hotel is very confortable. you feel like at home. you can wash laundry,drink at the lobby,access free internet in your romm. but you need a car in order to reach the parks Stuff is very friendly

We were going to be in town to play in a soccer tournament. I booked 5 rooms through this online website. We also had 5 more rooms purchased by other team members. I wasn't sure what the hotel was going to be like. Surprisingly, the rooms were really nice and the staff was great.I stayed in a suite which was perfect.It had a large kitchen area,2 queen […] beds,& a small sleeper sofa. The hotel accidently overbooked a suite I had purchased so they gave me 2 regular rooms for no additional fee. Our team will definately stay here again for next season's tournament! Joy B. Devamı

Clean rooms, great service, small pool, comfy beds 15mins from Disney Parks...right off the interstate! Very Satisfied! Will stay again! Needs bigger pool tho:)

As other guests mentioned, the hotel is at an odd location and difficult to get into but nothing a few u-turns couldn't fix. There is a shady motel located next to the hotel however, we were never bothered and there was never any noise. We really enjoyed our room. The bathroom was modern and very clean. The beds were comfortable and they offer two pillow […] selections (firm and soft) for each bed. The free hot breakfast was a plus however, get there early or late as it is crazy busy during peak hours with families with numerous children so seating is very difficult to come by. The morning staff for the breakfast can be a little rude and annoyed. The pool was small but sufficient enough for my son to enjoy. It was an easy drive to all the parks and was much cheaper with less traffic than to stay on International Drive so I can definitely deal with the 15 to 20 minute drive. The air conditioning worked wonderfully! We are from Chicago and even a 90 degree day with humidity calls for high powered air conditioning and it worked fantastically! Awful access on and off I-10. Everything was fine with the actual hotel, but if you're there on business for more than 1 night, forget it.

I work for an airline and so I've had my share of good and bad hotels and believe me when I tell you that for the money, this hotel is very nice. My bed was very comfortable, room clean with plenty of space. When I left room everyday, I would come back and it was already cleaned with bed made. Stayed for a week and do not regret any day there. very clean,friendly staff. as mentioned need to do a U-turn to get to hotel if exiting from the hwy. The free breakfast is nice. The wi-fi was horrible very poor connection (do not rely). Lots of parking available. Pool area is nice, although the water was ice cold. Disney area as well as outlets I would say are around 20-25mins drive on the hwy. the […] airport is appox 40mins drive. Overall I would recommend this hotel true representation of what you are getting here on the site. The hotel is fairly new so it's very clean. I made a reservation here but they were booked and through the great customer service of the hotel and them working with Hotels.com, I was pleased and well provided for at their sister hotel next door! Way to go with your outstanding service! Clean and comfortable room too!

Every spring break, our family travel to orlando and stay in this hotel for the last 3 years, and same as this year. The room is clean and comfort. The hotel is closed to the major highway. All kind of restraunt, and a big shopping center nearby, and hot breakfast is a plus.

Great hotel for the price....

Excellent hotel! about a half hour drive from Disney World. Great breakfast & very clean room with flat screen TV. We will stay there again when in the Orlando area.

In ine sentence - Nice place to spend the night. You know that we all look at the reviews now of others at all the hotels and this is a good thing. Room was very large so we didn't feel crowded. Breakfast was nice and staff was pleasant and helpful. Only downside is that you could hear almost everything going on in the hallway because of the big space under the door. Overall great place to stay.

Got a great deal for my stay here. Would mos def stay here again, breakfast was amazing.

poor house keeping! Hotel looked new but room wasn't very clean and they did a terrible job cleaning the room each day! They left plates of food and coffee cups there-didn't throw them away! Too far from Disney parks too! About 20 minutes. Breakfast was all super unhealthy but I guess that is too be expected.

Hotel was nice but the breakfast was absolutely terrible. Our room was at the bottom floor a the end of the hallway and was a king sweet. The hotel staff would constantly go in and out of the hotel using the exit door next to our room slamming it at all hours

We always like to stay at Holiday inn because the hotel is always clean and nice and the breakfast is always outstanding. This hotel is no exception, I stayed for 1 week, the room and bed was super clean and the breakfast is good, they have bread, egg, muffin, cinamon bun, cereal fruits and many more, the only thing is eventhough the breakfast lady […] worked very efficient but she didnt have smile in her face and was rushed to close the breakfast buffet as soon as the breakfast time over, she even yelled to another employee in front of all the guests " I AM DONE I AM DONE" and made the other employee close the breakfast buffet. Other than that everything else is good except as other guests mention the bathroom sink is very high so it's difficult for 5 foot human being and below to brush the teeth there. I will definitely stay there again if at all I go to orlando again, the distance from hotel to disneyworl is less than 15 minutes drive and there are many shopping places around the hotel. Devamı

I stayed here with my wife for 1 night on way to Disney Resorts.Checked-in late in the evening and was greeted well by the front desk staff. Hot morning breakfast (Eggs, omelette, etc.) was good.

Very clean and comfortable. Great room - large and well decorated with granite and dark wood. Everything was wonderful and better than expected for last minute booking. Very happy with this hotel and location. Friendly staff also.

A special thanks to Tom in reception he went out of his way to help me. He is a five star receptionist . Loved the hotel loved the breakfast . The only thing that surprised me was how sour were the girls in the reception don't get me wrong they were not rude but I think they don't know how to smile.

Excellent hotel to stay at for vacation.The only thing that needs to be worked on is that the water is really hard and it feels like you don't get clean.Overall this is one of the top hotels I will stay at again.

Except for the front manager and maintainenceman on our arrival, everyone was rude, unfriendly,inefficient and detached. The girl who ran the breakfast was the worst--nasty as all getout if you even asked for milk.the food offered was garbage---cold and tasteless. The area did not house the number of guests staying. I always stay here whether for business or pleasure! The rates are great and the free breakfast is a plus! It is a good distance from downtown Orlando, but close enough to the interstate to get to all the area attractions. I have stayed at luxury resorts all over Orlando and I say don't waste your money on those! Holiday Inn Express in Davenport is […] well worth the stay. Save your money and stay with them. Really fast check in and check out. The staff was very nice and helped us with pleasure. Great cleanliness in the hotel and inside the room. The room was very pretty and it smelt amazingly clean; very comfortable bed also. The breakfast was very good (from 6:30am-9:30 am) and they kept on replacing the things until the end, so even if you went at 9:15am […] you would still be able to eat plenty. Devamı

We were treated warmly by everyone.Tanisha went out of her way to welcome us and gave us directions everywhere we needed to go. Ina was patient and helped us repeadedly to get connected to the internet.Shane gave us a nice warm greeting every time he saw us. The hotel is nice, but the room was just a little small. A pullout couch or chair would be the perfect addition. Breakfast was decent, but not as good as I have had at other Holiday Inn Express hotels. Yet, overall, this hotel was great for the price.

Hotel is nicely remodeled. Service is great and breakfast was OK (pancake machine wasn't working though). Only thing they could improve is the housekeeping. Overall it was good, I would stay there again.
