Downtown Bed & Breakfast & Spa - Ottawa

This a very budget oriented hotel in every aspect except the price. It was the most expensive accommodation in our visit to Canada. The host are extremely pleasant people, not only hospitable but like a family, helpful and a great source of support. Nice owners, good location and parking is available. Breakfast is included but its mostly breads and cereals.... The price should be lowered too ..but overall it was o.k.

Great location but we were surprised when thebathroom shared by 3 rooms was not cleaned between Friday afternoon and Sunday morning. Breakfast was ordinary at best (melon, cereals and toasts with good bread but store bought strawberry jam) Room over decorated but some might enjoy it. Convenient free parking

The owners of this B&B are lovely and make you want to stay again. However, the house itself is very old and cluttered. As a result, it is very noisy. We had trouble sleeping both nights. The first night this was because of a random alarm in some other room and movement upstairs that made very loud creaking and banging noises. The second night, another […] guest was blaring music until about 11pm. Then, we were awoken at 5am by a woman speaking extremely loudly right outside our door. When we opened the door, she was polite and apologetic but by then we were awake. We missed our appointment that morning because we were so tired. So, in short, while we recognize that these issues were not due to anything the hosts did, the fact that the house is so old and has no sound proofing means that we will not stay here again. Devamı

Great location, right in front of the Museum of Nature, close to many restaurants and walking distance to Parliament. The hosts are really nice people and they can make you feel welcome. They also gave us very good tips on things to do in Ottawa. The kitchen was a bit messy and maybe the place is overdecorated, but overall we had a very good time t […] here! Devamı

bed and breakfast d'une propretée plus que limite , je dirais meme sale et accueil d'une froideur assez etonnante pour ce genre d'hotellerie . ils ne m'ont adressé la parole seulement le dernier matin pour me demander de payer et ne me croyaient pas que l'hotel etait deja payé ! j'ai failli rater mon bus et suis partis sans dire au revoir , tres heureux […] de quitter ce cauchemar d'hotel . Gute Lage, wir konnten Ottawa zu Fuss erkunden und die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkkeiten erreichen. Das B&B wird von einem sehr freundlichen Paar geführt,sie haben aber eine eher spezielle Lebensweise (indische Singh, Yoga, etc). Durch die vielen natürlichen Mittelchen im Hause (die Frau ist Massagetherapeutin) ergibt sich ein spezieller Geruch im ganzen […] Haus. Frühstück sehr gesund und ausreichend. hôtes charmants, très accueillants et sympathiques atmosphère agréable du lieu bien situé proche de la gare routière, de lieux de restauration et musées.

Nous sommes restées une nuit à Ottawa. C'était pas le super grand luxe, mais très bon accueil. Le couple qui nous a reçu s'est fait un plaisir de nous expliquer ce qu'il fallait visiter sur place. Proximité du parlement d'Ottawa forte appréciée.
