Dissatisfied with staff attitude. Rooms were so-so but not what we asked for, requested king, smoking were given full, non-smoking. We had the guy that was gonna clean the rooms outside watching us pack n leave.....really? Nothing else to go do?

Assigned room for 1st night was a mess. Called front desk to ask for hair dryer, desk person questioned the fact that there was not a dryer, or even a bracket to hold a dryer! There was a strong enough smell of cat urine by the front door, and along stairs-hallway. Lobby lighting was tuned off, and it looked abandoned. Check-in person semmed to be efficient, […] but was not friendly. AC control knob was missing (no way to change setting cold-hot) All doors in this room looked distressed, Shower control valve broken, and there was no way of changing shower head setting. Bed was comfortable. Second night we changed rooms since our daughter's family were there for 1 night. That room was much better - clean, organized, complete. Evidence of gang paint tags on exterior walls! Monday AM Breakfast... 2 sweet rolls and cereal! I'm sure they are trying, but we will not use again! Devamı

Room was clean but asked for non-smoking and room smelled heavily of smoke. Good location and good price.

It was a good hotel for the price. However, although we did not use the services, the Personnel kept the room clean, front desk was good, and we had the wake-up call right on time :P

We enjoyed our stay there. It was a nice little hotel and simple. The staff was helpful and acomadating.

The lady that worked the front desk was not knowledgeable about anything,I asked for directions to a street just just happened to be just 2 blocks away and she had no knowledge of where this was, the business center had no computer to use, although I explained to the lady that I had a back injury and would prefer a bottom floor she placed me on the […] second floor. Location was great for the area we needed. Recommend you bring your own towels and blankets. Even though our room was non-smoking there were cigarettes burns on the bed, table and carpet.

Rooms were old and beds we not comfortable. People were parting all night long and could hear everything. Not happy

Hotel is OK, but not at my expectations; air cond. unit was not very effective, had the thermosat set at 69, but the roon was hot. For this reason the comfort level was not at my expectation. The room was clean, the price was the best listed. Four people in the room and two bath towels.
