Sumengen Hotel - Special Class - İstanbul

The rooms were much smaller than what they appeared in the picture and there was some construction that was going on close by. Other than those things...the staff and the location was wonderful!

Really nice hotel in a great location. Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and very big rooms! We booked a double room and got more of a suite room with a separate lunge and an additional single bed. Internet was on the slow side but enough for a "everyday" use. On the down side: Our bed was extremely hard! It felt like sleeping on the floor. […] The single bed in the lunge was much softer and we ended up napping on it. Other problem was the level of noise. There is no sound isolation in the walls to the point that we could hear the guests from the room next door. Despite all this, the hotel left us with a really nice impression. Devamı

if you care about cleanliness of your hotel room then find a better hotel!! simply they dont Vacuum their floor, so much guests hair on the room flour which was disgusting to me specially if you have little kids along. i even asked for a vacuum they gave me a hand broom!!! Somehow I ended up seen one under the stairs and I vacuumed my room myself since […] they have no house keeper all the time. Siamo stati molto bene personale gentilissimo camera confortevole ott ima colazione, difetti: la ferrovia sotto la camera, poca illuminazione, una lampadina bruciata non ci è stata sostituita nonostante le richieste, nell insieme, comunque, valutazione positiva. Giovanna

Hotellet er lidt svært at finde, men rigtig hyggeligt. Det ligger centralt i den gamle bydel, tæt på mange turistattraktioner. Personalet er venlige og var særdeles hjælpsomme.

We were very happy with our stay at Sumengen. Staff was very very helpful and service minded, and room nice. Good value for money. Very good breakfast buffet with a view of the sea. Also great location near the Sultanahmet sights. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

部屋について、翌日は最上階の良い部屋にしますとのことで部屋移動を待っていたが、待たされたので遅く帰って来たところ、ほぼ階も変わっておらず、移動した部屋には食べ残しのみかんが置いてあった。 部屋を変更する時間が無駄だった。 隣の部屋の音は聞こえるし、水回りの騒音もあり、うるさく部屋でゆっくり休むことができなかった。 お湯の出は満足。アメニティーもそろっていた。 ミネラルウォーターが無料のように置かれていたが、有料で結構とられた。 朝ごはんは、満足でしたが毎日かわらず、長期滞在は不向きかも。 部屋はトリプルルームで予約したのでそれなりに部屋は広かったので、広さについては満足しました。 もう宿泊はしないと思います。

Hotel di piccole dimensioni non certamente di 4 ****. La camera assegnata è molto piccola e la sua ubicazione è 2 livelli sottostante al piano strada d'ingresso, con vista su un piccolo cortile interno molto buio. Il personale della reception parla solo il turco e l'inglese. Nulla da eccepire sulla pulizia. Ottimo pozionamento e buona la colazione che […] viene servita al 5° piano con vista sul bosforo. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich ideal für einen Kurztrip, ca. 5 min von der Hagia Sophia, Straßenbahn und vielen Restaurants. Das Personal ist ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, gibt gute Tipps in Sachen Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Leider war bei unserer Ankunft unser Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber, dicke Staubschicht auf dem Boden […] und den Möbeln. Da wir erst am späten Abend angekommen sind, fiel uns das erst am nächsten Morgen auf und wurde umgehend beseitigt. Nur schade, weil wir hatten das Zimmer ca. 3 Wochen im Vorraus gebucht - wir waren keine Überraschung. Trotzdem ist es für einen Wochenendaufenthalt zu empfehlen. Devamı

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Besonders der Frühstücksraum war wunderschön. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Huoneenmme (602) koko, ranskalainen parveke, näköala Bosborille ja poreamme tekivät siitä pelkkää nautintaa.

This is a very nice hotel. The location is great; walking distance from the mayor sights in the Sultanahmet district. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Though one have to know that this hotel is built on a hillside. So some rooms are bellow the lobby and might not have have an interesting view, we had windows in our room though. Breakfast […] is very good as well, all kinds of Turkish specialties. The staff is friendly and helpfull. If you have any question they will help you, if you have to wait for something in the lobby they will bring you tea of coffee. Nice thing we found out after a few days is that they have a roof terrace with a beautiful panorama view of the area. Devamı
