Hotel/room really needs to be updated...especially caulking in bathroom, carpet in halls/room. Room furniture somewhat outdated..beds were very comfortable making for a great night's sleep. Lobby was open, airy & full of brochures for restaurants/attractions. Wasn't a fan of pet owners yelling at their dogs while letting them use the restroom behind […] the hotel..lots of trash dumped along the woods behind building as well. Staying in Portage for a business trip. We were placed next to a room with loud music coming from it, upon notifying the staff- we were able to be moved with no problem. Quality of service was great!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our check in process was quick -and efficient. We requested additional pillows -and they were delivered promptly. The morning breakfast was neatly laid out and fully stocked. My husband and I will stay here again.

A good value for what we paid. Smelled a little off in places. Carpeting not great. Overall, suited our need for a short 1 night stay.

the first room was lovely , until we pulled back the covers and it looked like a black poodle had rolled all over the sheets , black hair everywhere , so they gave us another one and it was clean

Reserved a non-smoking room, got a smoking one. Other than that, great place - good internet, TV hooked up to laptop, room was clean and service as expected.

WiFi spotty and not in the nicest part of town but a good value, could use more tables for breakfast very small area.

In need of an in-route room off the highway for one night, I chose this Super 8 over other options, primarily based on reviews here. While it doesn't try to be high-end lodging, it was perfect for my needs. Desk staff was helpful. If felt safe. I'd stay there again if in the area.

Take your own pillows and you'll be fine. The lobby smelled of ciggarette smoke. Other than that the hotel was just fine for the cost. We would stay again.

The room is smell and the carpet is old and dirty. Very noisy. Old TV. Cheap breakfast. Nice receptionist.

The check-in was quick, and the hotel staff very helpful when we needed more towels and when we had trouble with the TV remote. They were very quick to respond. I would stay there again.

we had a room that was listed as non-smoking but we could smell cigarette smoke in the room.

The room was nicer than I expected for a discount hotel and the people were friendly enough. The disappointments were that the key didnt work the majority of the time, and we were reserved for 3 adults and the room only had enough towels for 2 and when we asked for another set of towels we were told they would have to see if there were any more available […] since they were full and we were late arrivals. They did find the towels and overall it was a good place to rest while traveling. I would stay again. Devamı

the room were dirty, we had 20 people its a family trip we take every year we had five rooms and not one was compleatly clean, not a kid friendly place, will not ever stay here agian, and we take a vacation every year, we stay in the super 8s because they are usually good and clean and kid friendly,

smelled stinky, dirty carpets in room, hair on sink, back of toilet, and in shower. little bit of blood and mucus? smeared on the bathroom wall. ice machine had no scoop - so everyone was using hands, so not sanitary!!!!!comforters had holes and tears but were told replacing them soon. the best part of hotel was new matresses, they were great

Based on the previous review I was concerned about room. But needed a room. When we got there I was completely surprised. I saw old mattresses outside the back of the motel. I believe they were replacing all mattresses. The one in our room was wonderful! Staff was helpful and friendly. Will gladly stay again if in the area!

We had a great stay at this hotel. There was always someone asking us how our stay was going, with a super friendly staff. The breakfasts in the morning were small, but much appreciated, and the room was pretty nice. There was a little bit of an issue with mattresses stacked right outside the hotel to the left and right. Seems they were going through […] a new mattress phase-out and had no place to get rid of the old ones, so they stacked them outside for all to see. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay, and would go back again when we travel as a family. Devamı

When I got into the room, it was hard to find a place to put things. There was so much furniture in the room that I had trouble moving around. When going to bed, I had to put the pillows on the floor because they smelled so bad. They were really flat like they had never been washed or fluffed. I dont have much to say. Place feels dated like its a time machine that takes you back four decades. Place is a little overpriced, but probably because it's so close to I-94. It served its purpose, a pit stop or halfway point for my girlfriend,me and her dog. Check out the roadside taco stand down the road a bit. Great Greek food.

I was very impressed with how clean our room and the hotel were overall. We got in late and the woman at the front desk got us checked in quickly. We were also happy to grab a quick breakfast the next morning.

We didn't get a non-smoking room (didn't see any), but don't think it would made a difference. The whole motel smelled like cigarettes. My wife washed everything in our suitcase when we got home because even just being in the room inside the suitcase they picked up the smell.

This is a well worn motel with a distinct "trucker" feel. There are signs everywhere saying "DO NOT" this and that, and the staff all seem to be yelling much the same way most of the time. Our basketball team had 20 rooms at super 8, the staff was very unprofessional and was not very nice when we checked in. We needed a hotel in town due to root clogged sewer line, until the repairs were completed. This is an older hotel, convenient to I-94. The price was good. It has a clean up-graded bathroom, decent mattresses, cable tv.
