and either hotels.com or expedia didn't send them my info. so, after about 30 minutes i did get a room. My other complaint is that they charge 5 euros to use their cpu/internet for only 15 minutes! That's highway robbery. So because of them I had to go find internet cafes, where as every other hotel I stayed at on this trip (3 others) had free internet. They lose major cool points for that. They do have a free breakfast, although it's pretty awful. The room was nice except the bathroom could've been a little cleaner. The one thing I did really like was my last day there I got sick, and they let me check out 2 hours late so I could have extra rest, which was very kind. Devamı

Very nice hotel and very close to buses, airport bus stop and metro. The airport bus stop is less than 1 min walk from the hotel and the ticket (3.35 Eu) is also bus and tram pass for the day. Hotel staff was very nice and helpfull.

My first criteria in choosing a hotel is location.  I made a mistake and this was not as conveniently located as I would have wished - a little too far from the metro and also we had to walk uphill for a block or two to get a taxi.The breakfasts were poor, the bread being inferior to that which was served at even the simplest restaurants and believe […] it or not, the butter was poor quality.  Also, the "juice" was fruit drink and not real.WE had to specifically request that our room be cleaned in the mornings rather than afternoons and our 7:00 wake-up call came at 7:35.The hotel employees were pleasant and courteous but that didn't make up for all the deficiencies. We stayed in this hotel during an off season period with a really good rate. Even otherwise, the location was perfect, right in the City Center close to the Airport Express bus stand and to the Lisbon Tourism bus starting point as well. The Staff were helpful, and breakfast buffet was really good as well. Would highly recommend.

I thought the hotel was excellent in comparison to others I stayed in both in Spain and Portugal. The hotels.com price was also well below the normal price for the room I occupied.

Very reasonable price for a modern hotel. Metro is close and expanded Metro takes you anywhere. Walk to art museum. Free breakfast. Free internet computer in lobby but I could not get it working in my room. I would stay here again.

Too much good cannot be said of this hotel. Large, pristine, attractively appointed rooms, convenient and airy common areas, supremely helpful staff, all contribute to a wonderful stay. In particular the staff are to be commended for their willingness and ability to interact with multinational guests, and meet/satisfy their every need. Secure parking […] is a special bonus. The only significant shortfall was a space seriously deteriorated flooring panels immediately outside the bathroom. We would happily stay at Turim Europa, and plan so to do on our next visit to Lisboa. Devamı

The room was clean and good enough. The hotel has free WiFi service, so I could use my computer in the room. It's a little difficult to find it, when I arrived at Lisboa. However, the airport shuttle bus-stop is five minutes walk from the hotel, so it took only 30-40 mins to go to the airport after I checked out.

Limpio y bien situado..desayuno flojo.

空港バスを利用すると、リスボン空港からのアクセスが約１５分と非常によいうえに、地下鉄の駅が２路線使え、中心部まで出るにも１０分ほどなので、とても便利。系列のトゥリム・リスボアが近くにあり、最初間違えて行ってしまったが、フロントの対応も、大きな荷物は後から運ばせるから身一つで「～ヨーロッパ」のほうに行くとよいと言ってくれるなど、とても親切だった。部屋も問題なく清潔、リーズナブル。湯沸し器が部屋にないのが唯一の改善点か。

Hemos quedado muy conformes, el hotel es acogedor, el desayuno esta bien y sobre todo el personal es muy amable, esta un poco escondido para encontrarlo pero bien comunicado y cerca del centro.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Personen und alle waren sehr zufrieden mit Preis/Leisung/Lage des Hotels. Die Aussicht einiger Zimmer ist nicht besonders, doch spielt dies keine Rolle bei einer Städtereise. Frühstück war überraschend gut. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

O hotel é muito bem localizado e bem conservado. A internet é de graça no saguão e o nível de serviços é satisfatório. Gostei da estadia e preço muito justo.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Parque de Pombal entfernt. In ca. 150 m befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle von der aus alle wichtigen Plätze gut erreichbar sind. Mit dem Zimmerservice und der Sauberkeit des Hotels waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Empfangs-personal war freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Die Verständigung auf […] Englisch klappte problemlos. Bei einem erneuten Lissabonbesuch würde ich dieses Hotel wieder buchen und kann es guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Devamı

Turim Europa ligger i et fredelig strøk som virker trygt. Det ligger nær minst 3 metro stasjoner (5-10 min gåavstand). Og for de spreke er det ikke langt å gå ned fra Marques de Pompal og Avenida da Liberdade til sentrum. Men for de aller kresneste høres noe trafikk fra hovedveien på dagtid. Hotellet er rent og pent for dem som ønsker et bra rom når […] de utførsker byen. Det har ikke store fasiliteter som f.eks vakker terasse, utsikt eller festlig nærmiljø for de som ønsker det. Rommene har aircondition som virker når man er i rommet. Men er visstnok noe varmt i øverste etasje der sola har varmet opp hele dagen. Devamı

Boa localização,proximo a praça Marques de Pombal,onde se encontra o ponto final de ônibus para city tour por toda Lisboa, com disposição , é possível caminhar por toda Av da Liberdade chegando ao Rossio (mais interessante ponto de Lisboa,em minha opinião). El Corte Ingles está localizado a pouca distância a pé do hotel ,tudo é encontrado lá, supermercado […] e boas lanchonetes no subsolo. O hotel serve um exelente café da manhã incluso na diária, funcionãrios muito simpáticos ,wifi internet sem taxas ,disponibilização de aluguel de carros com comodidade para o hospede ,city tours para outras cidades ,shows ,etc Devamı
