"Staying At The Tacoma Marriott"
The room was basically comfortable. The sofa bed was a disappointment. The mattress was not only uncomfortable, but the sheets and blankets used for it had to be put on by us (other hotels have the sheets and blankets already on), but the blankets were very thin and of a scratch material. The mattress on the regular beds were a lot better, but compared […] to two other hotels we stayed at in Washington, they were definitely not as comfortable. Devamı

Great staff, spotless, nice location and good omelette for breakfast
"Good Location"
I attended an event at the Tacoma Convention Center; this hotel is right across the street. It is within walking distance from a nice area with a variety of shops and restaraunts. If you are exploring the area, this hotel is a good choice.
"Pretty swanky for the price."
Everything,except one thing, was better than advertized. Valet is a STEAL, compared to self park. Location was great, easy walking access to transit and many fantastic restaurants. My only downer was a toilet seat. It was not made to fit the bowl, an obvious replacement, and it actually came off!. I am not XL, I did not try anything funny on it, just […] the "usual" and it slipped right off while I was using it.... Maintenence came the next day, but neither I nor my husband had reported it yet. This means the last occupant had reported it and they rented out the room anyways in the mean time. "Better than I expected."
I dont normally stay in Tacoma, but needed for business. I enjoed the location and surrounding dinning options. The hotel was nice, they had valet for cheap, and rooms were recenlty updated. Kind of dead as I was there mid week as far as night life goes. I was dissapointed pool and hot tub were being cleaned at my time of stay, so I was unable to use. "Very Comfortable."
The hotel has a great location. Walking distance to the museums, close to good restaurants and across the street from the convention center. The rooms were spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast every morning which had a great selection and very good. The staff was very helpful. Overall I was very pleased. "Tacoma Downtown Courtyard Marriot is perfect!"
Service was excellent and the rooms are very nice, better than I expected from a Courtyard. It is well located in downtown Tacoma. I will definiltey stay again if the price is right.

"Good hotel....but"
The hotel is very nice. The rooms though small, are comfortable. The one downside is the hotel bar. It is very small, poorly stocked and closes at 10PM. That doesn't work for me.
"Staff understand customer service"
Staff was very pleasant. I left my camera at the reception desk while checking out upon arriving home phoned and they immediately sent it to me in the mail; it arrived in 3 days, thank you.
"ok but not"
pillows way too squishy--ended up with stiff neck. Very disappointed in the breakfast. Hotels with much lower room rates provide the same breakfast for free. The snacks in the lobby were extremely overpriced too.
