Staff were very helpful and most efficient. The waitress at breakfast was so polite and gave great service. Clean room. Staff very good with our daughter too.

Room was not available at check-in due to unexpected number of rooms that needed to be cleaned (arrived at 3:15pm). Received poor customer service at check in (possibly due to being overwhelmed about room availability?). The next morning, we late were a few minutes late for their continental breakfast, and was told we were too late (even through the […] entire food spread was still laid out on the counter). A very old hotel, parking not convenient. We arrived on a late flight and the only parking was the street. The neighbourhood is a bit sketchy. This was about a 1.5 star hotel.

Needed for overnight stay for early morning flight. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room immaculate. Free shuttle spot on time and two early morning calls to ensure a 4.50am departure. Excellent for what was needed.

The reception was very welcoming and straightforward. Our room was comfortable, however the wifi signal was weak and kept on dropping out, by removing the netbook to the ground floor, the problem disappeared. The beds were more than comfortable and the complimentary breakfast more than sufficient

Excellent breakfast, clean, and good service.

I stayed one night in this hotel and have to move to different hotel next day. The air condition needs to update. I turn on on low heat, it's too hot I couldn't sleep. It won't stop even the room tempeture reach to 80 F. If I turned it off, it feels too cold later. I was fighting with the A/C all night. Other than that it's ok. I won't stay this hotel […] again. We stayed in this hotel at both the start and end of our Vancouver recent visit. It is very convenient to Vancouver International Airport YVR and a shuttle bus is available to pick you up free of charge both from the airport and back to it which very helpful with many other hotels also providing a similar service. Rooms are well appointed modern and […] clean. The surrounding area is basically industrial and offers very limited choice for eating out unless you have transport. Breakfast was well presented and staff were in regular attendance to ensure areas were well stocked and kept clean for new patrons arriving. A good choice of food items was available and was well presented. Our only issue during this stay at the latter end was that internet strength on the 6th. floor was low and faded in and out. Taking the laptop down to the lobby the strength increased to excellent. Needed to do private work in the room and had stayed at multiple hotels over the period without any internet problems. Spoke to the night male clerk who said he would come up to the room once his colleague returned so waited. After 90 minutes went down to reception again and enquired what was happening. He told me he had rebooted the router. He should have come to the room as he said he would or called the room at least. I missed out financially on a transaction that got timed out on multiple occasions. It's not good to say you'll do something and you don't or make contact with the guest in these circumstances. Disappointing and spoiled what was otherwise a good couple of stays. Devamı

Our family stayed 2 nights at this hotel and found it very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was a nice continental style breakfast - just a suggestion that yoghart would have been a nice addition. If you need the airport this is a great location. A very comfortable hotel, clean, and convenient. After 2 weeks in Mexico it was a pleasure to sink into a comfortable bed and get the best sleep I had since leaving Canada,

Very clean hotel, friendly people. Breakfast was not so great but was appreciated. Rooms and beds were very nice and comfortable.

Really cheap and includes wifi and breakfast + free parking and is as good as a 4 star hotel with all amenities in the room. I paid 3 times more for a room in the fairmont and that didn't include breakfast or wifi. Also has shuttle to airport.

This was a great hotel to stay at. Close to the airport, malls and restaurants. The rooms were great, the best pillows ever. Breakfast was was also a bonus.

We booked this hotel to connect with an early morning flight out of YVR. A number of hotels in the area had quite a few very bad reviews, so we checked the reviews on Days Inn before booking. We were not disappointed. The hotel was clean and bright (not "shabby" in the least ;-). The staff were friendly and helpful, and the free shuttle to the airport […] was available starting at 4:20 am. There was even self serve continental breakfast available at that early hour. Can't believe this hotel is only rated with a two star...Excellent staff....so knowledgeable and willing to help, set us up with a super dinner. Rooms were clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The morning continental breakfast was hot and plentiful, with fresh waffles made to order. The shuttle bus arrived on schedule and there was no fee, […] but we tipped the driver. It is on a darkened street, but we never felt scared with our family walking to the restaurant that was recommended. There is also a burger king and convenience store within 2 blocks. Extremely good service. Had to get a 4:15 a.m. wake up call for a flight from Vancouver, BC to Houston, Texas. Although the continental breakfast wasn't to be opened until 6 a.m., night staff prepared it early for us. Fresh Bagles, serial, hot coffee, toast, cold water, all included in Price. As usual, good service, convenient, excellent value.

We stay here on a regular basis, as it it very conveniently located - near YVR. It is a good hotel and service is excellent. This time, however, our room was freezing. A quick word with the front desk was all that was necessary. In a hour or so, all was toasty.

Always a great "low frills" hotel, with light breakfast, long term parking while on vacation and shuttle bus. We always go back!

In Vancouver to attend a funeral. The hotel was convenient to the airport, had free parking, free wireless internet and free breakfast. Room was comfortable and quiet. Completely met my expectations and would stay there again.

Location was close to River Rock Casino, by going through a slippery parking lot. Due to light industry zone where it is located, cannot recommend this location to women. Very little food servces or other services available close by, so unless you have a vehicle or want to take a cab, this is a place to rest your head only. Room was satisfactory and […] fairly clean. We spent three nights here, choosing it for its proximity to Vancouver International Airport. It did not disappoint- located just a few minutes from the airport, it was extremely convenient for the late night and early morning flights we had to catch. Days Inn Vancouver Airport is also very close to the numerous and varied restaurants located in Richmond, […] so finding food is not a problem. The hotel room we had exceeded expectations. Despite its affordable price the room was spacious and the two double beds more than amply accommodated our family of four. Breakfast was complimentary, and although some variation would have been appreciated (it was exactly the same every day), there was a decent spread of bagels, breads, cereal, mixed fruit and even a waffle machine. Hotel staff were also courteous and helpful, and never failed to offer a friendly smile when we entered the lobby. Overall, a highly enjoyable stay. We strongly recommend Days Inn Vancouver Airport. This hotel is clean, convenient to the airport/skytrain, but the women serving breakfast is an absolute gem! She was so sweet and pleasant, you couldn't help but start your day with a smile on your face.

My son and I stayed at this hotel overnight as we needed a hotel stay on our way to Nanaimo, BC. Our plane arrived at YVR late and we wanted somewhere to stay that was close to the airport as well as the Tsawassan Ferry connection. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It is good value for the price and very convenient. We appreciated the free […] airport shuttle, and were impressed with the clean hotel premises. The room was comfortable. We were rewarded with a free continental breakfast which included a fresh fruit salad and waffles made to order. The staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is close to the Bridgeport Skytrain station which gets you downtown, and we took a rapid transit bus to the Tsawaasan Ferry, so the transportation options are excellent. Devamı

Hotel is adequate and close to airport. The bed was comfortable. The free shuttle made many stops at other hotels which caused a little concern with the time to get to the airport.

The Days Inn chain can be inconsistant in their quality and service. This one is Top notch for the money paid.

Think I have found a new place to stay for flights out of Vancouver. Excellent place. Very nice and new rooms. Only drawback is that the neighbourhood is a bit to be desired. But all in all a good place to use as a base.

Best value for the money. A well managed, clean and comfortabel hotel. A good breakfast and free shuttle to airport. I always stay here when travelling.
