No desk in the room for working - I was put in a different room that requested that had elevator service. Half of the hotel has an elevator and the other half does not. Had 4 beds in room, but no desk. Food in restaurant was good, staff was pleasant, and easy to get to airport for early flight. Would not be my choice of a hotel for anything except a […] flight out. It worked out well for us. Thanks to the package that included the hotel shuttle from the airport. Overall the room was good. Breakfast was a little expensive for what was offered, but we also had to eat right when it opened to make our flight so it is possible that they had better fair later.

Clean and basic room, service nonexistent, 25 euro cab from airport. Not close to anything! Did have a great meal at Schwechat Brauhaus, 1k away.

Shuttle service to the airport was not included and we had expected that it would be. There was no elevator and we had to carry our bags up two flights of stairs.

I made the reservation through Expedia. When I arrived at the Vienna Airport, I called the hotel (no courtesy phone). They told me that I didn't give them 24 hours notice, so they wouldn't provide a shuttle to the hotel, which is 10 minutes by car from the airport. The clerk finally told me to find the C&K car service at the airport and they would take […] me to the hotel. I did and after a 5 minute wait, they drove me to the hotel (which is located in a small village). The clerk then said the hotel would charge me 13.50 euros for the trip. I asked how they can call themselves an Airport Hotel without a free shuttle. She then said she would look at my reservation. Then she said the shuttle was included in my prepaid Expedia rate. What a hassle!!!! The hotel has a restaurant, but is only open for breakfast and dinner. If you have a car, go somewhere else... The rooms are spartan, but common in budget hotels in Europe. Devamı

Group of high school teenagers booked in late and woke everyone up. Running up and down the halls, shouting to each other, knocking on doors to find their friends.....called the front desk twice after they knocked on my door. Expected more from night supervision. Most disturbing.....did not give us our wake up call almost resulting in a missed flight, […] the only reason for staying close to the airport in the first place. Would not recommend. Devamı

My girlfriend and I were very disappointed in the hotel. We arrived in the evening to find that our twin bed room had been given to other guests. The room we were shown contained a much smaller than average bed with two single duvet blankets. The room did not smell fresh. We had requested and paid for a non smoking, twin bed room with a late check in. […] We were not expecting too much as it was a hotel for the night before catching an early flight home, however, we would not accept this room. The clerk at the hotel did arrange for us to spend the night at another hotel in the chain and paid for the taxi to get us there. We were satisfied with the room we were given and we were not charged for the upgrade. However, this should not have happened in the first place. The hotel was in an older building and clearly the owners are in the middle of up grading the rooms. That being said they should also work on cleaning the rooms. We were in a room where, the tops of tables had a layer of dust on them and the closets had bread crumbs on the shelves. We didn't feel safe in the hotel, and were glad we only stayed one night […] there. The door to our room had been kicked in once before and you could see where it was fixed. The location is not as close to the airport as you would think. Even though this hotel offers a shuttle for no charge. For the price difference we noticed, between this and the NH Airport Hotel, we would recommend the NH Airport. As you can literally walk from the hotel to the airport. Devamı

The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. We were pleased the restaurant stayed open until midnight so we could enjoy a welcome schnitzel and chips, served by a very pleasant waiter. The breakfast was good, especially the hot, cooked element. The shuttle to the airport was efficient.

The room was nice, but the reception and common areas are a bit grubby. It is further away from the airport than the 5K listed. It is more like 10K away, it took 10 minutes at high speed on the freeway. It is serviced by an automobile shuttle that will leave whenever you choose, which is convenient. However, they charge 25 Euros round-trip even though […] the web page for the hotel says it has a free shuttle. Internet is not accessible from the rooms, even though they indicate the hotel has free internet. You can get an internet connection in the lobby. Devamı

There is a small cafe at the hotel with an outdoor patio, my room was directly above it.It was hot, no AC, so windows had to be wide open. I was jet lagged, and just put in my ear plugs, put on my sleep mask, and threw the thick comforter thing on the floor. There was no top sheet, it was weird to an American. A sheet is the preferred light cover on […] hot nights for us. The room was rather spendy considering the size, (tiny) and the lack of amenities. NO COFFEE. The big plus is the airport shuttle runs 24 hours. It was expensive, at 14.00 Euros for the short trip, but the convenience was great. The front desk person was extremely pleasant and helpful.There was no coffee available at 4am, no way to make coffee :(. Devamı

The hotel was very small and people very courteous and helpful. However the HOtel does NOT have air conditioning! Outside temperatures were 40 C.Moved out of the hotel at 10 pm due to heat in the room.

Basic hotel, but clean and friendly service. Restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. The prices were very affordable and food was very good. Would definitely stay here again. Parking was free, which was also nice.

Advertised as airport hotel but hotel provided transfer from airport costs 27 euro. Room was. Sparse,one lightbulb only for room illumination .bter just go downtown on new rapid airport train.

I had to catch an early flight so this was an inexpensive place a few minutes' drive from the airport. The room was typical small hotel room like the one I had at Boltzmann Hotel in central Wien. It was nice, clean, and both windows opened, one opened from the side so it provided a lot of ventilation. The weather was very hot but cooler at night so […] this window really helped. The breakfast is not included in the price of the room, and it was not the greatest breakfast, but the restaurant in the hotel is very good, I bought an excellent dinner there. I had early morning flight and wanted to be nearby the airport. I thought this hotel was close to Vienna Airport, but it was 10 minutes taxi ride to the Airport. The shuttle bus to the airport was overbooked and was not complimentary. There was no working elevator, so I had to carry luggage to my room by using stairs. Everything is charged separately […] --- bottle water, city tax, etc. I would not recommand this hotel if you are traveling with your family since the rooms are too small, and I would not recommand it to business travelers either since it is too inconveniently located. It is not in Vienna and is inconvenient to both the airport and the center of Vienna. However, they have free airport shuttle service, which sold me. It was just a 15 minute walk to the train into Vienna and about 1/2 an hour on the train. If being close to the center is important, this isn't the place for you. We stayed here our last night in Vienna because it was close to the airport. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. They spoke English fluently. Our only complaint was that our room window opened at the front entrance where people stood and smoked. We had to keep our window closed because of this. The room then became hot and stuffy. […] There was no air conditioning in our room. I would not use this hotel to tour Vienna but fine for airport. Gas station near by. Devamı

Rooms and the hotel in general are very nice and clean. It's a few minutes drive from the airport, and in a quiet location, so it's ideal to pass a night between flights. Vienna center is also not very far (by car).

It was a nice little hotel, a little further from the airport than expected about a 15 - 20 minute drive depending on traffic. The staff were great, had a small restaurant/bar in the hotel to help relax after travelling through airports all day. The room was small but sufficient for my one night stay, very clean and very quiet. I got a good deal on […] the room considering the holiday season (2 days before Christmas) as I have paid a lot more for other hotels and have gotten a lot less out of them. The only downfall is that you have to pay for the shuttle service to and from the airport, however it is still cheaper than taking a taxi (saving about 8 Eruo's one way). I know for a fact because I took the taxi to the hotel from the airport and then shuttled for the return. If I pass through Vienna again I would return to the Arion Hotel Devamı

Very nice polite staff in reception and in the bar/restaurant, good value and close to the airport. Only downside was that my room was a bit too warm so I didn't sleep as well as I would have wanted.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Restaurant food was average and not much selection at the breakfast buffet.(They did make eggs for us on request) Comfortable beds but the room was very warm(glad we could keep the windows open. Would hesitate to saty in Summer though with no A/C.

Spent 4 days in Vienna. This might not be on the doorstep, but with a travel card for 3 days at 15E it is very convenient. The station just 10 minutes away and train gets to central Vienna in 10-15 minutes. Its very quiet and the food is good with smiling service.

Sraff was not clear in their directions to Vienna City Center. It seemed as if whatever we asked them that they were mdoing us a favor in trying to answer. It's just as easy to get to the airport from Vienna City Center than from the Arion Hotel.

Close to airport, and easy access from and to the highway. The staff was helpful, and a good amenities seemed to be available if you are there for more than a night. Small rooms, but welcome to hotels in Austria. Solid 3-Star, and not far from 3.5.

They arranged a taxi to bring from VIE to the facility. 5 euro. the taxi back to the airport is 15 euro...one of the many odd things. lots of adders. an extra towel costs 3 euro. my luggage was lost on this trip, so toiletries cost razor $2, toothbrush $2, etc. The room itself was clean. the food edible...and very close to where I needed to be. We had an early morning flight from the Vienna Airport, so the hotel is conveniently located. It is adequate, without being fancy, and reasonably priced. It was clean and the bar/restaurant was okay.

We did not end up staying at the Arion due to our room not being available due to a large party staying longer. Instead when we arrived we were told our reservation was changed to a sister hotel, the Euro Hotel. The staff was very friendly and sorry for the inconvenience. The hotel manager even personally drove us to the new hotel, comped us free internet […] and a free ride to the airport because of the inconvenience. The hotel was clean and nice. Very convenient for the airport but not at all if you want to be in town. The staff and managers were fantastic and friendly, making what could have been a very bad experience into a lovely one.
