I set up 2 rooms for my wife and some friends to go to Morongo Casino for my wife's birthday. The staff is pleasant enough. However neither of the rooms we reserved were available. We reserved 2 non-smoking king size bed rooms. When we got there we were given the option of 2 queen beds in a non-smoking room or a king size smoking room. Our friends checked […] in before us and took the Queen beds room. I insisted on the non-smoking king room and after 20 minutes they came up with a room. The rooms are beautiful and the bathrooms are amazing. Another however, the walls are paper thin and we had a little brat screeming in the room and at times running up and down the halls yelling. I think the parents left this toddler in the room by himself or the parents didn't care if the brat screemed or not. On Friday night the slot machines were about 75% full. Saturday night there were lines behind the slot machines. We discussed it and we'll go back there but it'll be during the week and not a weekend. Devamı

Great place for a short getaway I plan on going back more often only thing is to plan way ahead during busy season the service gets pretty backed up and causes guests to wait longer for check in. Staff was very courteous. Enjoyed everything! Can't wait to come back. Bed was comfortable and bathroom amazingly spacious. View was great also.

great place to take kids [grand kids] Got shuttled to an outlet near by, big variety of stuff to buy. Went back to eat a good meal at the casino buffet. met a host named Rudy and a server named Roxanne who were just great and made our stay at the buffet enjoyable at the restaurant g-kids and i enjoyed it. next we were shuttled back and forth to the […] casino bowling ally. g-kids had a great time. Sat we ate at a restaurant next door where there are dinosaurs. fun place to visit. we went back to enjoy the pool the rest of the day. again the g-kids had a good time. we ate at Rubies next door to the casino. good food. called it a nite. woke up Sun. morn , ate a tasteful breakfast in the casino buffet. went to the mountain tram in Palm Springs be fore heading home to reality. you gotta visit the tram ride Devamı

Aside from the sicking cigarette smoke you have to endure in the casino on your way to check-in, the rooms are great.

funky friday at the vibe was sooooo fun. pleansant surpise that dazz band was there. danced all night, what a blast!

Room not ready @ 4.00 pm and was almost 5.00 before avail. Everything else as it should be

While we are not gamblers we do like to play the penny machines for fun. This hotel has a great selection and the rooms were beautifully appointed. The only negative is that the bathroom has opague glass between it and the bedroom area so at night if the light is on in the bathroom it casts light on the bed while the other person is sleeping.

Room was nice, hotel staff were very friendly and herlpful. Good for a quick get-away. Only downsides were that the casino itself is very smoky - the the point where it's just not enjoyable gambling, and the pool area is small for the size of the hotel.

Great room at a very fair price. Clean, comfortable. Don't need to gamble to enjoy the facilties. Would stay here again !

We were on our way back from Phoenix to the central coast of Calif. and decided that Cabazon was a good half-way point. This proved to be a wonderful stop, not because of the casino, but of the proximity to the hundred plus shops in the outlet, just down the road. LOVED IT ONLY THERE FOR AN OVERNIGHTER BUT WOULD SAY AGAIN AND REFER OTHERS. DINNING WAS PRICED JUST RIGHT AND ALWAYS FREINDLY SERVICE. SLOTS TOOK MORE THAN THEY PAID (TO BE EXPECTED). CANT WAIT TO GO BACK

Very fun place to stay; very clean as well; I loved my suite and the entire staff was very friendly.

I would stay at the Mirage again. They have friendly staff and the property was clean and safe. They tell you slippers are included in the expensive resort fee, but you have to call to request them because they are not in the room. BB Kings restaurant was not that good. The hostess told us that they had the best ribs, but they were not all that good. […] The ribs came out cold in some area and we were not able to change our side orders due to it being a late night menu @ 10pm!! The breakfast menu was nothing to get excited about either. We left the property to have breakfast. Devamı

We stayed at Morongo in order to break up our drive. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and convenience of this hotel. Got some shopping in at the outlet mall early the next day too! Would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again.

Great vent system being a non smoker I was worried about the musky smell. I could not smell smoke at all. In the casino and the rooms. The rooms were very clean and top notch style. You did not feel like you were in a basic room at all. Not big like a suite but decor like a suite. Pool was great just wish it was warmer. Winners club gave us FREE dinner. […] Which was a savings of $40.00 and it was good for a buffet type. Better then most buffets. Very laided back and great place for a quick getaway. I travel fairly frenquently and this was my second stay at this resort. Apon arrival I was greeted by a smiling and personable valet and my experiance continued from there. EVERY single employee I dealt with during my stay had the most pleasant attitude and did everything they could to provide outstanding service and a great experiance. The rooms are […] very compfortable, clean, great beds and showers, pool is awesome, top floor restaurant was amazing, security always present, players club. Just a great experiance all the way around!!! Please note Im not a high roller so this was a genuine customer experiance. The only thing I wish was different is that they would have had a $5 Black jack table!! :O) Devamı

stayed on a sunday night and it was fantastic. hotel was very nice and clean, rooms were lovely. bathroom was nice and bed was comfy. only complaint is we went to dinner at "bamboo" (asian cuisine) and the waiter was horrible! we literally got up to pour our own water because he never came by. we didn't eat anywhere else so i don't know what the service […] was like but front desk and security were very nice Devamı

We stayed the night because we went to a concert that was being held at there (Enrique Iglesias). Room was nice, and pretty comfortable, although it was attached to another room with a door, and our neighbors were a little loud, late in the evening. (I did have to call the front desk to ask them to keep it down at 3am). Other than that, the room served […] its purpose. Cielo restaurant was nice, and the food was pretty good. We wouldn't stay there longer than one night because of all the smokers in the casino! It made it hard to stay on the main floor where all of the "action" is, since we don't smoke! Although they try, this place is not a Vegas casino! The lounge/bar on the top floor was also closed early! (Booo! That doesn't happen in Vegas). Devamı

Everything in the hotel/casino is extremely over priced. Gift shop charged $1.50 for a regular size candy bar. Check in was a hassle. They would not take cash and charged per night. Supposedly they offered turn down service and I received none the first day. The ice machine on my floor did not work for the three days I was there. No refrig to put items […] in and they did not allow ice chest. Over all it would have been better to drive the extra 2 hrs to Las Vegas it would have been cheaper and funner. They offer TV check out in your room but because I didn't have any extra charges they did not process my deposit return which was promised at check in. I had to call and wait for a return call to get the transfer taken care of. Which was money needed for the rest of my trip. Devamı

This hotel is close to our home, and we had been saying we should go to Casino Morongo for quite some time. I am enamored with this hotel. The check in was painless, and the clerk was very helpful. The buffet is above average and the room was excellent with comfortable beds. The true diamond in the rough; however, was the large bathroom with a great […] standup shower. Nice hotel, clean, good service, great pool; even if you don't gamble it is a great place to kick back. A plus is outlet shopping. The hotel has a shuttle for you.

It's been about 2 years since my husband and I were able to get-away to Morongo, and I have to say, we were extremely satisfied like before, AND they still have my FAVORITE, CLEAN, GORGEOUS bathrooms! There aren't many hotels that have bathrooms/rooms such as these and I would recommend them to anyone looking for comfort, style and cleanliness!!!

My sister was visiting from out of state,and wanted to go to a casino. I made reservations at Morango so that we could enjoy the pool area also. And she was so impressed.The room was so nice, and the view so comforting, she did not want to leave.She won some money also !!!!!
