Amister is an OK hotel. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the nearest metro station, and about 20-25 minutes to walk to the city centre. Clean rooms, free internet. Very quiet. Booked Superior Triple Room with this hotel - 2 single beds + 1 sofa. Great size and comfortable. But at the first night, we called the reception to help with adjusting the heater, first he said that he would come and check but he never showed up!! at the end we decided to turn off heater completely as the room was too warm. And for this reason, I […] gave only 2 scores for Quality of hotel service!! But other than that, the service is fine, especially with one lady that was in the morning shift, she was willing to explain how we can reach the center. anyway, you should stay in this hotel, if you want to stay away from touristic area. With possibility to walk to the nearest Metro within 10 min or to Bus Stop within few minutes. There is a direct bus to Sagrada Família, Bus 41 to 43, which is pretty convenient. There is also Taxi Stand just opposite to the hotel. Taxi is not that expensive, we took taxi back to hotel almost everyday ( too tired). It looks that the hotel is located near to a hospital. Many ambulances with their sirens on passed near the hotel during night hours.

Stayed here for 3 nights after a disaster with an apartment. Booked through hotels.com and got it cheaper than going direct. Hotel is lovely, staff are friendly and helpful and the food is lovely. The only slight negative is that it is a fair walk to the nearest Metro but other taht this perfect!!!

Front desk staff were extremely helpful - spoke English, German and Spanish - and maybe more languages. Knew the city well, good explanations of what to see and do and how to get there. Room was very clean, king sized bed was very comfortable. Not a large room but we spent very little time there.

I searched for quite some time for a centrally located, reasonably priced hotel in Barcelona that was easily accessible from the BCN airport, and somewhat close to the downtown sites. Hotel Amister turned out to be a great choice. The hotel is only 3 stops on the RENFE train line to/from BCN (only 3 euro). Look for the train signs in the airport, buy […] your ticket, and hop off at the Barcelona Sants station. When you get out of the station Avinguda Roma is straight across from the main doors of the station (don't head left or right). There are several metro stations near the hotel, the closest being Estacio, where you can easily travel to all the essential tourist places. The hotel itself is clean and modern, with free wifi and all the amenities. The staff are helpful and friendly. There are a few decent bars / restaurants close to the hotel as well. Quite stylish, pleasant hotel in pleasant location, Wifi, TV, room fridge, good bathroom and very clean. Traffic noise no pronlem at night. Attractive modish lounge area. Didn't eat in the restaurant, which is serviced by a different company -and information is thin. Lovely cafe just one short block up for breakfast coffee etc..

Hotel Amister in Barcelona is quite a long walk to La Rambla and the bus station. Also, we were quite dissapointed with the room in the sense that carpet flooring and bathroom floors is not clean like a four star hotel should be. the hotel was fine, but poor location.. some distance to bus lines, tours, etc.. thankfully cab fares were reasonable..

We arrived at 10:00 am and were treated very nicely by the front desk staff. We only had to wait till 11:30 to check into a very nice room with a good view of the square. My parents and I stayed here for four days. The rooms were pristine clean and comfortable with great quality bed linens and mattresses. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The free wi-fi was an added bonus and you could even borrow the hotel laptop and use in the lobby. From BCN there is a renfe train that goes to the Barcelona Sants train station, quickly and cheaply. From there it is approximately a five minute walk down Av Roma, to the hotel. There is a Metro station nearby where you can get a train to the Rambla or even talk there via a safe area.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days before departing on our cruise. It was a bit far if you want to walk to Las Ramblas or the center of town. But was conveniently located to restaurants and a metro station is only about 7 blocks away. It's quite a modern hotel, clean, and reasonably comfortable. Pretty spacious. Only problem we had was the fact that […] the A/C went out at least once a day for anywhere between 1-4 hours. In the middle of July, that's unacceptable. 6 of us stayed in the Amister hotel recently and found it to be really nice, clean and comfortable. The staff at reception were very helpful and very knowledgable about the city. They were able to take in our bags at 11am even though check-in is not officially until 2pm which was extremely helpful as we wanted to get out and see the city asap! The only problem we encountered was that the air con did not always work properly and our room was very hot on our last night. We had a room on the 7th floor, which was a good size, with a real king sized bed. It was very comfortable, clean, plenty of wardrobe space and a great en-suite bathroom. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and has wi-fi in all rooms, plus you are able to use a laptop (on request) from reception for no charge. Var der på forretninger og var fornøyd med hotellet. Frokost er ikke inkludert, men dette har jeg sett mer og mer av ute i Europa - vær forberedt på €11 ekstra per frokost per person. Synes hotellet står til sine 4 stjerner. Akkurat litt langt unna kjernen av sentrum så det kan bli litt taxikjøring.

Excelente Hotel com todas as comodidades e um excelente preço/qualidade. Hotel de Design. A 20min. a pé da Praça da Catalunha. O Pequeno-Almoço é muito bom, com o que é necessário. Recomendo a 100%.

Läget är bra, nära Barcelona Sans, vi gick den lilla promenaden utan problem. Området har flera bra tapasställen och små konditorier där en frukost är långt billigare än på hotellet. Vi är mycket nöjda med hotellet, vänlig personal och väldigt fräscht. För min del så var sängarna alldeles för hårda - vilket är vanligt i Spanien men ändå, det drog ned […] komforten. Devamı

Det var et bra Hotell, som hadde sine kvalifikasjoner slik at det ble et 4 stjerners hotell, frokosten på hotelet koster ca 150 kr pr pers. for hver gang vi spiste der, det bude vært inkludert i prisen. Bra det er internett på rommene, Arcon på rommet fungerte ikke som den skulle. Ellers har jeg inne så mye annet å si enn at det var et bra hotell, kollektiv […] er rett utenfor døren. Godt hotel i et dejlig kvarter væk fra masse turismen. Sengen var super god til os med dårlige rygge og så var den kæmpe stor. Behjælplige folk i receptionen, god service. I kvarteret er er gode lokale restauranter og nemt at komme rundt med bus eller metroen. Et kvarter vi har boet i før og vil helt sikkert bo der igen.

Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse på detta hotell. Det ligger med nära avstånd till det mesta, även om området intill kanske inte är så intressant, och tunnelbanan finns nära till hands. Jättefina rum för priset man betalar, och trevlig personal. Jag rekommenderar!

評価が高かったのでこのホテルにしました。外観は綺麗ですが、掲載されている写真が良いので期待高かったので、逆にまぁこんなもんかなという感じでしたが、入り口を入ると予想以上の綺麗さです。ロビーもシンプルですがおしゃれな内装で、吹き抜けとなっています。 家族4人で一泊でしたが、部屋も相当広く、おそらく３０㎡少々くらいでしょうか。また、チェックイン後にフルーツの盛り合わせの提供サービスがありました。 あと、通りすがりに見ただけでちゃんと確認してませんが、夜はロビーでワインがセルフサービスで振舞われているような感じでした。 フロントの人もとても親切に対応していただき、全体的にとても満足でした。

Ett mycket bra hotell skulle definitivt rekommendera detta till andra. Vi fick tag i ett bra erbjudande när vi bokade det var ett väldigt överkommligt pris för den tid vi var där. Trots att hotellet inte ligger mitt i smeten är det nära och enkelt att ta sig till tunnelbanan som går väldigt frekvent. En annan sak som var väldigt bra var att det var […] en ca 5-10 min gångväg bort till tågstationen som tog dig direkt till flygplatsen. Mycket smidigt. Fanns en del bra restauranger i närheten men var som sagt väldigt smidigt att ta sig till en annan del av stan med tunnelbanan. Rummet var stort och rymligt, aningen hård säng för mitt tycke men väldigt rent och fräscht och med bra air condition. Personalen var trevlig och mycket hjälpsam. Om man ska klaga på något så är det väll att frukosten var dyr på hotellet men det finns massa bagerier och små butiker i närheten för billigare alternativ. Mycket nöjd med vistelsen!! Devamı

Hotellet har en ny stil og utforming, som er flott. Noe dårlig vedlikehold, som en vaktmester raskt kunne rettet på. Resepsjonspersonalet burde absolutt hatt et smilekurs. Selv når vi kom f.eks. ut av heisen og personen bak skranken så rett på oss, fikk vi aldri et smil eller en hilsen. Egentlig ganske utrolig. Hôtel très calme, agréable, confortable. Le seul inconvénient un peu loin du Centre Touristique car nous faisions tout à pied.(1/2H à pied environ) Mais, parfait si justement on veut se retirer un peu. Le personnel est charmant, parle français. Le buffet du petit déjeunet copieux, varié. Très bien. Rien à redire.

Hotel muy bien instalado, con excelente servicio y muy cómodo. Desde el momento en que llegamos el personal siempre fue muy amable, incluso nos dieron un mapa de la ciudad al realizar el check-in. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Contaban con muchas facilidades como aire acondicionado, caja fuerte, TV por cable, WI FI gratis. El baño grande y limpio. El […] desayuno era excelente, muy muy muy completo. Gran variedad de fiambres, quesos, snacks, bollería y masas. Aproximadamente a 7 cuadras de la estación principal de ferrocarril Barcelona Sants desde la cual uno puede llegar caminando. No está en un lugar céntrico desde el punto de vista turistico, pero a 3 cuadras está la estación de Metro Hospital clinic y uno puede llegar a cualquier parte en muy pocos minutos. jeg synes hotel Amister var fint og meget pæn .. det var ikke min første gang i barcelona , har været før mange men ikke i amister Hotel i andre hotel med 4 stjerne, men jeg synes bestemt Amister hotel er 4 stjerne være..

Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Huone ja kylppäri olivat siistejä ja tilavia. Sijainti on hieman syrjässä, mutta metroasema löytyy muutaman korttelin päästä. Taksit ovat halpoja ja niitä on helppo saada lennosta. Hotelli oli loistava. Sopivan pieni, erittäin hyvätasoiset huoneet, hyvä sijainti sekä lentokenttäyhteyksien että metron suhteen. Aamupala oli myös monipuolinen. Voin suosotella kaikille El Classico kävijöille;)
