Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront - Virginia Beach

The complimentary breakfast was nice, rooms were clean and comfy, beautiful view of the beach. Parking lot was a little difficult to navigate into and out of, just because of the location. We were there on the off season, so it was quiet. Not sure how it would be in full swing mode.

Quickly located near the end of the express way that delivers you to Virginia Beach, this hotel is a prime location for those who want a better than decent place to stay and convenient in-out access. Wonderful trip! Perfect views, clean. Arrived early and was called via cell phone when the room was ready which was before check in time-thank you!

Great location! After reading other reviews of the beachfront hotels, I wasn't expecting anything fancy. We had no major complaints at all about the room or service. We would stay there again.

The hotel was in a nice location and we were right on the beach. Not a lot of "good" restaurant options, but they were ok for an overnight stay. Indoor pool is nice, front desk was very nice and accommodating to our early check in. However, to no fault of the hotel’s, the boardwalk is very noisy until the late hours 2-3 in morning on a Saturday night. […] Tenants were loud and very noisy until the morning hours. There were tenants above our floor that were throwing food off their balcony to attract seagulls, the gulls swarmed outside of 3-4 floors of the hotel – disgusting, but not the fault of the hotel. The hotel sent maintenance out immediately to resolve the feeding of the gulls. Devamı

Our stay was good, there was just a weird smell inside though, I don't know what it is. But the room was nice.

This hotel was clean and neat. The pool and gym are very small- but they do the trick! The beds were described as soft but I thought they were very comfy and there wasn't a lot of cover but i am a cover hog and it was fine for me! It is an older hotel but has been updated nicely. There is a kids playground about 8 blocks south right on the ocean front […] just past the pier! Dairy Queen and the concert pavillion are within walking distance as well are other restaurants. The front desk staff when we arrived was cordial. The room was fine for an old hotel. The oceanfront location was great as it was only a mile away from the convention center. The breakfasts were fine. However, I killed a cockroach in the evening right on the table near my the head of my bed. Cockroaches tend to travel in families, so I was worried. […] When I called the front desk, they asked me to pick up the can of Raid I had requested. There was no apology for the lack of cleanliness. No offer to mitigate other than their asking me to pick up the can of Raid I had requested. Very poor service. The housekeeping aspect was fine. In fact, our room was as clean as it could be given the age of the hotel. However, with vermin traipsing around, that is the hotel management's fault and it should be addressed immediately if I'm going to encourage my friends to stay at this hotel for the annual conference next year. Was a great place to stay and a great location to everything in Virginia Beach! Enjoyed the breakfast buffet and exercise room. Indoor pool was way too small and Hot Tub was ok. The Mattresses on the double beds were way too soft for me to sleep comfortably. The view of the ocean and beach made up for it. Over all I would consider staying with them […] again. Just hope they update their beds for firmer mattresses! Offer more water pressure in the shower and get rid of those low flow shower heads! Devamı

hotel was located right on the beach clean staff was really friendly and courteous hotel was better than i expected

price and beach location were very good. only downside was there was no bar or restaurant but several were close by.

The accomodations were great. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was clean and modern.

The fitness room is in need of "freshening up" - very limited equipment and it is outdated. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. There were hot items as well as the traditional bagels, muffins, toast, cereal and fruit. The staff were very helpful and courteous.

We had to get the staff to changed our linen because the comforter had spots on it.This hotel has a small gym with outdated equipment.Don't stay here if you like to exercise inside. The free breakfast was good and the staff was great.
