VIP Executive Villa Rica - Lizbon

WE LOVED THE HOTEL AND THE FACILITY. HOWEVER THE AVAILABILITY OF THE SPA FACILITIES WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE. WE ARRIVED LATE AND LEFT EARLY AND THEREFORE WAS NOT ABLE TO USE THESE FACILITIES.

This is a nice hotel, especially for the price they charge. I had a big room with 2 big beds in (I was just one person), a TV, and a nice view from the window. Well, from the hotel window I could see an empty space left from an old amusement park, but I guess that will be filled up again with something else soon. The bathroom was nice, with a bathtub […] (a bit narrow, the bathtub). The service from the reception personnel was also good. They immediately recognized that I needed a taxi to the airport when I checked out, and called for one for me. I would definitely use this hotel again in the future. Devamı

The hotel was perfectly comfortable and staff friendly. The location is ok - close to the Hospital Santa Maria and to a subway station (Entre Campos) but the surrounding neighbourhood offers little. The biggest failing of the hotel was no WiFi in the rooms - that's a pain if you're on business and need to get work done.

Sauna only open form 6pm to 9pm and hot tub out of order. No gym, all equipment was removed... not what it was a few years ago. rooms still clean but no real amenities. even the lobby bar is not open without being asked for.

The hotel is very close to the University and was very conveniently located a metro stop. The place does NOT have wifi but it does have internet connection and they allowed me to borrow a cord for it. The rooms are outdated and the tv is still a tube. The beds are not that comfortable (spring). My bathroom from the start smelled of mildew. And it got […] worse. I believe the mop the person used was not washed or dried properly. The shower did have hot water but it was very temperamental with the temperature. I probably would not stay here again. The SANAs seemed nicer. Devamı

I could believe that today in 2012 a 4 stars hotel don't have wifi. Not even if you want to pay for the services, not even in the lobby. Amazing.

hotel was a bit far from all the happening stuff in Lisbon which was a downer. Was close to metro. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Most knew english and were polite.

i thought the hotel was very well kept and the service was superb. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and is centrally located and nearby many beautiful buildings and historic interests.

This hotel was horrible. I had to request for room changes 2x. The first time I found hairs on the bed and a used bar soap in the bathroom. The second room had a huge bloodstain on the mattress. The hotel staff was not apologetic. I will never stay there again.

The gym does not exist, despite it still being advertised. The pool was dirty and very messy. The location is ok and the best bit was the cafe next door that was open early till late and was cheap. Internet access was available at the cafe also for 1euro for 15mins. It was not good value for the price and was disppointed the gym did not exist.

Very nice hotel, everything as expected and discribed. Rooms where quite compact and small, not particular view, close to the airport so some overhead planes. Breakfast was not included and was very pricy. Location is ok- close to the town and the airport.

I stayed for three nights at the Villa Rica during a business trip to Lisbon University. The hotel isn't exactly in the centre of the city, but with the metro very close by this didn't matter. The staff were friendly and helpful and service throughout was good. I didn't get a chance to use the pool or leisure facilities, but the cafe connected to the […] hotel is really useful and served a variety of food/drink. The room was very clean and comfortable and provided me with ample space to do some work and relax. It's true the view from the front of the hotel isn't the best in Lisbon! However, the convenience and friendliness at the Villa Rica made up for it. I hope to stay there again. Devamı

great hotel - beautiful room, good value, good cafe/restaurant in lobby - pool in basement but requires swimming cap and slippers - would stay here again - location: very good for the university but probably not the best for tourism...but it's just round the corner from the metro

O quarto era muito pequeno e o ar condicionado não funcionava - estava desligado centralmente - de maneira que estava muito calor. Os empregados são muito simpáticos e eficientes, mas parecem poucos.

This hotel is fair enough, nothing more. The staff are really friendly and helping, but the quality of the food and the beds aren't good enough unless you are travelling on a budget. If you can afford, choose another hotel.

Hôtel très agréable avec personnel très présent. Chambre immense avec literie impeccable et belle salle de bain. Malheureusement, la fenêtre n'offre pas une belle vue (chantier en stand by). Mais le double vitrage rattrape le tir et permet de faire une bonne nuit de sommeil. Bon petit déjeuner mais pareil chaque jour sans le moindre changement, chose […] qui lasse un peu après quelques jours. Au sous-sol, petite piscine très agréable, sauna, hammam turc. La atención en recepción en lo referente a temas de interés turístico decepcionante.Pregunté a la persona que había en esos momentos en recepción la forma de ir a ver el Cristo Rey, respuesta de la señorita:en taxi es la única manera rápida de llegar.Al otro lado del mostrador un taxista supuestamente compichado con el personal del hotel.Ese mismo día […] al ir hacia Belem pregunté a una señora la forma de ir al Cristo y me explicó que en Cais de Sodre sale un ferry que te lleva a Cacihlas y allí hay un autobús que te lleva directo.En la neverita que hay en las habitaciones no había nada más que un yogurt caducado.Supongo que en su día algún cliente lo dejó en la nevera y cuando yo abandoné la habitación después de cinco días allí seguía y era lo único que había en la neverita.Enfrente del hotel había montado un circo y una feria ambulante que estaban haciendo ruido hasta altas horas de la noche y molestando a los que queríamos descansar, la insonorización del hotel INEXISTENTE.En cuanto a ubicación tiene cerca el metro y el tren pero queda retirado del centro. Ottima posizione, tra l'aeroporto ed il centro città, fermata autobus per aeroporto e centro città a cinquanta metri, comodissimo per muoversi con i mezzi pubblici. Posizione tranquilla senza rumori e personale qualificato.

There is no wifi. That information should be corrected from hotel . com website or the hotel should arrange wifi. The breakfast it not exactly four stars. There is some variations in bread and serials bot overall a very boring setting.

Ett ok hotell. Hade det varit trestjärnigt hade det inte varit så mycket att säga om standarden. Med fyra stjärnor förväntar man sig mycket mer. Hade svarta fläckar på lakanen. Frukosten kändes fattig. Det fanns inga grönsaker att lägga på mackan. Inget laktosfritt, sunkig juicemaskin och tråkigt matsal i källarplan. Ingen wifi på rummet.

alles perfekt, sehr bequem, Personal freundlich und mehr als zuvorkommend, Zimmer geräumig, exzellentes Bett, Badezimmer schön. einzige Bemängelung: Bäder selber könnte man mal renovieren und Wellnessanlage lässt ein wenig zu wünschen übrig, Jacuzzi war leer und Fitnessraum ebenso, Schwimmbad okay nur Treppe wacklig.Aber insgesamt ein Klasse Hotel, […] nettes Ambiente, gute + günstige Lokale in der Nachbarschaft, zudem gute Verkehrsanbindug´(Busbahnhof, Züge, U-Bahn sowie immer Taxis zu bezahlbarem Preis.) vor allem wirklich wahnsinnig nette Leute. Au -5 il y a une piscine et sauna... qui doivent permettre de se détendre.. or cela aurait été possible sans une odeur nauséabonde émanant des vestiaires ( odeur eaux usés ou urine), donc nous ne sommes pas restés longtemps. Puis après une soirée plus qu'agréable à lisbonne et un retour à l'hotel afin de dormir, un réveil désagréable à 8h du matin ( […] la femme de ménage qui frappe à la porte puis entre comme ça et enfin, referme la porte). Ylitti odotukset. Voin suositella vilpittömästi. Metro- ja juna-asema vieressä. Vaikka sijainti lentoaseman vieressä, niin edes lentomelu ei häirinnyt. Hinta/laatu-suhde todellla kohdallaan.

Hotel carino e vivibile ma con alcune pecche: 1) cassaforte non funzionante. Ad un mio secondo richiamo mi è stato risposto che era un problema di batteria della tasteria, non risolvibile (!) 2) quartiere tranquillo ma troppo residenziale, senza attrazioni né ristoranti attorno 3) niente internet wi-fi, nemeno a pagamento. Hotel com design, muito elegante, extremamente limpo e brilhante. Quartos amplos com mesa/cadeirões. WC completo (alguma dificuldade no 9º andar em manter pressão/temperatura constante da água). Pequeno almoço muito variado e de boa qualidade (apenas o A/C da sala deveria estar menos frio). Muito bem localizado em relação à cidade de Lisboa, centralizado […] em relação aos 4 quadrantes da cidade, embora seja mais perto da região Norte da cidade. Devamı

Hotel ist auf Geschäftsreisende ausgelegt, nicht für Familien geeignet. Wer gerne Frühstückt ist hier fehl am Platz. Da wir schon um 6.40 Uhr durch den Shuttelservice abgeholt wurden, haben wir kein Frühstück erhalten und uns wurde auch keine Alternitive angeboten. Obwohl wir mit Frühstück gebucht hatten. Keine Felexibilität in diesen Hotel.
