Mercure Hotel Palermo Centro - Palermo

Stayed twice in one week, the superior room was amazing, standard room had its window blocked by the fire escape and was much smaller. Both bathrooms were great and location is excellent, near lots of restaurants.

Positives - Cheap - Good Loacation Negatives - The hotel seems to have been recently refurbished but I think the owners might have run out of money because the finish is fairly tatty (loose lightswitches, bad tiling, toilet installed poorly). - The bed was uncomforatable - Air con did not work well: June in Palermo is particularly hot and it is not […] pleasant to wake up in the middle of the night covered in sweat. Modern and quite chic interiors, more of a business hotel. Central location, but far from the trainstation. The staff wasn't to serviceminded.

Nice mitel. Convenient and in a good part of town. Sicily is such a dirty noisy place to stay...dont bother.

In passato ho soggiornato altre volte presso questo hotel e lo trovo sempre all'altezza delle mie aspettative. Ottima la colazione a buffet del mattino e tutto il personale è sempre gentile e premuroso.

Buon hotel ben ubicato al centro della città. Non provvisto di ristorante proprio.

L'hotel si trova nel quartiere portuale di Palermo. La zona circostante non appare delle migliori urbanisticamente difatti si tratta certo di un quartiere residenziale e trovare un parcheggio libero è spesso un'impresa. Accanto all'hotel c'è un'autorimessa ma è a pagamento. L'hotel è nel complesso buono anche se alcuni elementi nelle camere risultano […] trascurati: i muri sono in alcuni punti raschiati o sporchi, il bagno in stile moderno denota ad uno sguardo attento la economicità dei materiali utilizzati per realizzarlo (ad esempio in alcuni angoli vi sono tracce di ruggine, sportello vano doccia difettoso, etc). Abbiamo avuto necessità di richiedere alla reception la carta igienica perchè l'unica disponibile era stata già parzialmente consumata. Hotellet låg centralt och nära till de flesta sevärdheterna. Dessutom låg det väldigt nära där flygbussen stannade från Trapani, vilket är ett stort plus. Först fick vi ett rök rum men när vi sa till så fick vi ett större rum. Rummen var lite kalla men med ett extra täcker löste detta sig. Vi hade rum mot innergården och det var mycket tyst. Hotel in pieno centro di Palermo. Pulitissimo. La nostra stanza era spaziosa, comoda e accessoriata di tutto punto (se vogliamo trovare il pelo nell'uovo...mancavano le ciabattine di cortesia!!!). Il personale disponibile e cortese (anche se per i bagagli non abbiamo avuto alcun aiuto...è vero però che non l'abbiamo chiesto!). La colazione è ottima, […] molto variegata e abbondante. A nice business hotel close to shopping and major sights. Really good breakfast and clean rooms. In november the AC was off in the building so it was still warm in the room. A lot of traffic noice if you open the window. Overall a nice 4 star hotel.

Modernt hotell med stora och fräscha rum. Centralt läge, relativt nyrenoverat, stort frukostutbud och gratis internet i lobbyn. Parkering genom hotellet gick inte att få förrän efter 20.00, men vi hittade parkering precis utanför hotellet. Tyvärr var det dåligt städat i handfatet och på spegeln i badrummet. Ganska hård säng.

L'hotel era bello e funzionale, la camera moderna e spaziosissima, il bagno grandissimo con doccia e vasca separate, la colazione abbondantissima e buona, il personale gentile. Il centro di palermo era raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. Consigliatissimo

L'albergo è nuovo e come gli altri hotel Mercure è arredato in modo moderno e molto piacevole. La posizione è perfetta per visitare Palermo e tutto è facilmente raggiungibile. La camera molto ampia con un bellissimo bagno. Colazione discreta ma niente di particolare. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Peccato per una serie di 'sbavature' facilmente […] risolvibili con più attenzione da parte del personale: Il commutatore doccia/vasca assente, i vetri della facciata e della camera in condizioni tremende (sembra che non siano mai stati puliti dall'esterno). 朝食の種類がとても充実していた。部屋と浴室も広かった。 エアコンの効きが悪いのが欠点だが、それ以外は問題はなし。

La struttura è recente, gli spazi comuni sono moderni, luminosi e ben tenuti, purtroppo gli ascensori sono piccoli e rumorosi (non si addicono ad un 4 stelle). La camera era sempre pulita e in ordine, chi rifaceva la stanza aveva anche la premura di aprire la finestra per far cambiare aria (fatto assolutamente non scontanto!). Il personale di reception […] è cortese anche se non particolarmente disponibile ad offrire "qualcosa in più del dovuto" (caratteristica, secondo me, che fa la differenza). Fa personale eccezione l'addetto al servizio bar, il Sig. Adriano, che è un professionista disponibile, attento e molto motivato, oltre che una persona piacevole, discreta e mai invadente. L'unico punto negativo è determinato dal fatto che l'hotel non dispone di un parcheggio ed essendo in zona centrale spesso è difficile trovare posto. L'albergo si appoggia ad un garage vicino che però costa 15 euro al giorno e la domenica dalle 11 alle 20 rimane chiuso: se la vostra auto si trova dentro dovete aspettare che riapra...francamente un servizio un po' scomodo per quella cifra. stilig hotell, flott frokost, sentralt og kan absolutt anbefales. Litt vanskelige parkeringsforhold men det gikk. hyggelige spisesteder i nærheten, men husk velg aldri turistmeny - dyrere og ikke så godt.

Das Hotel liegt wirklich sehr zentral. Man kann eigenlich alles im Zentrum zu Fuß erreichen. Das Hotel ist im Empfangsbereich sehr modern eingerichtet. Zimmer sind ok aber es klemmt halt an diversen Ecken: AC rappelt und bringt es nicht, Dusche spritzt aus allen Ritzen, Kabel liegen zum Teil offen... italienisch halt. Flott hotell med sentral beliggenhet, fine rom med airconditioning og god frokost. Lite serviceminded resepsjonspersonell trakk imidlertid helhetsnivået kraftig ned. I tillegg var det nærmest umulig å finne parkeringsplass utenfor hotellet. Vi kjørte rundt og rundt i 90 minutter før vi endelig fant en 15 minutters gange fra hotellet - men det forsto […] vi etterhvert var helt normalt for Palermo å være. Devamı
