Comfort Inn And Suites Airport - San Antonio

We have stayed at other hotels in San Antonio that are closer to downtown and the Riverwalk, but they were much costlier than this one. The room was large and comfortable and the complementary breakfast was excellent. A real bargain for the $$$$

Good room; Heater was broken and were switched rooms immediately. At check out there was a dog in the lobby: weird. Other than that, I recommend this place.

This hotel was clean and was good. At first it looked kind of run down. We entered the room turned on A/C and once the room cooled down it was good. It doesnt have fancy sheets on the bed like most real good hotels have but they were clean and pillow shams were clean. The carpet felt clean too. The bathroom was clean and the shower was ok. The location […] was good too. I would recommend this hotel again if someone wants a not so fancy hotel. The breakfast was really good. While this wasn't the nicest hotel I probably could have stayed at in Houston, its location suited me well. It was clean and pretty much a standard hotel/room. But what made the difference to me is the attendants, especially those at the front desk. I truly believed I left my watch behind in the room and whomever I talked to on the phone certainly seemed […] to appreciate my situation. He comforted me on the phone and made certain that he would do what ever it takes to find that watch. Well, I ended up finding it in my car, and called him back to let him know and he sounded so relieved to not have to deliver the unfortunate message. Stayed for a short time but still was very comfortable and my family agrees. We were able to access all of the freeways to downtown and and any other site. Most of all, the staff was very helpful and courteous.

We only stayed one night but it was a perfect ending to our very busy day. We were exhausted and came in to a clean and comfy room.

We had a very nice and comfortable stay at this hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hallways are smell full of smoke but other than that everything was okay. Our room was nice and cleaned.

desk clerk on night shift (8pm) was rude. Room, facilities, location and breakfast all good. overall good place for the money-it ain't the ritz, but its good.

Only complaint I have is that smoking and non smoking rooms are on the same floor. We were blasted with the smell of old cigarette smoke as we exited the elevator to our floor. Noticed the smoking rooms were right at the elevator lobby on our floor.

The room was large, beds were comfortable with exceptionally soft sheets. (The sheets were the best part of the room.) IIt was a clean place to sleep for one night.

This Hotel was great. The room was and smelled clean. The gentlemen at the front desk was polite and well mannered. I would return to this hotel.
