Very satisfied with our stay at the IBIS Rotorua. Check in and check out very smooth and easy. Room was in good condition and quiet. Would gladly stay at again.

Location was close to city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. Excellent value for money.

Great price for a great location. Clean, comfortable and friendly

Beautiful and clean hotel, matched with the stars. and especially with the great view of Rotorua's lake.

We drove into Rotorua from Auckland and stayed at the Ibis for 2 days. Generally it was comfortable and a good stay. Parking is free of charge and it's fairly near to good restaurants within a short walk. I'd stay there again.

Location in the the heart of Rotorua is excellent, rooms are small. Just found many things could be improved with very little effort by the staff eg. chipped cups, stains on passageway carpets, shower door was grimey and needed a good clean, grime around taps in handbasin & shower. The vanity was coming away from the wall in our room. The lobby/floor […] area, where guests enter the lift from the garaging into the hotel, was dirty and looked as though it had not been cleaned for months and the garage floors were dirty and covered with rubbish. None of the above is hard to rectify to give a better impression for guests. Devamı

We were booked in for 2 nights but decided to stay 3. ( We had two rooms to accomodate our teenage sons. Fantastic views of the lake and beyond - great location. Handy to city centre. Helpful staff. Rooms small, but everything supplied and clean, and breakfasts are good.

A nice place to stay for a few days, with a great location, near lakeside and restaurants.

IBIS is always good and this is no exception.

The staff at the Ibis in Rotorua were super helpful and answered all our questions about what the best things were to see in the area. The room was as I expected (not lavish, but comfortable). Would stay here again.

Tout s'est tres bien passe. La chambre de mes enfants etaient juste a cote et nous avions une porte communiquante.

安かったせいか、部屋が思ったより狭かったし、あちこちの器具が壊れていた。 ロトルアは初めてなので、湖畔に近いほうと思って予約したが、町中の方が何かと便利に感じた。
